Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:有机硅树脂10-15,酚醛环氧树脂20-30,双酚A型环氧树脂10-15,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.1-0.2,硅酸铝纤维5-10,海泡石粉20-30,纳米二氧化铈0.3-0.5,铝溶胶4-6,硬脂酸钡1-2,水性聚氨酯乳液3-5,酚类固化剂3-5,成膜助剂6-8。本发明的阀门粉末涂料具有优良的耐腐蚀性能和流平性,形成的涂层与金属基体结合能力强,表面光滑、平整度高,不易剥落、开裂,并且具有耐高温、耐老化的特点,耐久性好,使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
阀门是水利、消防、石油化工、冶金、电力等重要领域所不可缺少的流体控制设备部件,其损坏和更换主要源于主体锈蚀。阀门内腔长期与介质接触,受到介质的腐蚀和冲刷,易发生锈蚀,锈蚀后的阀门通径变小,流阻增大,严重影响介质传输和阀门的使用寿命。为解决这个问题,采用合适的涂料对阀门进行涂装是常用的方法。粉末涂料是一种新型无溶剂的涂料,具有无溶剂、无公害、绿色环保、涂装工艺简单的特点,而且其涂层性能优良,受到广泛的应用。然而粉末涂料与金属基体的结合能力较差、耐锈蚀性能不足,并且应用于阀体涂装时存在一定程度上的涂层表面缺陷,限制了粉末涂料在阀门涂装领域的应用。同时,随着国民经济不断发展,对阀门耐高温涂层的要求也越来越高,要求在高温下涂层能不变色、不脱落,保持良好的表面防护性能。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
有机硅树脂10-15,酚醛环氧树脂20-30,双酚A型环氧树脂10-15,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.1-0.2,硅酸铝纤维5-10,海泡石粉20-30,纳米二氧化铈0.3-0.5,铝溶胶4-6,硬脂酸钡1-2,水性聚氨酯乳液3-5,酚类固化剂3-5,成膜助剂6-8;
其中铝溶胶固含量为20-30%,水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为40-50%;
其中成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:松香2-4,安息香0.5-1,环氧大豆油5-10,丙烯酸3-5,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5-1,硅烷偶联剂KH-5700.5-1;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将松香、安息香、环氧大豆油和单硬脂酸甘油酯于160-180℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至110-120℃并加入其余原料搅拌2-4h,即得。
一种耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米二氧化铈与铝溶胶混合后加入10-15倍重量的水中,将pH调至2.5-3.5并加入硅酸铝纤维和海泡石粉50-60℃搅拌1-2h,再将pH调至6-7并加入水性聚氨酯乳液80-90℃搅拌2-4h,然后120-150℃干燥4-6h,冷却后研磨至400-600目,得改性填料;
(2)将有机硅树脂、酚醛环氧树脂、双酚A型环氧树脂和成膜助剂于80-90℃、1000-1500r/min混合10-15min,得树脂混合物;
(3)将(1)中的改性填料与(2)中的树脂混合物先于800-1500r/min高速混合10-20min,再加入其余原料搅拌均匀,通过螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,然后冷却切片、粉碎研磨至400-600目,即得耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过松香、安息香、丙烯酸和环氧大豆油熔融共混反应,结合硅烷偶联剂KH-570改性制得成膜助剂,与树脂和填料的相容性高,与金属基体的结合力强,能有效改善涂层的附着力、流平性和机械性能;聚氨酯具有柔韧性、与环氧树脂的高相容性,铝溶胶、纳米稀土二氧化铈具有高硬度、高耐腐蚀性能,通过纳米二氧化铈、铝溶胶和水性聚氨酯乳液对填料进行复合改性,然后与树脂和其余原料进行复配,使得到的阀门粉末涂料具有优良的耐腐蚀性能和流平性,形成的涂层与金属基体结合能力强,表面光滑、平整度高,不易剥落、开裂,并且具有耐高温、耐老化的特点,耐久性好,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
一种耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
有机硅树脂10,酚醛环氧树脂20,双酚A型环氧树脂10,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.1,硅酸铝纤维5,海泡石粉20,纳米二氧化铈0.3,铝溶胶4,硬脂酸钡1,水性聚氨酯乳液3,酚类固化剂3,成膜助剂6;
其中铝溶胶固含量为20%,水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为40%;
其中成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:松香2,安息香0.5,环氧大豆油5,丙烯酸3,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5,硅烷偶联剂KH-5700.5;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将松香、安息香、环氧大豆油和单硬脂酸甘油酯于160℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至110℃并加入其余原料搅拌2h,即得。
一种耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米二氧化铈与铝溶胶混合后加入10倍重量的水中,将pH调至2.5并加入硅酸铝纤维和海泡石粉50℃搅拌1h,再将pH调至6并加入水性聚氨酯乳液80℃搅拌2h,然后120℃干燥4h,冷却后研磨至400目,得改性填料;
(2)将有机硅树脂、酚醛环氧树脂、双酚A型环氧树脂和成膜助剂于80℃、1000r/min混合10min,得树脂混合物;
(3)将(1)中的改性填料与(2)中的树脂混合物先于800r/min高速混合10min,再加入其余原料搅拌均匀,通过螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,然后冷却切片、粉碎研磨至400目,即得耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料。
上述制得的阀门粉末涂料技术指标如下:
涂膜硬度:4H;
附着力:0级;
耐盐雾性能:2500h无变化;
耐盐水性能(5%NaOH):2500h无变化;
耐热性:500℃,10min无变化;
涂层表面无针孔、缩孔和桔皮等缺陷,厚度均匀。
Claims (2)
1.一种耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
有机硅树脂10-15,酚醛环氧树脂20-30,双酚A型环氧树脂10-15,2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮0.1-0.2,硅酸铝纤维5-10,海泡石粉20-30,纳米二氧化铈0.3-0.5,铝溶胶4-6,硬脂酸钡1-2,水性聚氨酯乳液3-5,酚类固化剂3-5,成膜助剂6-8;
所述铝溶胶固含量为20-30%,水性聚氨酯乳液固含量为40-50%;
所述成膜助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:松香2-4,安息香0.5-1,环氧大豆油5-10,丙烯酸3-5,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.5-1,硅烷偶联剂KH-5700.5-1;成膜助剂的制备方法是先将松香、安息香、环氧大豆油和单硬脂酸甘油酯于160-180℃熔融共混均匀,然后将温度调至110-120℃并加入其余原料搅拌2-4h,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纳米二氧化铈与铝溶胶混合后加入10-15倍重量的水中,将pH调至2.5-3.5并加入硅酸铝纤维和海泡石粉50-60℃搅拌1-2h,再将pH调至6-7并加入水性聚氨酯乳液80-90℃搅拌2-4h,然后120-150℃干燥4-6h,冷却后研磨至400-600目,得改性填料;
(2)将有机硅树脂、酚醛环氧树脂、双酚A型环氧树脂和成膜助剂于80-90℃、1000-1500r/min混合10-15min,得树脂混合物;
(3)将(1)中的改性填料与(2)中的树脂混合物先于800-1500r/min高速混合10-20min,再加入其余原料搅拌均匀,通过螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,然后冷却切片、粉碎研磨至400-600目,即得耐高温抗老化阀门粉末涂料。
