本发明涉及切边设备，尤其涉及一种聚四氟乙烯料带定宽切边机,包括机台，所述机台上设有放卷机构、切边机构和收卷机构，所述放卷机构包括放卷架、转动设置在放卷架上的放卷轴；所述切边机构包括机架、设置在机架上的刀架和设置在刀架上的切刀，所述切刀数量为两把，间隔设置在刀架上；所述收卷机构包括收卷架、转动设置在收卷架上的收卷轴和驱动收卷轴转动的驱动装置。本发明结构简单、操作方便，能够自动对聚四氟乙烯料带进行切边处理，使其保持宽度一致，同时在刀架上设置多片紧密排列在一起的夹片，使切刀可以通过任意相邻的两片刀片夹持从而固定在刀架上，方便切刀的拆装和调整两把切刀的间距。

本发明涉及切边设备，尤其涉及一种聚四氟乙烯料带定宽切边机。
背景技术
四氟乙烯制品是由聚四氟乙烯树脂，用模具冷压后烧结而成，具有优良的耐腐蚀性，良好的自润滑性和不粘连性。故制品几乎耐所有化学介质，且具有耐磨、耐压、摩擦系数低等特性。它广泛应用于石油、化工冶金机械、交通医药食品、电力等诸多领域中。现有技术中聚四氟乙烯料带的生产使将冷压成型后的模块进行车制成带状，保证料带的厚度一致，而聚四氟乙烯料带的宽度由于冷压成型不能控制所需的宽度。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述技术问题，从而提供一种聚四氟乙烯料带定宽切边机，结构简单，操作方便，能够根据所需的宽度对聚四氟乙烯料带进行定宽切边，获得等宽的对聚四氟乙烯料带。
本发明解决上述问题的技术方案如下：一种聚四氟乙烯料带定宽切边机，包括机台，所述机台上设有放卷机构、切边机构和收卷机构，所述放卷机构包括放卷架、转动设置在放卷架上的放卷轴；所述切边机构包括机架、设置在机架上的刀架和设置在刀架上的切刀，所述切刀数量为两把，间隔设置在刀架上；所述收卷机构包括收卷架、转动设置在收卷架上的收卷轴和驱动收卷轴转动的驱动装置。
作为优选，所述刀架上套接有多片紧密贴合的夹片，所述切刀通过相邻两片夹片夹持进行固定，刀架的两端设有用于夹紧夹片的夹紧块，所述夹紧块螺接在刀架上。
作为优选，所述刀架转动连接在机架上，所述刀架的端部设有转动盘。
作为优选，所述刀架上设有若干根平行设置的导杆。

实施例：如图1至图3所示，一种聚四氟乙烯料带定宽切边机，包括机台1，机台1上设有放卷机构2、切边机构3和收卷机4。放卷机构2包括放卷架21、转动设置在放卷架21上的放卷轴22，放卷轴22设有用于夹持聚四氟乙烯带卷的夹板23，夹板23螺接在放卷轴22上。放卷轴22的端部设有摩擦轮24，摩擦轮24连接有摩擦带25，摩擦带25与摩擦轮24轮面紧密贴合。摩擦带25的端部连接有滑块26，滑块26套接在立杆27上，立杆27竖直设置在机台1上，滑块26的上方设有调节帽28，调节帽28螺接在立杆27上。通过转动调节帽28使滑块26上升或下降，调节摩擦带25与摩擦轮24的压力，使聚四氟乙烯带在放卷时保持适当的张紧力。
切边机构3包括机架31、设置在机架31上的刀架32和设置在刀架32上的切刀33。刀架32转动连接在机架31上，刀架32的端部设有转动盘36。刀架32上套接有多片紧密贴合的夹片34，刀架32的两端设有用于夹紧夹34片的夹紧块35，夹紧块35螺接在刀架32上。切刀33通过相邻两片夹片34夹持进行固定，切刀33数量为两把，间隔设置在刀架32上。刀架32上设有若干根平行设置的导杆37，刀架32与放卷轴22之间设有导辊38，导辊38设有可调节间距的挡板39。聚四氟乙烯带通过导辊38和导杆37进行张紧和导向，使切刀33能始终与聚四氟乙烯带保持接触。
收卷机构4包括收卷架41、转动设置在收卷架41上的收卷轴42和驱动收卷轴42转动的驱动装置43。驱动装置43为驱动电机，通过传送带带动收卷轴42转动。
