目前,锂电池基于体积小、能量高、效率高、寿命长等优点,逐步成为一种理想电源,其广泛应用于手机、数码相机等,现有的锂电池封口比较复杂,需要在壳体上设封口槽,并且采用绝缘密封圈和盖帽进行封口,其结构复杂,生产成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,使用方便,生产成本低,适合推广的新型锂电池。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种新型锂电池,包括外壳,及设置在外壳内的锂电芯,及设置在锂电芯顶部的芯顶绝缘片,及设置在芯顶绝缘片上方的密封胶层,及设置在密封胶层上方的外壳塑料片,所述外壳塑料片的左边设置有正极金属片,所述外壳塑料片的右边设置有负极金属片,所述锂电芯的左边设置有正极导线,所述锂电芯的右边设置有负极导线,所述锂电芯与外壳之间形成空腔,所述的空腔内设置有电解溶液。
作为优选,所述的正极金属片和负极金属片内嵌于外壳塑料片内,且正极金属片和负极金属片部分裸露在外壳塑料片外侧。
作为优选,所述的芯顶绝缘片、密封胶层和外壳塑料片上设置有供正极导线和负极导线穿过的通孔。
本实用新型锂电池的有益效果是:通过芯顶绝缘片、密封胶层和外壳塑料片三层防护,防止电解溶液外漏,正极金属片和负极金属片设置在同一平面上,便于使用,其结构简单,使用方便,生产成本低,适合推广。

本实施例中,参照图1所示,本实用新型的一种新型锂电池,包括外壳1,及设置在外壳1内的锂电芯2,及设置在锂电芯2顶部的芯顶绝缘片5,及设置在芯顶绝缘片5上方的密封胶层6,及设置在密封胶层6上方的外壳塑料片7,所述外壳塑料片7的左边设置有正极金属片9,所述外壳塑料片7的右边设置有负极金属片11,所述锂电芯2的左边设置有正极导线8,所述锂电芯2的右边设置有负极导线10,所述锂电芯2与外壳1之间形成空腔3,所述的空腔3内设置有电解溶液4。
所述的正极金属片9和负极金属片11内嵌于外壳塑料片7内,且正极金属片9和负极金属片11部分裸露在外壳塑料片7外侧
所述的芯顶绝缘片5、密封胶层6和外壳塑料片7上设置有供正极导线8和负极导线10穿过的通孔。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型锂电池,其特征在于:所述的正极金属片和负极金属片内嵌于外壳塑料片内,且正极金属片和负极金属片部分裸露在外壳塑料片外侧。
