Abstract
本发明公开一种电解板喷涂涂装前常温脱脂皮膜化成处理剂,所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸钾3.5~8.5%,硅烷偶联剂1~3.5%,碳酸氢钠0.5~2.5%,葡萄糖酸钠0.5~2.5%,焦磷酸钠0.5~2.5%,三聚磷酸钠0.5~3.5%,柠檬酸钠0.5~4.5%,亚硝酸钠0.5~3.5%,氟化氢铵1.5~5.5%,尼纳尔1~2.5%,AEO-9?1~2.5%,QYL-290除积碳表面活性剂1~2.5%,MS-575?0.1~0.2%,自来水余量。可在常温下进行,不需加温,减少能源消耗;处理剂中不含有重金属和磷酸盐等,节省了废水处理成本,利于环境保护。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属皮膜化成综合处理剂,尤其一种电解板喷涂涂装前常温脱脂皮膜化成处理剂及制备方法。
背景技术
金属构件表面因油垢、浮锈、重锈、氧化皮及焊接高温氧化物等,因此以往在喷涂涂装等工艺处理前,都是将上述油锈皮等清除掉且大多通过磷酸盐转化处理,使其表面生成一层具有一定粗糙度、多孔性、吸附性的黑色、银灰色或彩色磷酸盐转化膜(皮膜),以增强工件表面耐腐性、提高工件表面与涂层间或其他有机表面处理层间的附着力。如目前对于电解板喷涂涂装前处理工艺流程为:加温60℃喷淋四合一磷化→加温60℃喷淋四合一磷化→喷淋水洗→喷淋水洗→烘干→静电粉末喷涂涂装。现有工艺不仅需要加温处理,浪费能源,而且磷化处理剂中含有重金属和磷酸盐等,废水处理复杂且成本大,不利于环境保护。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种电解板喷涂涂装前常温脱脂皮膜化成处理剂及制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种电解板喷涂涂装前常温脱脂皮膜化成处理剂,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸钾3.5~8.5%,硅烷偶联剂1~3.5%,碳酸氢钠0.5~2.5%,葡萄糖酸钠0.5~2.5%,焦磷酸钠0.5~2.5%,三聚磷酸钠0.5~3.5%,柠檬酸钠0.5~4.5%,亚硝酸钠0.5~3.5%,氟化氢铵1.5~5.5%,尼纳尔1~2.5%,AEO-91~2.5%,QYL-290除积碳表面活性剂1~2.5%,MS-575消泡剂0.1~0.2%,自来水余量。
一种上述电解板喷涂涂装前常温脱脂皮膜化成处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于按照如下步骤进行:先将计算称量的自来水加入到不锈钢反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速60~80转/分钟,然后依次将计算称量的氟锆酸钾、碳酸氢钠、葡萄糖酸钠、焦磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、亚硝酸钠、氟化氢铵、MS-575消泡剂徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,使其充分溶解为透明状液体;再依次将计算称量的硅烷偶联剂、尼纳尔、AEO-9、QYL-290除积碳表面活性剂徐徐加入到反应釜中,搅拌至呈米黄色均匀液体。
本发明可在常温下进行,不需加温,减少能源消耗;处理剂中不含有重金属和磷酸盐等,节省了废水处理成本,利于环境保护。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸钾3.5%,硅烷偶联剂(KH-560)3.5%,碳酸氢钠0.5%,葡萄糖酸钠2.5%,焦磷酸钠0.5%,三聚磷酸钠3.5%,柠檬酸钠0.5%,亚硝酸钠3.5%,氟化氢铵1.5%,尼纳尔2.5%,AEO-91%,QYL-290除积碳表面活性剂2.5%,MS-575消泡剂0.1%,自来水余量。
制备方法按照如下步骤进行:先将计算称量的自来水加入到不锈钢反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速60~80转/分钟,然后依次将计算称量的固体份原料氟锆酸钾、碳酸氢钠、葡萄糖酸钠、焦磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、亚硝酸钠、氟化氢铵、MS-575消泡剂徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,使其充分溶解为透明状液体;再依次将计算称量的液体份原料硅烷偶联剂、尼纳尔、AEO-9、QYL-290除积碳表面活性剂徐徐加入到反应釜中,搅拌至呈米黄色均匀液体。
所用原料均为现有技术,其中QYL-290除积碳表面活性剂是深圳市启扬龙科技有限公司公开销售的产品,型号分别为QYL-290。
实施例2:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸钾8.5%,硅烷偶联剂(KH-560)1%,碳酸氢钠2.5%,葡萄糖酸钠0.5%,焦磷酸钠2.5%,三聚磷酸钠0.5%,柠檬酸钠4.5%,亚硝酸钠0.5%,氟化氢铵5.5%,尼纳尔1%,AEO-92.5%,QYL-290除积碳表面活性剂1%,MS-575消泡剂0.2%,自来水余量。
所用原料及制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸钾5%,硅烷偶联剂(KH-560)2%,碳酸氢钠1%,葡萄糖酸钠1.5%,焦磷酸钠1.5%,三聚磷酸钠2%,柠檬酸钠3%,亚硝酸钠2%,氟化氢铵4%,尼纳尔1.5%,AEO-91.5%,QYL-290除积碳表面活性剂1.5%,MS-575消泡剂0.15%,自来水余量。
所用原料及制备方法同实施例1。
使用时将本发明实施例1、2或3加水按质量百分比3%配制常温喷淋综合予处理工作液,将本发明实施例1、2或3加水按质量百分比6%配制常温喷淋综合处理工作液,喷淋压力:MPa0.15~0.20,喷淋时间3-6分钟,喷淋温度:常温(10~35℃)。
按照下述工艺流程:常温喷淋综合予处理→常温喷淋综合处理→喷淋水洗→喷淋水洗→烘干→静电粉末喷涂涂装。所得产品工艺稳定,质量达标。

1.一种电解板喷涂涂装前常温脱脂皮膜化成处理剂,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸钾3.5~8.5%,硅烷偶联剂1~3.5%,碳酸氢钠0.5~2.5%,葡萄糖酸钠0.5~2.5%,焦磷酸钠0.5~2.5%,三聚磷酸钠0.5~3.5%,柠檬酸钠0.5~4.5%,亚硝酸钠0.5~3.5%,氟化氢铵1.5~5.5%,尼纳尔1~2.5%,AEO-91~2.5%,QYL-290除积碳表面活性剂1~2.5%,MS-575消泡剂0.1~0.2%,自来水余量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的电解板喷涂涂装前常温脱脂皮膜化成处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于按照如下步骤进行:先将计算称量的自来水加入到不锈钢反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速60~80转/分钟,然后依次将计算称量氟锆酸钾、碳酸氢钠、葡萄糖酸钠、焦磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、亚硝酸钠、氟化氢铵、MS-575消泡剂徐徐加入到反应釜中,边加入边搅拌,使其充分溶解为透明状液体;再依次将计算称量的硅烷偶联剂、尼纳尔、AEO-9、QYL-290除积碳表面活性剂徐徐加入到反应釜中,搅拌至呈米黄色均匀液体。
