Abstract
本发明涉及一种纺织染整技术,特别涉及一种羊毛衫防缩整理工艺。本发明的目的在于提供一种防缩整理效果好,处理成本低、不影响织物风格的羊毛衫防缩整理工艺,包括氧化还原处理、氯化脱氯处理、生物酶处理和柔软整理。本发明工艺简单,成本低廉,通过对生产后的羊毛衫作进一步的防皱处理,使得羊毛衫在经过多次洗涤后,形状仍然保持不变,增加的柔软工艺更是能够使得羊毛衫产品手感更佳舒适,通过采用合适的预处理,结合合理的氯化和生物酶处理达到了良好的防毡缩效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织染整技术,特别涉及一种羊毛衫防缩整理工艺。
背景技术
羊毛衫由羊毛纤维组成,其纤维上覆盖一层鳞片,但是羊毛衫产品也因为其特性从而导致产品外观不良,出现尺寸收缩、织纹不清、扭曲变形、增厚毡并等不良现象,使羊毛衫丧失了原有的美观和服用性能。这种现象在洗涤过程中,尤其是在“机洗”时更易于出现,给消费者带来诸多不便,对此出现了以防缩绒为目的的防缩整理。目前,防缩整理技术主要包括氯化技术、氧化技术、树脂防缩绒技术和生物酶技术等。上述方法均不能达到理想的防缩整理效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种防缩整理效果好,处理成本低、不影响织物风格的羊毛衫防缩整理工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的羊毛衫防缩整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、氧化还原处理:将织物浸入含高锰酸钾1-3g/L,HTZ-羊毛防缩助剂5-8g/L,ZJ-CH02螯合分散剂4-6g/L,渗透剂JFC0.1-0.5g/L的溶液中作氧化处理;氧化后将织物浸入含HTZ-还原剂4-6g/L的溶液中,进行还原处理;
2、氯化脱氯处理:加入织物重量2%-3%的氯化剂,调整pH值为4.5-5,加入织物重量0.1%-0.5%的平平加O,在温度25℃-30℃,浴比1∶15-20的条件下处理45min-60min,脱去浴液;加入织物重量3%-4.2%的亚硫酸氢钠,在温度25℃-30℃,浴比1∶10-20的条件下处理15min-20min;
3、生物酶处理:加入2-3g/L的硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、15-20g/L的氟硅酸钠和1-2g/L的烷基聚氧乙烯醚,用6-7owf%的蛋白酶处理40min,以1.5-2.5g/L的冰醋酸失活;
4、柔软整理:在温度50℃-55℃、浴比1∶20-25的条件下,将织物用5%-15owf%柔软剂处理10min-20min,离心脱水,60℃-80℃烘干。
作为优选,步骤1中所述氧化处理的温度为25-40℃,氧化时间为50-80min,PH值为4-6。
作为优选,步骤1中所述还原处理的温度为45-60℃,还原时间为10-25min,PH值为6-8。
作为优选,步骤3中所述生物酶处理的温度为45-50℃,浴比为3:55,调节pH至8-9。
本发明工艺简单,成本低廉,通过对生产后的羊毛衫作进一步的防皱处理,使得羊毛衫在经过多次洗涤后,形状仍然保持不变,增加的柔软工艺更是能够使得羊毛衫产品手感更佳舒适,通过采用合适的预处理,结合合理的氯化和生物酶处理达到了良好的防毡缩效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种羊毛衫防缩整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、氧化还原处理:将织物浸入含高锰酸钾3g/L,HTZ-羊毛防缩助剂8g/L,ZJ-CH02螯合分散剂6g/L,渗透剂JFC0.5g/L的溶液中作氧化处理,氧化处理的温度为40℃,氧化时间为80min,PH值为6;氧化后将织物浸入含HTZ-还原剂4g/L的溶液中,进行还原处理,还原处理的温度为45℃,还原时间为10min,PH值为6;
2、氯化脱氯处理:加入织物重量2%的氯化剂,调整pH值为4.5,加入织物重量0.1%的平平加O,在温度25℃,浴比1∶15的条件下处理45min,脱去浴液;加入织物重量3%的亚硫酸氢钠,在温度25℃,浴比1∶10的条件下处理15min;
3、生物酶处理:加入2g/L的硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、15g/L的氟硅酸钠和1g/L的烷基聚氧乙烯醚,用6owf%的蛋白酶处理40min,以1.5g/L的冰醋酸失活,生物酶处理的温度为45℃,浴比为3:55,调节pH至8;
4、柔软整理:在温度50℃、浴比1∶20的条件下,将织物用5owf%柔软剂处理10min,离心脱水,60℃烘干。
实施例2
一种羊毛衫防缩整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、氧化还原处理:将织物浸入含高锰酸钾1g/L,HTZ-羊毛防缩助剂5g/L,ZJ-CH02螯合分散剂4g/L,渗透剂JFC0.1g/L的溶液中作氧化处理,氧化处理的温度为25℃,氧化时间为50min,PH值为4;氧化后将织物浸入含HTZ-还原剂6g/L的溶液中,进行还原处理,还原处理的温度为60℃,还原时间为25min,PH值为8;
2、氯化脱氯处理:加入织物重量3%的氯化剂,调整pH值为5,加入织物重量0.5%的平平加O,在温度30℃,浴比1∶20的条件下处理60min,脱去浴液;加入织物重量4.2%的亚硫酸氢钠,在温度30℃,浴比1∶20的条件下处理20min;
3、生物酶处理:加入3g/L的硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、20g/L的氟硅酸钠和2g/L的烷基聚氧乙烯醚,用7owf%的蛋白酶处理40min,以2.5g/L的冰醋酸失活,生物酶处理的温度为50℃,浴比为3:55,调节pH至9;
4、柔软整理:在温度55℃、浴比1∶25的条件下,将织物用15owf%柔软剂处理20min,离心脱水,80℃烘干。
实施例3
一种羊毛衫防缩整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、氧化还原处理:将织物浸入含高锰酸钾2g/L,HTZ-羊毛防缩助剂6g/L,ZJ-CH02螯合分散剂5g/L,渗透剂JFC0.3g/L的溶液中作氧化处理,氧化处理的温度为30℃,氧化时间为60min,PH值为5;氧化后将织物浸入含HTZ-还原剂5g/L的溶液中,进行还原处理,还原处理的温度为50℃,还原时间为15min,PH值为7;
2、氯化脱氯处理:加入织物重量2.5%的氯化剂,调整pH值为4.5,加入织物重量0.3%的平平加O,在温度30℃,浴比1∶20的条件下处理55min,脱去浴液;加入织物重量3.5%的亚硫酸氢钠,在温度28℃,浴比1∶15的条件下处理18min;
3、生物酶处理:加入2.5g/L的硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、18g/L的氟硅酸钠和1g/L的烷基聚氧乙烯醚,用6.5owf%的蛋白酶处理40min,以2g/L的冰醋酸失活,生物酶处理的温度为48℃,浴比为3:55,调节pH至8.5;
4、柔软整理:在温度52℃、浴比1∶23的条件下,将织物用10owf%柔软剂处理15min,离心脱水,70℃烘干。
Claims (4)
1.一种羊毛衫防缩整理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)、氧化还原处理:将织物浸入含高锰酸钾1-3g/L,HTZ-羊毛防缩助剂5-8g/L,ZJ-CH02螯合分散剂4-6g/L,渗透剂JFC0.1-0.5g/L的溶液中作氧化处理;氧化后将织物浸入含HTZ-还原剂4-6g/L的溶液中,进行还原处理;
(2)、氯化脱氯处理:加入织物重量2%-3%的氯化剂,调整pH值为4.5-5,加入织物重量0.1%-0.5%的平平加O,在温度25℃-30℃,浴比1∶15-20的条件下处理45min-60min,脱去浴液;加入织物重量3%-4.2%的亚硫酸氢钠,在温度25℃-30℃,浴比1∶10-20的条件下处理15min-20min;
(3)、生物酶处理:加入2-3g/L的硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、15-20g/L的氟硅酸钠和1-2g/L的烷基聚氧乙烯醚,用6-7owf%的蛋白酶处理40min,以1.5-2.5g/L的冰醋酸失活;
(4)、柔软整理:在温度50℃-55℃、浴比1∶20-25的条件下,将织物用5%-15owf%柔软剂处理10min-20min,离心脱水,60℃-80℃烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛衫防缩整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述氧化处理的温度为25-40℃,氧化时间为50-80min,PH值为4-6。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种羊毛衫防缩整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述还原处理的温度为45-60℃,还原时间为10-25min,PH值为6-8。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种羊毛衫防缩整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述生物酶处理的温度为45-50℃,浴比为3:55,调节pH至8-9。
