Abstract

Description

LED灯及其灯头结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯,尤其涉及一种LED灯及其灯头结构。
背景技术
一般的LED灯包括用于安装灯罩的绝缘底座、套接于绝缘底座上的灯头、固定收容于绝缘底座内的电源板及LED模组,灯头包括导电端子及导电螺纹段。组装时,一般需另设两根导线,其中一根导线的一端焊接于电源板,其另一端需人工将其缠绕固定于导电端子上;另一导线的一端焊接于电源板,其另一端需人工将其缠绕于绝缘底座靠近导电螺纹段的外周壁以使导线与灯头的导电螺纹段电性相接,据以形成一回路。然,由于导线长度尺寸公差偏大,且导线本身柔软,在组装过程中需要人工特别理线,不方便组装。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,本发明提供一种组装方便的LED灯。
一种LED灯,其包括绝缘底座、灯头、固定收容于该绝缘底座内的电源板及与该电源板电性连接的LED模块,该灯头包括套接于该绝缘底座上的导电套筒及设于该导电套筒一端的导电端子,该电源板包括用于设置电路的本体,该电源板还包括间隔固定于该本体上且与该本体电性连接的第一弹性件及第二弹性件,该第一弹性件弹性抵接于该灯头的该导电端子,该第二弹性件弹性抵接于该导电套筒,进而使该电源板与该灯头电性连接。
一种LED灯头结构,其包括绝缘底座、灯头及固定收容于该绝缘底座内的电源板,该灯头包括套接于该绝缘底座上的导电套筒、固设于该导电套筒远离该绝缘底座一端的绝缘连接件及设于该绝缘连接件上的导电端子,该电源板包括用于设置电路的本体,该电源板还包括间隔固定于该本体上且与该本体电性连接的第一弹性件及第二弹性件,该第一弹性件弹性抵接于该灯头的该导电端子,该第二弹性件弹性抵接于该导电套筒,进而使该电源板与该灯头电性连接。
本发明的LED灯及其灯头结构,由于电源板使用弹性件代替导线,组装时,只需将灯头套设于绝缘底座上,使第一弹性件及第二弹性件分别弹性抵接于导电端子及导电套筒上即可,从而省去了使用导线时由于导线长度尺寸公差偏大而导致在组装过程中需理线、多次弯折导线的麻烦,组装方便的同时也避免了由于多次人工折弯导线导致导线折断的现象。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明第一实施例提供一种LED灯100,其包括绝缘底座20、套接于绝缘底座20一端的灯头40及固定装设于绝缘底座20内的电源板60、与电源板60电性连接的LED模块70,以及装设于绝缘底座20远离灯头40一端的灯罩80,灯罩80罩设于LED模块70上。在本实施例中,LED灯100为LED球泡灯,可以理解,LED灯也可以为筒灯、平板灯等。
请参阅图3,绝缘底座20包括相互连接且相对设置的第一安装部22及第二安装部24。第一安装部22为中空柱状结构,其直径沿朝向第二安装部24的方向逐渐减小。第一安装部22内壁围成有第一收容空间223。第二安装部24为中空柱状结构,第二安装部24的内壁形成与第一收容空间223同轴的第二收容空间243。第一收容空间223与第二收容空间243相连通共同形成收容空间26,用于收容固定电源板60。
灯头40包括导电套筒42、绝缘连接件44及导电端子46。导电套筒42套设于第二安装部24上,大致为中空柱状结构,其周壁呈褶皱状。导电套筒42沿其轴向贯穿其端部设有容纳槽424。容纳槽424与收容空间26连通。绝缘连接件44固设于导电套筒42远离第一安装部22的一端,其沿轴向贯通开设装设槽442。装设槽442与容纳槽424相连通。导电端子46固设于装设槽442内,且其靠近容纳槽424的一端凸设于装设槽442并朝向电源板60延伸。在本实施例中,导电端子46为一铆钉。
请同时参阅图4,电源板60固定装设于绝缘底座20内,其包括设置有电路的本体62、固定并间隔设于本体62上且与本体62电性连接的第一弹性件64及第二弹性件66。本体62为板状结构,其收容于绝缘底座20的收容空间26内。具体地,第二安装部24的内周壁朝向第二收容空间243相对凸设有两个装设凸条245,两个装设凸条245均沿第二安装部24的轴向贯通开设有安装槽2452,本体62靠近第二安装部24的两侧分别插设于相应的两个安装槽2452内。本体62于靠近绝缘连接件44处的端部开设有导向部624。在本实施例中,导向部624为一通孔,可以理解,导向部624也可以设置为凹槽等其它结构。绝缘底座20、灯头40及电源板60构成LED灯100的LED灯头结构101(请参阅图2)。
在本实施例中,第一弹性件64及第二弹性件66均为由导电材料制成的弹簧,其间隔设于本体62靠近灯头40的一端。第一弹性件64电性连接于导电端子46,第二弹性件66电性连接于导电套筒42,据以形成一回路。请同时参阅图2,第一弹性件64包括固定端642及由固定端642朝向导电端子46延伸的弹性臂644。固定端642通过焊接固定于电源板60的本体62上。弹性臂644呈螺旋状,其远离固定端642的一端弹性抵接于导电端子46。
第二弹性件66包括依次连接的固持端662、抵接部664及活动端666。固持端662焊接固定于电源板60的本体62上;抵接部664自固持端662朝向导电套筒42弯折延伸且可部分弹性抵接于导电套筒42上,具体地,绝缘底座20靠近第二弹性件66的周壁贯通开设有凹槽28,抵接部664穿设于凹槽28并弹性抵接于导电套筒42的内壁。活动端666自抵接部664远离固持端662的一端朝向本体62延伸,且活动端666的端部滑动收容于本体62的导向部624内。当第二弹性件66的抵接部664受到导电套筒42的抵压外力时,活动端666的端部沿导向部624朝远离凹槽28的方向运动;当侧向外力消失时,活动端666的端部在弹性回复力的作用下复位,导向部624对活动端666的运动具有限制导向的作用。
请再次参阅图1及图2,LED模块70设于绝缘底座20靠近灯罩80的一端,且电性连接于电源板60。灯罩80为透光壳体,其一端与绝缘底座20连接。灯罩80罩设于LED模块70上。
组装时,将第一弹性件64的固定端642及第二弹性件66的固持端662间隔焊接于电源板60上,将电源板60的本体62收容于绝缘底座20的安装槽2452内固定,同时将第二弹性件66凸设于绝缘底座20的凹槽28外,然后将灯头40套设于绝缘底座20上,使第一弹性件64及第二弹性件66分别弹性抵接于导电端子46及导电套筒42上即可。
本发明的LED灯100及其灯头结构101,由于使用弹性件代替导线,组装时,只需将灯头40套设于绝缘底座20上,使第一弹性件64及第二弹性件66分别弹性抵接于导电端子46及导电套筒42上即可,从而省去了使用导线时由于导线长度尺寸公差偏大而导致在组装过程中需理线、多次弯折导线的麻烦,组装方便的同时也避免了由于多次人工折弯导线导致导线折断的现象。
可以理解,第一弹性件64及第二弹性件66与电源板60的连接方式不限于焊接,也可以通过其它方式,例如卡扣等方式进行连接。可以理解,当绝缘底座20上的凹槽28可以省略,第二弹性件66可以跨过绝缘底座20的第二安装部24的端部与导电套筒42弹性抵接。可以理解,灯罩80可以省略。
请参阅图5及图6,本发明第二实施例的一种LED灯与第一实施例中的LED灯100的结构大致相同,不同点在于第二弹性件88未形成活动端。在本实施例中,第二弹性件88包括依次连接的固持端882及抵接部884。固持端882焊接固定于电源板60的本体62上;抵接部884呈盘圈状,其穿设于凹槽28且弹性抵接于导电套筒42的内壁上。由于抵接部884设为盘圈状,使得第二弹性件88具有较好的强度。可以理解,抵接部884不限于盘圈状,也可以设为螺旋状等其它形状。
另外,本领域技术人员还可以在本发明内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED灯,其包括绝缘底座、灯头、固定收容于该绝缘底座内的电源板及与该电源板电性连接的LED模块,该灯头包括套接于该绝缘底座上的导电套筒、固设于该导电套筒远离该绝缘底座一端上的绝缘连接件及设于该绝缘连接件上的导电端子,该电源板包括用于设置电路的本体,其特征在于:该电源板还包括间隔固定于该本体上且与该本体电性连接的第一弹性件及第二弹性件,该第一弹性件弹性抵接于该灯头的该导电端子,该第二弹性件弹性抵接于该导电套筒,进而使该电源板与该灯头电性连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该绝缘底座靠近该第二弹性件的周壁贯通开设有凹槽,该第二弹性件穿设于该凹槽以弹性抵接于该导电套筒的内壁上。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该第二弹性件包括依次连接的固持端、抵接部及活动端,该固持端固定于该电源板的本体上,该抵接部自该固持端朝向该导电套筒弯折延伸且可部分弹性抵接于该导电套筒的内壁上,该电源板的本体于靠近该第二弹性件处开设有导向部,该活动端自该抵接部远离固持端的一端朝向该本体延伸,且该活动端的端部滑动收容于该导向部内。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该第二弹性件包括依次连接的固持端及抵接部,该固持端固定于该电源板的本体上,该抵接部自该固持端朝向该导电套筒延伸且部分弹性抵接于该导电套筒的内壁上。
5.如权利要求4所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该抵接部为盘圈状。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该第一弹性件包括固定端及由该固定端朝向该导电端子延伸的弹性臂,该固定端电性连接于该电源板的本体上,该弹性臂弹性抵接于该导电端子。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该LED灯还包括装设于该绝缘底座远离该灯头的一端上的灯罩,该灯罩罩设于该LED模块上。
8.如权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该绝缘底座包括相对设置的第一安装部及第二安装部,该第一安装部的内壁围成有第一收容空间,该第二安装部的内壁形成与该第一收容空间同轴的第二收容空间,该第一收容空间与该第二收容空间相连通共同形成收容空间,该电源板收容于该收容空间内。
9.如权利要求8所述的LED灯,其特征在于:该第二安装部的内周壁朝向该第二收容空间相对凸设有两个装设凸条,该两个装设凸条均沿该第二安装部的轴向贯通开设有安装槽,该本体靠近该第二安装部的两侧分别插设于相应的该两个安装槽内。
10.一种LED灯头结构,其包括绝缘底座、灯头及固定收容于该绝缘底座内的电源板,该灯头包括套接于该绝缘底座上的导电套筒、固设于该导电套筒远离该绝缘底座一端上的绝缘连接件及设于该绝缘连接件上的导电端子,该电源板包括用于设置电路的本体,其特征在于:该电源板还包括间隔固定于该本体上且与该本体电性连接的第一弹性件及第二弹性件,该第一弹性件弹性抵接于该灯头的该导电端子,该第二弹性件弹性抵接于该导电套筒,进而使该电源板与该灯头电性连接。
