背景技术
印花增稠剂是一种在印花行业中使用最普遍的增稠剂。印花过程中使用的两种主要材料为胶浆和色浆,在高剪切力作用下,导致胶浆和色浆稠度降低,所以需要增稠剂以增加印花材料的稠度。
印花增稠剂的主要作用是提供良好的流变性能,将印网,印辊上的胶浆或色浆转移到织物上,使染料与纤维结合在一起,保证印花花纹轮廓分明,图案清晰,色彩鲜艳,均匀,当染料固着后,反应产物与残留物于下游工序易于除去,使织物手感柔软。由此可见,印花增稠剂在印花工业中起着相当重要的作用。
申请号为CN03151285.2的中国专利公开了一种利用分散染料印花用糊料及其制备工艺,其糊料的组分、重量百分比为:羟甲基淀粉20~74.5%,海藻酸钠20~70%,矿物油0.5~2%。它的制备方法为:按配方比例取料,将原料粉碎至20~50目;放入混合器重,才常温下搅拌,混合,同时喷入雾状轻润油,继续搅拌直至完全均匀,得成品印花糊料。此方法制得的糊料虽有得色量高、冷水溶解性好等优点,但主体成分均为天然产物,尤其海藻酸钠用量太高,成本高昂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改善手感,提高得色量,亲水性的能改善涂料印花手感的增稠剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种多功能印花增稠剂,包括如下重量份的组分:
磷酸三丁酯:5~10份;聚丙烯酸酯:12~28份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:2~9份;甜菜碱:3~10份;
醚化瓜耳豆胶:3~10份;亚甲基双丙烯酰胺:4~18份;
山梨糖醇酐甘油酸酯:0.3~6份;引发剂:1~3份;
软油:0.5~5份;N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺:2~15份;
去离子水:20~40份。
优选的是,所述软油的成分为摩尔比为30:20:1的甘油、异丙醇、对甲苯磺酸。
优选的是,所述软油的制备方法为:按配比,将甘油加入到异丙醇中混合均匀,在加入对甲苯磺酸,在175℃反应4小时后制得合成软油。
优选的是,所述引发剂选自过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、过硫酸铵中的一种。
优选的是,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的分子式为CxH2x+ 1O(CH2CH2O)yOH,x=10~18,y=3~6。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种多功能印花增稠剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1):按配比,将聚丙烯酸酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、亚甲基双丙烯酰胺溶解在去离子水中,开动搅拌器,滴加碱性溶液,使得pH值调制5.5~6.5;
步骤2):加入软油,山梨糖醇酐甘油酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、甜菜碱、醚化瓜耳豆胶、引发剂,乳化30分钟,通入氮气5分钟后加热升温,在40~80℃反应2小时;
步骤3):减压蒸馏掉水分和溶剂油,冷却后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌均匀即得多功能印花增稠剂。
优选的是,所述碱性溶液选自碳酸钠溶液、氢氧化钠溶液、碳酸氢钠溶液中的一种或组合。

应用性能测试
白桨粘度测试
测试设备:BrookfieldDV-Ⅱ+Pro粘度计
测试条件:6号转子20转/分
用去离子水配置5%浓度增稠剂的原糊,在恒定转速20转/分在室温下测定白浆粘度。
耐电解质性能测试
耐电解质性能以粘度保留率表示,测定上述增稠剂白浆加入0.5%的固定硫酸钠白浆粘度,粘度保留率越高则耐电解质性越好。
得色量测试
用Datacolor测色仪进行测试
以加分散印花增稠剂处理样为测试样,在Datacolor测色仪上进行测试。用K/S来表示织物的表观得色量,K/S值越大,得色量就越深。
手感评价
以多人有丰富手感经验者来评价,分为1~5级,等级越高,手感越柔软,一般未经处理的原布手感认为5级。
保水性:是指1cm宽的中性滤纸插入印花色浆后,颜色通过滤纸渗出的高度,高度越长,产品性能越差。

山梨糖醇酐甘油酸酯:0.3~6份;引发剂:1~3份;
软油:0.5~5份;N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺:2~15份;
去离子水:20~40份。

步骤1):按权利要求1的配比,将聚丙烯酸酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、亚甲基双丙烯酰胺溶解在去离子水中,开动搅拌器,滴加碱性溶液,使得pH值调制5.5~6.5;
步骤2):加入软油,山梨糖醇酐甘油酸酯、磷酸三丁酯、甜菜碱、醚化瓜耳豆胶、引发剂,乳化30分钟,通入氮气5分钟后加热升温,在40~80℃反应2小时;
步骤3):减压蒸馏掉水分和溶剂油,冷却后加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌均匀即得多功能印花增稠剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的多功能印花增稠剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述碱性溶液选自碳酸钠溶液、氢氧化钠溶液、碳酸氢钠溶液中的一种或组合。
