本发明公开了一种涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺,包括如下步骤:1)练漂;2)浸染;3)固色、烘干;4)阻燃整理:将固色烘干后的涤棉织物浸渍到环保型燃整理液中,浸渍8-10min,其中所述环保型阻燃整理液的组分包括:无甲醛阻燃剂、渗透剂、抗菌剂和水;5)脱水、焙烘。通过上述方式,本发明工艺简单易控,经阻燃印染后的涤棉织物甲醛含量为零,且耐水洗,多次洗涤后依然具有良好的色牢度及阻燃效果。

Description

一种涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及印染技术领域,特别是涉及一种涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺。
背景技术
火灾对人类生命财产造成极大的威胁,据世界发达国家的资料统计,50%左右的火灾由纺织品引起。火灾引起的死亡事故调查结果表明:由纺织品及室内装饰品引起的火灾占第一位,同时研究发现,可燃性纺织品燃烧时释放的有害气体对人体的危害程度大大超过阻燃性纺织品。
因此,为了使织物具有良好的阻燃性能,通常需要对印染后的织物进行阻燃后整理,但是采用常规阻燃剂整理后的织物残留甲醛含量大,且经多次洗涤后,织物基本失去阻燃效果。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺,工艺简单易控,经阻燃印染后的涤棉织物甲醛含量为零,且耐水洗,多次洗涤后依然具有良好的色牢度及阻燃效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)练漂:将涤棉织物进行练漂,去除织物上的油渍;
2)浸染:将练漂后的涤棉织物浸渍到温度为50-60℃的染料中,并以一定的速率升温至120-130℃,高温浸染40-45min;
3)固色、烘干:将染色的涤棉织物脱水后浸渍到碱性固色溶液中进行固色,浸渍10-15min后烘干;
4)阻燃整理:将固色烘干后的涤棉织物浸渍到环保型燃整理液中,浸渍8-10min,其中所述环保型阻燃整理液的组分包括:无甲醛阻燃剂、渗透剂、抗菌剂和水;
5)脱水、焙烘:将阻燃整理后的涤棉织物脱水,再在180-200℃下焙烘5-10min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤2)中,染料的升温速率为2-3℃/min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述环保型阻燃整理液中各组分的使用量为:无甲醛阻燃剂200-240g/L、渗透剂10-15g/L、抗菌剂20-25g/L、其余为水。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用环保型阻燃整理液对染色后的涤棉织物进行阻燃后整理,工艺简单易控,经阻燃印染后的涤棉织物甲醛含量为零,且耐水洗,多次洗涤后依然具有良好的色牢度及阻燃效果。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
实施例一:
一种涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)练漂:将涤棉织物进行练漂,去除织物上的油渍;
2)浸染:将练漂后的涤棉织物浸渍到温度为50℃的染料中,并以2℃/min的速率升温至120℃,高温浸染45min;
3)固色、烘干:将染色的涤棉织物脱水后浸渍到碱性固色溶液中进行固色,浸渍10min后烘干;
4)阻燃整理:将固色烘干后的涤棉织物浸渍到环保型燃整理液中,浸渍8min,其中所述环保型阻燃整理液的组分及使用量为:无甲醛阻燃剂20kg、渗透剂1kg、抗菌剂2kg、水100L;
5)脱水、焙烘:将阻燃整理后的涤棉织物脱水,再在180℃下焙烘10min。
实施例二:
一种涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)练漂:将涤棉织物进行练漂,去除织物上的油渍;
2)浸染:将练漂后的涤棉织物浸渍到温度为55℃的染料中,并以2.5℃/min的速率升温至125℃,高温浸染42min;
3)固色、烘干:将染色的涤棉织物脱水后浸渍到碱性固色溶液中进行固色,浸渍12min后烘干;
4)阻燃整理:将固色烘干后的涤棉织物浸渍到环保型燃整理液中,浸渍9min,其中所述环保型阻燃整理液的组分及使用量为:无甲醛阻燃剂22kg、渗透剂1.2kg、抗菌剂2.2kg、水100L;
5)脱水、焙烘:将阻燃整理后的涤棉织物脱水,再在190℃下焙烘8min。
实施例三:
一种涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)练漂:将涤棉织物进行练漂,去除织物上的油渍;
2)浸染:将练漂后的涤棉织物浸渍到温度为60℃的染料中,并以3℃/min的速率升温至130℃,高温浸染45min;
3)固色、烘干:将染色的涤棉织物脱水后浸渍到碱性固色溶液中进行固色,浸渍15min后烘干;
4)阻燃整理:将固色烘干后的涤棉织物浸渍到环保型燃整理液中,浸渍10min,其中所述环保型阻燃整理液的组分及使用量为:无甲醛阻燃剂24kg、渗透剂1.5kg、抗菌剂2.5kg、水100L;
5)脱水、焙烘:将阻燃整理后的涤棉织物脱水,再在200℃下焙烘10min。
本发明揭示了一种涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺,采用环保型阻燃整理液对染色后的涤棉织物进行阻燃后整理,工艺简单易控,经阻燃印染后的涤棉织物甲醛含量为零,且耐水洗,多次洗涤后依然具有良好的色牢度及阻燃效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)练漂:将涤棉织物进行练漂,去除织物上的油渍;
2)浸染:将练漂后的涤棉织物浸渍到温度为50-60℃的染料中,并以一定的速率升温至120-130℃,高温浸染40-45min;
3)固色、烘干:将染色的涤棉织物脱水后浸渍到碱性固色溶液中进行固色,浸渍10-15min后烘干;
4)阻燃整理:将固色烘干后的涤棉织物浸渍到环保型燃整理液中,浸渍8-10min,其中所述环保型阻燃整理液的组分包括:无甲醛阻燃剂、渗透剂、抗菌剂和水;
5)脱水、焙烘:将阻燃整理后的涤棉织物脱水,再在180-200℃下焙烘5-10min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中,染料的升温速率为2-3℃/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涤棉织物的阻燃印染工艺,其特征在于,所述环保型阻燃整理液中各组分的使用量为:无甲醛阻燃剂200-240g/L、渗透剂10-15g/L、抗菌剂20-25g/L、其余为水。
