技术领域
本发明涉及瓶箱类产品码垛及包装流水线技术,尤其涉及一种瓶类抓手。
背景技术
目前,通常使用双卷帘机构进行对接,来实现将瓶类产品送入抓手并码垛。双卷帘结构需要配有两台伺服电机,同时通过参数设定使其进行同步作业,该技术应用的成本过高,出现故障时,普通工人难以维修及检测,同时收放卷帘时的摩擦噪音过大。
发明内容
对上述现有技术的现状,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种成本低、维修方便、设计合理的瓶类抓手。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种瓶类抓手,包括两对夹板,所述夹板下方设有插板,该插板前端下方设有薄板,所述插板两侧设有链条,该链条上设有减速齿轮,该减速齿轮连接有步进电机,所述夹板背面设有八个气缸。
进一步地,所述夹板外侧设有固定架,该固定架上设有对接杆。
进一步地,所述链条上设有链轮。
进一步地,所述链条外侧设有防护板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过设置夹板,用于夹起瓶类产品;通过设置插板和薄板,用于托起瓶类产品;通过设置链条、减速齿轮和步进电机,用于控制插板的运行速度;通过设置八个气缸,用于同步动作,抱紧瓶类产品,本发明设计合理,可大规模推广。

如图1-2所示,一种瓶类抓手,包括两对夹板2,所述夹板2下方设有插板3,该插板3前端下方设有薄板4,所述插板3两侧设有链条6,该链条6上设有减速齿轮9,该减速齿轮9连接有步进电机8,所述夹板2背面设有八个气缸1,所述夹板2外侧设有固定架10,该固定架10上设有对接杆5,所述链条6上设有链轮7,所述链条6外侧设有防护板11。
工作原理简要说明:
8个气缸1带动夹板2将瓶类产品抱紧,夹板2夹紧后,整个抓手向上提升一小段距离,将瓶提起。由两个步进电机8,经过两个减速齿轮)将动力通过链轮7传递给链条6。并使之带动插板3收紧。插板3前端嵌有一块薄板4,薄板4插入时,如有未被抱起的瓶类产品,插板3就会从瓶类产品的下方将其挤入抓手。薄板4可由螺钉固定于插板3上,可随时更换。对接杆5方便抓手安装于各类提升机构上。
