Abstract
本发明涉及环保材料,特别是一种防静电阻燃吸油棉,所述吸油棉包括芯棉、隔离层、吸附层和阻燃层,所述芯棉内植入有导电体,所述隔离层包覆所述芯棉,所述阻燃层包覆所述隔离层,所述吸附层包覆所述阻燃层,所述吸附层与所述阻燃层为可拆卸连接,所述吸附层由超双亲性材料制成,所述超双亲性材料为一种纳米级复合材料,所述复合材料含有规则排列的亲水性聚合物链段和亲油性聚合物链段所组成的纳米级空间,可以将微小的粒子包裹在其中。本发明的防静电阻燃吸油棉具有防静电、阻燃以及吸油的多重功能,能够满足加油站、油库等使用场所的要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及环保材料,特别是一种防静电阻燃吸油棉。
背景技术
目前在加油站、油库等场所,油品跑冒滴漏的现象时有发生,现在普遍采用沙子、石灰来吸油,尚无吸油产品专门用于加油站、油库,主要是由于其防静电性能不满足0级区域使用要求,市场上用于易燃易爆场所的防静电吸油产品主要为聚丙稀类,存在以下不足:1)后处理会对环境产生二次污染;2)吸油率较低(吸油率是指吸油材料吸油后,所吸油的重量是自身吸油前原重量的倍数);3)其防静电性能达到静电耗散性要求,而中石化防静电相关规定要求产品达到导静电性能。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种防静电阻燃吸油棉,其具有防静电、阻燃以及吸油的多重功能,能够满足加油站、油库等使用场所的要求。
本发明提供一种防静电阻燃吸油棉,所述吸油棉包括芯棉、隔离层、吸附层和阻燃层,所述芯棉内植入有导电体,所述隔离层包覆所述芯棉,所述阻燃层包覆所述隔离层,所述吸附层包覆所述阻燃层,所述吸附层与所述阻燃层为可拆卸连接,所述吸附层由超双亲性材料制成,所述超双亲性材料为一种纳米级复合材料,所述复合材料含有规则排列的亲水性聚合物链段和亲油性聚合物链段所组成的纳米级空间,可以将微小的粒子包裹在其中。
优选地,所述吸附层包裹在所述阻燃层外侧,吸附层的边缘通过拉链或魔术扣结合。
优选地,所述导电体为导电线或导电纤维,所述导电线或导电纤维以针刺方式植入所述芯棉内。
优选地,所述导电体在所述芯棉上来回绕行分布,其针刺点均匀分布。
优选地,所述芯棉为一道棉短绒、二道棉短绒、再生棉、开花棉或开松棉芯棉。
优选地,所述隔离层为热粘合在芯棉上的PE防漏层。
由于上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的吸油棉由芯棉、隔离层、阻燃层和吸附层构成,芯棉内植入了导电体,使吸油棉具有防静电功能,符合0级区域防静电要求,阻燃层的设置使吸油棉还具有耐高温阻燃的功能;同时,吸附层采用超双亲性材料制成,超双亲性材料为纳米孔状结构,兼具吸油和吸水的双重功效,提升了吸油速率。
此外,本发明的吸附层与阻燃层可拆卸连接,吸附层是易耗品,但其包裹的芯棉可以多次使用,如此可以节约资源,且不会造成二次污染。

图1是本发明提供的一种防静电阻燃吸油棉的结构示意图。本实施例提供的一种防静电阻燃吸油棉包括芯棉1、隔离层2、吸附层3和阻燃层4,所述芯棉1内植入有导电体,所述隔离层2包覆所述芯棉1,所述阻燃层4包覆所述隔离层2,所述吸附层3包覆所述阻燃层4,所述吸附层3与所述阻燃层4为可拆卸连接,所述吸附层3由超双亲性材料制成,所述超双亲性材料为一种纳米级复合材料,所述复合材料含有规则排列的亲水性聚合物链段和亲油性聚合物链段所组成的纳米级空间,可以将微小的粒子包裹在其中。
优选地,所述吸附层3包裹在所述阻燃层4外侧,吸附层3的边缘通过拉链或魔术扣结合。
优选地,所述导电体为导电线或导电纤维,所述导电线或导电纤维以针刺方式植入所述芯棉内。
优选地,所述导电体在所述芯棉1上来回绕行分布,其针刺点均匀分布。
优选地,所述芯棉1为一道棉短绒、二道棉短绒、再生棉、开花棉或开松棉芯棉。
优选地,所述隔离层2为热粘合在芯棉1上的PE防漏层。
由于上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的吸油棉由芯棉、隔离层、阻燃层和吸附层构成,芯棉内植入了导电体,使吸油棉具有防静电功能,符合0级区域防静电要求,阻燃层的设置使吸油棉还具有耐高温阻燃的功能;同时,吸附层采用超双亲性材料制成,超双亲性材料为纳米孔状结构,兼具吸油和吸水的双重功效,提升了吸油速率。此外,本发明的吸附层与阻燃层可拆卸连接,吸附层是易耗品,但其包裹的芯棉可以多次使用,如此可以节约资源,且不会造成二次污染。

1.一种防静电阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于,所述吸油棉包括芯棉(1)、隔离层(2)、吸附层(3)和阻燃层(4),所述芯棉(1)内植入有导电体,所述隔离层(2)包覆所述芯棉(1),所述阻燃层(4)包覆所述隔离层(2),所述吸附层(3)包覆所述阻燃层(4),所述吸附层(3)与所述阻燃层(4)为可拆卸连接,所述吸附层(3)由超双亲性材料制成,所述超双亲性材料为一种纳米级复合材料,所述复合材料含有规则排列的亲水性聚合物链段和亲油性聚合物链段所组成的纳米级空间,可以将微小的粒子包裹在其中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于,所述吸附层(3)包裹在所述阻燃层(4)外侧,吸附层的边缘通过拉链或魔术扣结合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于,所述导电体为导电线或导电纤维,所述导电线或导电纤维以针刺方式植入所述芯棉内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防静电阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于,所述导电体在所述芯棉(1)上来回绕行分布,其针刺点均匀分布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防静电阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于,所述芯棉(1)为一道棉短绒、二道棉短绒、再生棉、开花棉或开松棉芯棉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防静电阻燃吸油棉,其特征在于,所述隔离层(2)为热粘合在芯棉(1)上的PE防漏层。
