本发明涉及一种纺织面料,尤其涉及一种功能纤维混纺羊毛衫面料。包括里层和面层,里层由麦饭石粘胶纤维与大豆蛋白质纤维混纺为经纱,大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维混纺为纬纱编织而成;面层由金丝纤维和牛奶纤维混纺为经纱,羊毛和细旦聚丙烯纤维混纺为纬纱编织而成;本发明的功能纤维混纺羊毛衫面料,突出了每种原料纤维所具有的特性,集各种原料的优点于一体,具有美观、手感好、档次高、保暖性强等多重功效,制成的衣物能够满足消费者健康、舒适、质优的穿着需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,尤其涉及一种功能纤维混纺羊毛衫面料。
背景技术
目前大部分纺织品档次局限于中低档,功能仅局限于单调保暖型,纺织产品的附加值、科技含量还不高,市场竞争力不强。随着人们对服装档次要求的不断提升,一贯受到消费者喜爱的纯羊毛产品,因其功能单一,不具有其他保健性能而逐渐受到市场的冷落。因此,制备具有多重功效和良好服用性能的羊毛产品以满足消费者健康、舒适、质优的穿着需求成为必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种兼具保暖、保健功能和服用性能的功能纤维混纺羊毛衫面料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的功能纤维混纺羊毛衫面料,包括里层和面层,里层由麦饭石粘胶纤维与大豆蛋白质纤维混纺为经纱,大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维混纺为纬纱编织而成;面层由金丝纤维和牛奶纤维混纺为经纱,羊毛和细旦聚丙烯纤维混纺为纬纱编织而成;
其中,所述里层经纱中麦饭石粘胶纤维与大豆蛋白质纤维的混纺比例为1-3:4-6;
所述里层纬纱中大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的混纺比例为2-5:6-8;
所述面层经纱中金丝纤维和牛奶纤维的混纺比例为3-4:5-6;
所述面层纬纱中羊毛和细旦聚丙烯纤维的混纺比例为1-4:3-5。
作为优选,所述麦饭石粘胶纤维的线密度为1.55~2.65dtex,平均长度为45-50mm。
作为优选,所述大豆蛋白质纤维的线密度为3.60~3.85dtex,平均长度为75-89mm。
作为优选,所述蚕丝纤维的线密度为2.90~3.02dtex,平均长度为30-38mm。
作为优选,所述细旦聚丙烯纤维的线密度为0.45~0.60dtex,平均长度为35-45mm。
本发明的功能纤维混纺羊毛衫面料,突出了每种原料纤维所具有的特性,集各种原料的优点于一体,具有美观、手感好、档次高、保暖性强等多重功效,制成的衣物能够满足消费者健康、舒适、质优的穿着需求。

功能纤维混纺羊毛衫面料,包括里层和面层,里层由麦饭石粘胶纤维与大豆蛋白质纤维混纺为经纱,大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维混纺为纬纱编织而成;面层由金丝纤维和牛奶纤维混纺为经纱,羊毛和细旦聚丙烯纤维混纺为纬纱编织而成;
其中,所述里层经纱中麦饭石粘胶纤维与大豆蛋白质纤维的混纺比例为1:4,麦饭石粘胶纤维的线密度为1.55dtex,平均长度为45mm;
所述里层纬纱中大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的混纺比例为2:6,大豆蛋白质纤维的线密度为3.60dtex,平均长度为75mm,蚕丝纤维的线密度为2.90dtex,平均长度为30mm;
所述面层经纱中金丝纤维和牛奶纤维的混纺比例为3:5;
所述面层纬纱中羊毛和细旦聚丙烯纤维的混纺比例为1:3,细旦聚丙烯纤维的线密度为0.45dtex,平均长度为35mm。

所述里层纬纱中大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的混纺比例为5:8,大豆蛋白质纤维的线密度为3.85dtex,平均长度为89mm,蚕丝纤维的线密度为3.02dtex,平均长度为38mm;
所述面层经纱中金丝纤维和牛奶纤维的混纺比例为4:6;
所述面层纬纱中羊毛和细旦聚丙烯纤维的混纺比例为4:5,细旦聚丙烯纤维的线密度为0.60dtex,平均长度为45mm。

其中,所述里层经纱中麦饭石粘胶纤维与大豆蛋白质纤维的混纺比例为2:5,麦饭石粘胶纤维的线密度为2.05dtex,平均长度为48mm;
所述里层纬纱中大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的混纺比例为3:7,大豆蛋白质纤维的线密度为3.70dtex,平均长度为82mm,蚕丝纤维的线密度为2.98dtex,平均长度为35mm;
所述面层经纱中金丝纤维和牛奶纤维的混纺比例为3.5:5.5;
所述面层纬纱中羊毛和细旦聚丙烯纤维的混纺比例为3:4,细旦聚丙烯纤维的线密度为0.50dtex,平均长度为40mm。

1.一种功能纤维混纺羊毛衫面料,其特征在于:包括里层和面层,里层由麦饭石粘胶纤维与大豆蛋白质纤维混纺为经纱,大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维混纺为纬纱编织而成;面层由金丝纤维和牛奶纤维混纺为经纱,羊毛和细旦聚丙烯纤维混纺为纬纱编织而成;
其中,所述里层经纱中麦饭石粘胶纤维与大豆蛋白质纤维的混纺比例为1-3:4-6;
所述里层纬纱中大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的混纺比例为2-5:6-8;
所述面层经纱中金丝纤维和牛奶纤维的混纺比例为3-4:5-6;
所述面层纬纱中羊毛和细旦聚丙烯纤维的混纺比例为1-4:3-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能纤维混纺羊毛衫面料,其特征在于:所述麦饭石粘胶纤维的线密度为1.55~2.65dtex,平均长度为45-50mm。
