本发明公开了一种异型管切割上料定位机构,包括底板,底板上设有通孔,通孔一侧设有推动气缸,通孔处设有异型管治具;异型管治具上导杆滑座、下导杆滑座、左导杆、右导杆、上滑动座、下滑动座、上定位治具和下定位治具;所述左、右导杆穿入上、下导杆滑座上;上、下滑动座安装在左、右导杆上,上、下滑动座外侧分别通过螺丝固定在左、右导杆上;上、下定位治具分别固定在上、下滑动座上;通孔一侧设有推动气缸;下导杆滑座下方设有连接左、右导杆的摆杆,摆杆一端连接推动气缸,并连接有复位弹簧。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明解决了异型管的定向问题,实现了异型管的定位,两者互不冲突,且结构紧凑,调节方便。

一种异型管切割上料定位机构
技术领域
本发明涉及光纤激光切割机,尤其涉及一种异型管切割上料定位机构。
背景技术
现在市面上的激光切管机不具备异型管切割的功能,关键是现有激光切管机无法对异型管进行定向,因此,研发一种能够对异型管进行定向的激光切管机定向机构,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种异型管切割上料定位机构。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种异型管切割上料定位机构,其特征在于:包括底板,所述底板上设有通孔,所述通孔一侧设有推动气缸,通孔处设有异型管治具;
所述异型管治具包括上导杆滑座、下导杆滑座、左导杆、右导杆、上滑动座、下滑动座、上定位治具和下定位治具;
所述左、右导杆呈平行且高低错位穿入安装有直线轴承的上、下导杆滑座上;
所述上、下滑动座安装在上、下导杆滑座之间的左、右导杆上,上滑动座左侧通过螺丝固定在左导杆上,下滑动座右侧通过螺丝固定在右导杆上;
所述上、下定位治具分别固定在上、下滑动座上;
所述通孔一侧设有推动气缸;
所述下导杆滑座下方的底板上设有轴部,轴部上安装有深沟轴承,深沟轴承上套有一摆杆,左、右导杆下端分别连接在轴部两侧的摆杆上,摆杆一端连接推动气缸,并连接有复位弹簧。
使用时,异型管治具为常开状态,当有异型管需要加工时候,推动气缸推动摆杆,使异型管治具闭合,对异型管进行定向,加工完成,推动气缸松开,夹具在复位弹簧的作用下复位。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明解决了异型管的定向问题,并且在机械结构上与激光切管机进行了很好的结合,在不影响正常切割情况下,实现了异型管的定位,两者互不冲突,且结构紧凑,调节方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述。
如图1所示,一种异型管切割上料定位机构,包括底板1,所述底板1上设有通孔2,所述通孔2一侧设有推动气缸3,通孔2处设有异型管治具4;
所述异型管治具4包括上导杆滑座4-1、下导杆滑座4-2、左导杆4-3、右导杆4-4、上滑动座4-5、下滑动座4-6、上定位治具4-7和下定位治具4-8;
所述左导杆4-3、右导杆4-4呈平行且高低错位穿入安装有直线轴承的上导杆滑座4-1、下导杆滑座4-2上;
所述上、下滑动座安装在上、下导杆滑座之间的左、右导杆上,上滑动座4-5左侧通过螺丝固定在左导杆4-3上,下滑动座4-6右侧通过螺丝固定在右导杆4-4上;
所述上定位治具4-7和下定位治具4-8分别固定在上滑动座4-5、下滑动座4-6上;
所述通孔2一侧设有推动气缸3;
所述下导杆滑座4-2下方的底板1上设有轴部5,轴部5上安装有深沟轴承6,深沟轴承6上套有一摆杆7,左导杆4-3、右导杆4-4下端分别连接在轴部5两侧的摆杆7上,摆杆7一端连接推动气缸3,并连接有复位弹簧8。
如图1、图2所示,使用时,本发明的异型管切割上料定位机构9安装于切割机主体10中部,异型管切割上料定位机构9中的异型管治具4为常开状态,当有异型管需要加工时候,推动气缸3推动摆杆7,使异型管治具闭合,对异型管进行定向,加工完成,推动气缸3松开,夹具在复位弹簧8的作用下复位。

1.一种异型管切割上料定位机构,其特征在于:包括底板,所述底板上设有通孔,所述通孔一侧设有推动气缸,通孔处设有异型管治具;
所述异型管治具包括上导杆滑座、下导杆滑座、左导杆、右导杆、上滑动座、下滑动座、上定位治具和下定位治具;
所述左、右导杆呈平行且高低错位穿入安装有直线轴承的上、下导杆滑座上;
所述上、下滑动座安装在上、下导杆滑座之间的左、右导杆上,上滑动座左侧通过螺丝固定在左导杆上,下滑动座右侧通过螺丝固定在右导杆上;
所述上、下定位治具分别固定在上、下滑动座上;
所述通孔一侧设有推动气缸;
所述下导杆滑座下方的底板上设有轴部,轴部上安装有深沟轴承,深沟轴承上套有一摆杆,左、右导杆下端分别连接在轴部两侧的摆杆上,摆杆一端连接推动气缸,并连接有复位弹簧。
