Abstract

본 발명의 다양한 실시예는 대칭형 멀티탭을 갖는 이차 전지에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 제1,2전극 조립체의 제1,2멀티탭을 상호간 대칭 형태로 형성함으로써, 제1,2멀티탭의 절연 강도를 향상시킬 수 있는 이차 전지를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 케이스; 상기 케이스의 내측에 수용되고 제1멀티탭을 갖는 제1전극 조립체; 상기 케이스의 내측에 상기 제1전극 조립체와 나란히 수용되고 제2멀티탭을 갖는 제2전극 조립체; 상기 케이스를 막되, 상기 제1,2전극 조립체의 제1,2멀티탭과 전기적으로 접속되는 전극 단자를 갖는 캡 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 제1,2멀티탭은 상호간 상기 제1,2전극 조립체의 상호간 경계 영역을 중심으로 대칭되는 형태로 형성된 이차 전지를 개시한다.
