背景技术
我们知道，风疹是由风疹病毒引起的常见急性传染病，以低热、全身皮疹为特征，常伴有耳后、枕部淋巴结肿大，一般病情较轻，病程短，预后良好，多见于冬春季，儿童及成年人均可罹患，但以5岁以下儿童多见。病毒经呼吸道飞沫传播，病人咳嗽、打喷嚏均可将病毒传给别人。患有风疹应引起重视和及时进行治疗，否则引起并发症如脑炎、心肌炎、关节炎、肝肾功能异常等。目前，临床上对风疹多采用对症治疗，例如，高热、头痛者可用解热止痛剂；咽痛者可用复方硼酸溶液漱口；咳嗽可用祛痰药和止咳药；病情重者可用利巴韦林、干扰素等抗病毒治疗。其存在疗效不理想的不足。
中医认为，风疹由风热时邪引起，邪气由口鼻而入，郁于肺卫，蕴于皮腠，正邪相争，郁而发热；邪气入肺则咳，传脾则腹痛而泻泄；邪气与气血搏结，热毒炽盛，则发热而渴，疹色鲜红，若正气抗邪外达，疹毒外透，随之邪毒亦解，热退疹消而安。
根据中医理论，针对风疹的发病机理，以疏风解毒、清热透疹为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约5厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗风疹的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，其中男37例，女43例，年龄1～20岁。病程最短者1天，最长者达10天，平均3天。
二、诊断依据：
（1）、本病初起类似感冒，发热1～2天后，皮肤出现淡红色斑丘疹，从头面开始，一日后布满全身；出疹1～2日后，发热渐退，疹点逐渐隐退，疹退后脱屑，无色素沉着；
（2）、一般全身症状轻。耳后及枕后淋巴结肿大；
（3）、本病在流行期间有接触史；
（4）、须与麻疹、奶麻区别。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
（1）、治愈：疹回热退；
（2）、未愈：发热不退，出现并发症。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-10天，治愈65例，未愈15例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：张某，女，6岁。就诊前一日高热、咳嗽，以为感冒，服小儿感冒冲剂，热稍降，第二日呕吐1次，不欲食。咽喉红，苔白，脉浮。血常规检查示：白细胞正常，淋巴偏高。诊断为：风疹。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂5天，期间疹出热退疹消，痊愈。
病例2：葛某，女，11岁，就诊时自诉：几天前发热、恶风、流涕伴有轻微咳嗽，精神欠佳，不思饮食，就诊时头面、躯干、随及四肢出有浅红色疹包，有瘙痒感，精神较前几日略佳。诊断为：风疹。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3天，痒止、疹回、热退，精神佳，饮食正常，继续巩固服用3天，疹皮蜕落，痊愈。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗风疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：牡丹皮10-30份，苦参10-20份，浮萍5-15份，薏苡仁10-30份，地肤子10-20份，淡豆豉5-15份，蒲公英10-20份，白芷5-15份，桑叶10-20份，车前草10-20份，菊花10-20份，芦根5-15份，决明子10-20份，防风10-20份，薄荷10-20份，麻黄5-15份，白茅根10-20份，徐长卿5-15份，地丁5-15份，紫草10-20份，茵陈10-20份，红花10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗风疹的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：牡丹皮20份，苦参15份，浮萍10份，薏苡仁20份，地肤子15份，淡豆豉10份，蒲公英15份，白芷10份，桑叶15份，车前草15份，菊花15份，芦根10份，决明子15份，防风15份，薄荷15份，麻黄10份，白茅根15份，徐长卿10份，地丁10份，紫草15份，茵陈15份，红花15份，甘草10份。
