Abstract
本发明公开了一种铸铁泵用粉末涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:双酚A型环氧树脂40-50,氮化硅10-15,云母粉10-15,纳米碳纤维2-4,乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物3-5,锆溶胶1-2,铝溶胶3-5,聚乙烯蜡1-2,水性聚氨酯乳液3-5,酚类固化剂3-5,苯并三氮唑0.1-0.2,成膜助剂3-5。本发明的粉末涂料具有优良的抗汽蚀、耐磨蚀性能,形成的涂层与金属基体结合能力强,不易剥落、开裂,而且具有优良的硬度和耐磨性,防腐性能好,适用于铸铁泵的表面防护。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种铸铁泵用粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
泵是一种通用机械,种类繁多,数量巨大,广泛的应用于电力、水利等领域。泵体在运行过程中长时间承受高速气流和液滴的冲击,而泵体本身的抗汽蚀、磨蚀性能较差,在很大程度上影响了泵的运行稳定性和工作寿命。用涂料进行涂层保护是泵体表面防护的常用手段。粉末涂料作为一种新型无溶剂的涂料,具有无溶剂、无公害、绿色环保、涂装工艺简单的特点,而且其涂层性能优良,受到广泛的应用。然而,现有粉末涂料形成的涂层与金属基体结合能力差,并且脆性大、抗冲击性能较差,易开裂,在一定程度上限制了粉末涂料在泵表面防护方面的应用。铸铁泵的耐腐蚀、耐磨损性能较差,需要粉末涂料具有良好的耐腐蚀、耐磨损性。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种铸铁泵用粉末涂料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种铸铁泵用粉末涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
双酚A型环氧树脂40-50,氮化硅10-15,云母粉10-15,纳米碳纤维2-4,乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物3-5,锆溶胶1-2,铝溶胶3-5,聚乙烯蜡1-2,水性聚氨酯乳液3-5,酚类固化剂3-5,苯并三氮唑0.1-0.2,成膜助剂3-5;
所述锆溶胶固含量为20-30%,铝溶胶固含量为20-30%,水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为40-50%;
所述成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:松香2-4,环氧大豆油5-10,丙烯酸3-5,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5-1,硅烷偶联剂KH-5600.3-0.5;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将松香、环氧大豆油和单硬脂酸甘油酯于160-180℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至110-120℃并加入其余原料搅拌2-4h,即得。
一种铸铁泵用粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将锆溶胶与铝溶胶混合后加入5-10倍体积的水中,先将pH调至3-4并加入氮化硅和云母粉50-60℃搅拌1-2h,再将pH调至6-7,加入纳米碳纤维和水性聚氨酯乳液80-90℃搅拌2-4h,然后120-150℃干燥4-6h,冷却后研磨至400-600目,得改性填料;
(2)将双酚A型环氧树脂、苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物和成膜助剂于80-90℃、1000-1500r/min混合10-15min,得树脂混合物;
(3)将(1)中的改性填料与(2)中的树脂混合物先于800-1500r/min高速混合10-20min,再加入其余原料搅拌均匀,通过螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,然后冷却切片、粉碎研磨至400-600目,即得铸铁泵用粉末涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过松香、丙烯酸和环氧大豆油熔融共混反应,结合硅烷偶联剂KH-560改性制得成膜助剂,与树脂和填料的相容性高,与金属基体的结合力强,能有效改善涂层的附着力和机械性能;聚氨酯具有柔韧性、与环氧树脂的高相容性,铝溶胶、锆溶胶具有高硬度、耐磨蚀性能,通过锆溶胶、铝溶胶和水性聚氨酯乳液对填料进行复合改性,然后与树脂和其余原料进行复配,使得到的粉末涂料具有优良的抗汽蚀、耐磨蚀性能,形成的涂层与金属基体结合能力强,不易剥落、开裂,而且具有优良的硬度和耐磨性,防腐性能好,适用于铸铁泵的表面防护。
具体实施方式
一种铸铁泵用粉末涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
双酚A型环氧树脂40,氮化硅10,云母粉10,纳米碳纤维2,乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物3,锆溶胶1,铝溶胶3,聚乙烯蜡1,水性聚氨酯乳液3,酚类固化剂3,苯并三氮唑0.1,成膜助剂3;
所述锆溶胶固含量为20%,铝溶胶固含量为20%,水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为40%;
所述成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:松香2,环氧大豆油5,丙烯酸3,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5,硅烷偶联剂KH-5600.3;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将松香、环氧大豆油和单硬脂酸甘油酯于160℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至110℃并加入其余原料搅拌2h,即得。
一种铸铁泵用粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将锆溶胶与铝溶胶混合后加入5倍体积的水中,先将pH调至3并加入氮化硅和云母粉50℃搅拌1h,再将pH调至6,加入纳米碳纤维和水性聚氨酯乳液80℃搅拌2h,然后120℃干燥4h,冷却后研磨至400目,得改性填料;
(2)将双酚A型环氧树脂、苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物和成膜助剂于80℃、1000r/min混合10min,得树脂混合物;
(3)将(1)中的改性填料与(2)中的树脂混合物先于800r/min高速混合10min,再加入其余原料搅拌均匀,通过螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,然后冷却切片、粉碎研磨至400目,即得铸铁泵用粉末涂料。
经检验,上述得到的粉末涂料形成的涂层性能如下:
涂层表面平整光滑,无缺陷。
Claims (2)
1.一种铸铁泵用粉末涂料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
双酚A型环氧树脂40-50,氮化硅10-15,云母粉10-15,纳米碳纤维2-4,乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物3-5,锆溶胶1-2,铝溶胶3-5,聚乙烯蜡1-2,水性聚氨酯乳液3-5,酚类固化剂3-5,苯并三氮唑0.1-0.2,成膜助剂3-5;
所述锆溶胶固含量为20-30%,铝溶胶固含量为20-30%,水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为40-50%;
所述成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:松香2-4,环氧大豆油5-10,丙烯酸3-5,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5-1,硅烷偶联剂KH-5600.3-0.5;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将松香、环氧大豆油和单硬脂酸甘油酯于160-180℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至110-120℃并加入其余原料搅拌2-4h,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸铁泵用粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
