本发明涉及电池加工领域,尤其涉及一种密封型锂电池盖帽。
背景技术
由于日益紧迫的能源与环境保护压力,许多国家竞相开发绿色能源技术,其中锂电池的发展最为迅速。锂电池拥有高能量密度和高功率,高安全可靠性,使用寿命长等优点。现有锂电池上的锂电池盖帽是安装在电池外壳上,但传统锂电池盖帽结构复杂,装配困难,影响生产效率,直接导致生产成本增加,此外,现有技术中的锂电池盖帽的密封技术还可以更加完善。
发明内容
本发明是为解决锂电池盖帽密封性的问题而提供的一种密封型锂电池盖帽。
本发明通过下述技术手段解决上述技术问题:一种密封型锂电池盖帽,其特征在于,所述盖帽包括电池上盖、金属碗、密封圈,所述电池上盖设置于所述金属碗内,所述金属碗设置于所述密封圈上,所述金属碗底板上设置有防爆孔,所述电池上盖上方设置有极片,所述电池上盖与所述金属碗之间设置有安全阀门。在使用过程中,在金属碗底板上冲防爆孔后电池安全性高,封口后金属碗将上盖外圈紧紧包住,两者充分接触,电池内阻稳定,电池上盖与所述金属碗之间设置有安全阀门,完全将两者之间的区域填补满。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述金属碗边缘有卷耳,增加电池上盖与其他部件的密封性。
本发明的有益效果:(1)本发明结构简单,装配方便,成本低廉,电池内部空间增大,电池容量更高;(2)本发明中的安全阀门完全将电池上盖与所述金属碗区域填补满,增加了密封性与安全性。

本发明实施例2:一种密封型锂电池盖帽,所述盖帽包括电池上盖1、金属碗2、密封圈3,所述电池上盖1设置于所述金属碗2内,所述金属碗2设置于所述密封圈3上,所述金属碗2底板上设置有防爆孔4,所述电池上盖1上方设置有极片5,所述电池上盖1与所述金属碗2之间设置有安全阀门6,所述金属碗2边缘有卷耳7,增加电池上盖与其他部件的密封性。
