技术领域
本发明涉及一种玉米的加工设备的零部件,具体说是一种玉米筛选装置。
背景技术
在玉米加工工艺的流程中,除杂贯穿在工艺的多个环节,其中,原料颗粒状玉米的除杂是整个工艺流程的初步阶段,而初步除杂的洁净度影响着后续的多个工艺。
目前,现有的用于初步除杂的设备多种多样,但是在实际的除杂过程中,存在着处理飞絮和和小颗粒杂质的矛盾,现有的除杂机虽然也设有风扇,但是,仍然不能将飞絮充分过滤,且污染工作环境;当加大过滤的孔径,还会造成原料玉米的损失,同时增加了后续的劳动成本;现有的圆柱型水平的旋转的过滤除杂设备,筛网通过设在网外壁的滑轮与机体的内壁连接,当设备工作时,噪声较大,影响工作环境。
申请人结合现有技术的不足,通过对现有技术的改进,提出了一种新的技术方案,并克服了上述的技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种玉米筛选装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案,包括主轴和圆柱形筛网,其特征在于,所述主轴贯穿并延伸出筛网的两端,筛网的内部设有多个通过平键与主轴连接的风扇,且其中的一个风扇设在筛网内部的左端,在主轴的左端设有轴承Ⅰ,在主轴的右端设有轴承Ⅱ和转轮。
所述筛网的筒壁上设有多个加强圆板,所述风扇的末端焊接在该加强圆板上,在筛网的右端设有网状的挡板,所述挡板的中间为圆形的镂空。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:通过转轴和风扇固定筛网,且通过轴承和设备的机体连接,极大的减少了工作的噪音,并减少了设备的磨损;主轴通过风扇和筛网连接,减少了工作电机的数量,降低了耗能;将风扇设在筛网的内部,可将筛网旋转扬起的飞絮集中有序的排出设备并集中收集,而且,配合筛网管壁上的过滤空,可将玉米种中的飞絮由外向内吸出,提高了处理效率;该结构简单,设计合理,提高过滤性能的同时减少了生产的成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明包括主轴1和圆柱形筛网2,所述主轴1贯穿并延伸出筛网2的两端,筛网2的内部设有多个通过平键与主轴1连接的风扇3,且其中的一个风扇3设在筛网2内部的左端,在主轴1的左端设有轴承Ⅰ4,在主轴1的右端设有轴承Ⅱ5和转轮6。
所述筛网2的筒壁上设有多个加强圆板7,所述风扇3的末端焊接在该加强圆板7上,在筛网2的右端设有网状的挡板8,所述挡板8的中间为圆形的镂空。
工作原理:该装置通过轴承连接在除杂机的机体上,转轮6通过皮带和机体的驱动电机连接,并带动整个筛网2转动,原料玉米通过网状挡板8的镂空进入筛网2,并随着筛网2不断的翻滚,其中扬起的飞絮通过多个风扇3集中回收,而玉米中的细小颗粒通过网孔落入筛网2下端的杂质回收池中。
