为了改善车辆的空气动力特性而设置底板装饰装置,所述底板装饰装置在空出中央通道和纵向通路的情况下覆盖车辆底板的底侧。研究表明,在底板装饰装置与车辆底板之间的间隙中会出现空气对流,由此使由排气设备以及由内燃机产生的热量通过空气流传递至牵引用蓄电池。为了避免这种向牵引用蓄电池的传热,有利的是,在底板装饰装置与车辆底板之间的间隙中布置沿车辆横向延伸的密封元件、例如密封唇,所述密封唇阻止通过空气对流向牵引用蓄电池的热传递。
为了蓄电池壳体相对于排气管道的热隔绝,由此设置壳状的隔板部件和同样壳状的处于所述隔板部件上的隔绝部件。所述隔板部件和隔绝部件应该简单地预制,并且组装在底板上并构成有效的带有紧凑且要求较小安装空间的结构阻热部,其带有排气设备的布置在向前导引的中央通道中的排气管道。
在此,隔板部件和隔绝部件可以特别优选地盆状地构成,并且利用重叠的前部和后部边缘区域安置在中央通道和底板装饰装置的大体垂直的壁段上,并且利用侧向的边缘凸缘支承在底板装饰装置上。
隔绝部件可以制造技术上简单且成本低廉地由塑料壳和敷设在所述塑料壳上的隔绝层构成,其中,必要情况下隔绝层还可以朝蓄电池壳体内部额外地被铝涂层或铝箔覆盖。
本发明的上述和/或在权利要求中再现的有利的设计方式和/或改进方式 (除例如在明确的不相关性或不一致的备选的情况下之外)可以单独地或以任意相互组合的方式付诸应用。
以下结合附图对本发明及其有利的设计方式和改进方式以及其优点进行更详尽的阐述。

具体实施方式
图1和图2粗略地示意性示出用于混合驱动轿车的车身的白车身部件1,仅就对本发明的理解所需对所述白车身部件进行描述,其余可以按照已知的设计。
白车身部件1具有连接在侧向的车门槛2上、在后部的焊接组件3(其带有行李厢底部4和轮毂5)上以及在前部的端壁6上的、带有中央通道8的底板7,其中,向下开放的中央通道8结束于后座板9处,所述后座板稍后承载车辆的后排座椅。
在图1的俯视图中示出,在所述中央通道8中设置车辆的排气设备10,所述排气设备能够以本身已知的方式设计具有尾气净化装置、消音器和连接的排气管道。所述排气设备10在前方在发动机舱中连接在内燃机上,并且结束于后部的尾管11。
在后座板部9的区域中(图2),自下方与中央通道8相邻接地安装了能够按照现有技术构成的牵引用蓄电池12(例如锂离子高压蓄电池)。相应的蓄电池单元向外隔绝地布置在蓄电池壳体13中,所述蓄电池壳体设有冷却装置和加热装置,并且连接在相应的向前导引至内燃机和电动机的冷却管道 14(图1)和供电线路15上。
固定在后座板9和/或白车身部件1的侧向的车门槛12上并且横向延伸至所述车门槛12上的牵引用蓄电池12利用车辆的承载式副车架(图1)定位在未进一步描述的、后部车轮悬架16上。
在蓄电池壳体13中(参照图2)设置向下开放的、延续中央通道的纵向通路13a,排气设备10的排气管道10a的直线型区段在所述纵向通路内部延伸。
为了在机动车的内燃机运行时排放热能或者说热量的情况下使蓄电池壳体13相对于排气管道10a隔离,设置了隔绝元件20,所述隔绝元件具有隔热板部件17和隔绝部件18。如图4所示,隔热板部件17和隔绝部件18 在横截面形廓中盆状或壳状地成型。
在图3中,中央通道8在构成在前部的蓄电池壳体端壁25上的阶梯状过渡部的情况下向牵引用蓄电池12的横截面减小的纵向通路13a过渡。上述隔绝元件20具有前部边缘区域20a,所述前部边缘区域穿过纵向通路13a 向前延长并且覆盖前部的蓄电池壳体端壁25。前部边缘区域20a以突出距离Δa伸入中央通道8并且与中央通道的内侧贴靠。相应的后部边缘区域17b、 18b(图2)搭接向下覆盖底板7及后座板9的底板装饰装置19的垂直的壁段19a。
图4示出穿过蓄电池壳体13的纵向通路13a内部的隔热板部件17和隔绝部件18的布置和设计的横截面。
在此,面向排气管道10a的隔热板部件17例如由钢或铝并且以例如 2.5mm的壁厚半圆状地成型,并且具有侧向连接边缘区域17c,该边缘区域贴靠在隔绝部件18的侧向连接边缘区域18c上。在排气管道10a与隔热板部件17之间所构成的空气流动间隙s1优选约为15mm。
在图3中,在排气设备10与中央通道8之间设置第二空气间隙s2。所述第二空气间隙s2向流体空间22过渡,所述流体空间22由隔绝元件20的前部边缘区域20a限定。所述流体空间22使第一空气间隙s1与第二空气间隙s2在流体技术上相连。在第二空气间隙s2中在中央通道8与排气设备10 之间布置隔热元件27,所述隔热元件将第二空气间隙s2分成两个子间隙,以箭头表示的空气流通过所述子间隙延伸。
图3还示出空气流动间隙s1沿蓄电池壳体13的纵向通路13a的走向的纵剖面,其中,通过间隙s1和s2能够实现排放热能的空气循环或者说空气流,如其利用箭头所示。
所述带有隔热板部件17和隔绝部件18的独立的绝缘方案能够使排气设备10的排气管道10a更窄地通向牵引用蓄电池12或纵向通路13a,由此能够通过更多的安装空间提高蓄电池容量。通过蓄电池系统与周围环境的热隔离,即使在较高外界温度下也能够减轻主动的蓄电池冷却负荷,或者即使在较低的外界温度下也能够避免迅速的冷却。
如图3和图4进一步可知,在间隙29(图3)中在底板装饰装置19与车辆底板之间设置沿车辆横向延伸的密封元件31。所述密封元件31可以例如是密封唇,所述密封唇阻止了通过在间隙29中的空气对流朝牵引用蓄电池 12方向的热传递。

Claims (12)

1.一种具有混合驱动的车辆,该车辆的牵引用蓄电池(12)从后座侧布置在车辆底板部(9)的底侧,所述车辆具有用于内燃机的排气设备(10)的向下开放的中央通道(8),其特征在于,在牵引用蓄电池(12)的蓄电池壳体(13)中构成向下开放的纵向通路(13a),所述纵向通路使中央通道(8)延长至车辆尾侧,并且排气设备(10)在后续的走向中通过所述纵向通路向后延伸,并且在所述蓄电池壳体(13)的纵向通路(13a)中布置用于相对于排气设备(10)热隔绝的隔绝元件(20),所述中央通道(8)沿车辆纵向在构成在前部的蓄电池壳体端壁(25)上的阶梯状过渡部的情况下向后向牵引用蓄电池(12)的横截面减小的纵向通路(13a)过渡,并且隔绝元件(20)具有前部边缘区域(20a),所述前部边缘区域穿过纵向通路(13a)延长,并且覆盖前部的蓄电池壳体端壁(25)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述纵向通路(13a)的壁部在其面向排气设备(10)的侧面上设有隔绝元件(20),和/或所述隔绝元件(20)在型廓上是盆状的并且连续地延伸穿过所述纵向通路(13a)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述隔绝元件(20)两件式地构成,其带有隔热板部件(17)和隔绝部件(18)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述排气设备(10)利用排气管道(10a)在构成第一空气流动间隙(s1)的情况下无接触地延伸穿过牵引用蓄电池(12)的纵向通路(13a)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,隔绝元件(20)的前部边缘区域(20a)以突出距离(Δa)伸入中央通道(8)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆,其特征在于,隔绝元件(20)的前部边缘区域(20a)以突出距离(Δa)贴靠中央通道(8)的内侧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,在排气设备(10)与中央通道(8)之间设置第二空气间隙(s2)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车辆,其特征在于,隔绝元件(20)的前部边缘区域(20a)限定出流体空间(22),所述流体空间使第一空气间隙(s1)与第二空气间隙(s2)在流体技术上相连。
9.根据权利要求7所述的车辆,其特征在于,在中央通道(8)与排气设备(10)之间的第二空气间隙(s2)中布置隔热元件(27),所述隔热元件将第二空气间隙(s2)分成两个子间隙。
10.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其特征在于,为了改善空气动力学特性而设置底板装饰装置(19),所述底板装饰装置在空出中央通道(8)和纵向通路(13a)的情况下覆盖车辆底板的底侧。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车辆,其特征在于,在底板装饰装置(19)与车辆底板之间的间隙(29)中设置密封元件(31),所述密封元件阻止在所述间隙(29)中通过空气对流向牵引用蓄电池(12)的热传递。
12.根据权利要求11所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述密封元件(31)沿车辆横向(y)延伸。
