本发明提供一种阻燃吸油棉,其包括棉内层、包裹所述棉内层的亲油膜层及位于所述亲油膜层外围的阻燃层,所述棉内层的厚度为20-40mm,所述亲油膜层的厚度为5-10mm,所述阻燃层的厚度为2-5mm,所述亲油膜层上分布有若干个微米级微孔,所述亲油膜层的孔隙率为60-85%。与现有技术相比,本发明的阻燃吸油棉,其不仅具有高效的吸油效果,而且具有很好的阻燃效果。

一种阻燃吸油棉
技术领域
本发明涉及净化领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃吸油棉。
背景技术
吸油棉是一类由惰性聚丙烯熔喷制成的纤维和无纺布经特殊处理后制成,有效吸附液体并将之留住。吸附产品都是包裹在以线缝制的经表面活化处理剂处理的聚丙烯纤维或无纺布中,外层布极其坚韧耐用,具有强大的毛细管吸收力带来的极强的吸附性,从而吸收泄漏液体流向吸油棉,有效阻止了泄漏的扩散,产品经绞、挤压后可重复使用,可以回收72%-90%的泄漏液。这种材质的优点还有阻燃、不产生粉尘、无贮藏限制时间等。
无纺布,又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有拒水、透气、柔韧、不助燃、无毒无刺激性、容易分解、色彩丰富、可循环再用等特点。无纺布若置于室外经自然分解,其最长寿命只有90天,置于室内在5年内分解,燃烧时无毒、无味、且无任何遗留物质,从而不污染环境,宜于洗涤。它直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝通过各种纤网成形方法和固结技术形成的具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品。如多采用聚丙烯粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。
吸油棉产品形式通常有吸油垫、吸油条、吸油卷、吸油枕、吸油围栏。吸油卷是一种吸油能力较强的吸油棉,通常应用于大型泄漏事故中。但是,目前吸油棉在的阻燃性能较差。特别是在漏油可燃区域如加油站,若发生汽油或石油泄露容易造成火灾,严重危害人们的生命和财产安全。
因此,有必要提出一种新的技术方案以解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种阻燃吸油棉,其不仅对油质吸附能力强,而且具有很高的阻燃性能。
本发明的阻燃吸油棉包括棉内层、包裹所述棉内层的亲油膜层及位于所述亲油膜层外围的阻燃层,所述棉内层的厚度为20-40mm,所述亲油膜层的厚度为5-10mm,所述阻燃层的厚度为2-5mm,所述亲油膜层上分布有若干个微米级微孔,所述亲油膜层的孔隙率为60-85%。
进一步的,所述阻燃层的厚度为3mm。
进一步的,所述阻燃层的材料是以无纺布为基材,添加重量百分比为40-50%的二氧化硅制得的。
进一步的,所述阻燃层添加的二氧化硅的重量百分比为45%。
进一步的,所述亲油膜层的厚度为5mm。
进一步的,所述棉内层的厚度为30mm。
进一步的,所述微孔的孔径为100-200微米。
进一步的,所述微孔的孔径为150微米。
进一步的,所述亲油膜层的孔隙率为70%。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的阻燃吸油棉,其不仅具有高效的吸油效果,而且具有很好的阻燃效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示的阻燃吸油棉包括棉内层1、包裹所述棉内层1的亲油膜层2及位于所述亲油膜层2外围的阻燃层3,所述棉内层1的厚度为20-40mm,所述亲油膜层2的厚度为5-10mm,所述阻燃层3的厚度为2-5mm。
所述阻燃层3的厚度优选为3mm。本发明的阻燃层3能够有效阻止吸油棉燃烧。
所述阻燃层3的材料是以无纺布为基材,添加重量百分比为40-50%的二氧化硅制得的。在该实施例中,所述阻燃层3添加的二氧化硅的重量百分比为45%。在其他实施例中,所述阻燃层3添加的二氧化硅的重量百分比为40%。在另一个实施例中,所述阻燃层3添加的二氧化硅的重量百分比为50%。
所述亲油膜层2的厚度为5mm。
所述棉内层1的厚度为30mm。
请参阅图2,其为本发明阻燃吸油棉的在另一个具体实施例中的结构示意图。如图2所示,在该实施例中,所述亲油膜层2上分布有若干个微米级微孔4,所述亲油膜层2的孔隙率为60-85%,所述亲油膜层2的孔隙率优选为70%。所述微孔4的孔径为100-200微米。优选为150微米。本发明通过在亲油膜层2上分布微孔4,在亲油膜层2外围设置阻燃层3,一方面可以有效防止吸油棉的燃烧,另一方面,增加吸油棉的吸附性能。
本发明的阻燃吸油棉,其不仅具有高效的吸油效果,而且具有很好的阻燃效果上述说明已经充分揭露了本发明的具体实施方式。需要指出的是,熟悉该领域的技术人员对本发明的具体实施方式所做的任何改动均不脱离本发明的权利要求书的范围。相应地,本发明的权利要求的范围也并不仅仅局限于前述具体实施方式。

Claims (9)

1.一种阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于:所述吸油棉包括棉内层(1)、包裹所述棉内层(1)的亲油膜层(2)及位于所述亲油膜层(2)外围的阻燃层(3),所述棉内层(1)的厚度为20-40mm,所述亲油膜层(2)的厚度为5-10mm,所述阻燃层(3)的厚度为2-5mm,所述亲油膜层(2)上分布有若干个微米级微孔(4),所述亲油膜层(2)的孔隙率为60-85%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(3)的厚度为3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(3)的材料是以无纺布为基材,添加重量百分比为40-50%的二氧化硅制得的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于:所述阻燃层(3)添加的二氧化硅的重量百分比为45%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于:所述亲油膜层(2)的厚度为5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于:所述棉内层(1)的厚度为30mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于:所述微孔(4)的孔径为100-200微米。
8.根据权利要求7所述的阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于:所述微孔(4)的孔径为150微米。
9.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于:所述亲油膜层(2)的孔隙率为70%。
