Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有强抗爆性能的混醇汽油,该汽油是由以下重量份的各组分为原料制成:汽油44~62份,木质纤维素醇类混合物30~45份,石脑油1~8份,SDA强效抗爆剂2~3份。本发明以秸秆为原料发酵生产木质纤维素醇类混合物,并将该混合物作为原料应用于汽油生产行业,极大地降低了汽油的生产成本;本发明将木质纤维素醇类混合物与强效抗爆剂采用更为合理的配比进行生产,极大提高了该产品的抗爆性能。

一种具有强抗爆性能的混醇汽油
技术领域
本发明属于燃油技术领域,具体涉及一种具有强抗爆性能的混醇汽油。
背景技术
现有理论认为:汽油在汽缸中按自由基链反应机理燃烧,包括链引发、链传递、链支化、链终止等步骤。爆震是一种当汽油机的压缩比与汽油燃料的辛烷值不匹配时出现的不正常燃烧现象,产生爆震的原因是:汽油/空气混合气点火后,随着最初火焰中的在汽缸中的传播,未燃混合气受到已燃气体燃烧产生的压力和热的作用,氧化反应增强,过氧化物迅速分解,自由基支链反应剧增,未燃混合气的温度在最初火焰前锋到达之前已经发生自燃而爆炸燃烧,在汽缸内产生多个燃烧中心,各火焰前锋同时向前推进,产生爆震波发生爆震现象。
汽油抗爆剂的作用是抑制燃烧反应的自动加速,将汽油的燃烧速度限制在正常的范围内,即在火焰的前锋到达之前,抑制烃类自燃,使未燃烧的混合气体的自燃诱导期延长,使火焰的传播速度增加,达到消除燃料爆震燃烧的目的。
辛烷值是车用汽油最重要的质量指标,它综合反映一个国家炼油工业水平和车辆设计水平,采用抗爆剂是提高车用汽油辛烷值的重要手段。添加汽油抗爆剂可提高汽油的抗爆性能,即车用无铅汽油国家标准《GB17930-20061》的研究法辛烷值和抗爆指数,是生产高标号汽油的主要手段。
中国专利文献CN102093919B(申请号200910231176.7)公开了一种汽油抗爆剂,其主要组分包括邻乙酰胺基苯酚、间羟基苯酰胺及2-甲基苯酚,用量的重量比例为3:5:2。
从上述公开的文献来看,现在还未研发出一种添加了抗爆剂、具有较强抗爆性能的混醇汽油。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种添加了强效抗爆剂的具有强抗爆性能的混醇汽油,利用该发明技术生产的汽油配比科学合理,所生产的混醇汽油具有非常强的抗爆性能。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实施的:
一种具有强抗爆性能的混醇汽油,该汽油是由以下重量份的原料组分制成:
汽油44~62份,
木质纤维素醇类混合物30~45份,
石脑油1~8份,
SDA强效抗爆剂2~3份。
所述木质纤维素醇类混合物是以秸秆为原料经酶解发酵制成,该混合物的主要构成组分为纤维素乙醇、纤维素丁醇与丙酮,上述三种成分的比例为重量比33:1:1。
所述SDA强效抗爆剂是由甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰、二溴正辛烷、异辛酸锰、双丁二酰胺按照重量比5:7:3:1的比例添加混合而成。
根据本发明优选的,所述木质纤维素醇类混合物与SDA强效抗爆剂按照重量比15:1的比例添加混合。
根据本发明进一步优选的,该汽油是由以下重量份的各组分为原料制成:汽油54份,木质纤维素醇类混合物37.5份,石脑油6份,SDA强效抗爆剂2.5份。
根据本发明进一步优选的,该汽油是由以下重量份的各组分为原料制成:汽油50份,木质纤维素醇类混合物45份,石脑油2份,SDA强效抗爆剂3份。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明以秸秆为原料发酵生产木质纤维素醇类混合物,并将该混合物作为原料应用于汽油生产行业,极大地降低了汽油的生产成本;
(2)本发明将木质纤维素醇类混合物与强效抗爆剂采用更为合理的配比进行生产,极大提高了该产品的抗爆性能。

以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步描述,但是本发明的保护范围并不限于这些实施例。凡是不背离本发明构思的改变或等同替代均包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
以以下原料生产具有强抗爆性能的混醇汽油:
汽油54份;
木质纤维素醇类混合物37.5份;
石脑油6份;
SDA强效抗爆剂2.5份。
所述木质纤维素醇类混合物是以秸秆为原料经酶解发酵制成,该混合物的主要构成组分为纤维素乙醇、纤维素丁醇与丙酮,上述三种成分的比例为重量比33:1:1。
所述SDA强效抗爆剂是由甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰、二溴正辛烷、异辛酸锰、双丁二酰胺按照重量比5:7:3:1的比例添加混合而成。
实施例2
以以下原料生产具有强抗爆性能的混醇汽油:
汽油50份;
木质纤维素醇类混合物45份;
石脑油2份;

在该对比例中,汽油未添加任何抗爆剂。
对比例2:
以以下成分为原料生产混醇汽油:
汽油52份;
木质纤维素醇类混合物40份;
石脑油6份;
SDA强效抗爆剂2份。
所述的木质纤维素醇类混合物是以秸秆为原料经酶解发酵制成,该混合物的主要构成组分为纤维素乙醇、纤维素丁醇与丙酮,上述三种成分的重量比为33:1:1。
所述的SDA强效抗爆剂是由甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰(MMT)、二溴正辛烷、异辛酸锰、双丁二酰胺按照重量比5:7:3:1的比例添加混合而成。
在该对比例中虽然添加了抗爆剂,但木质纤维素醇类混合物与SDA强效抗爆剂没有按照重量比15:1的最优比例添加混合。
试验例1:
下面通过试验进一步阐述本发明混醇汽油的强抗爆性能的特点。
分别以实施例1-5的混醇汽油为检测对象,以对比例1、对比例2的混醇汽油为对比检测对象,按照国家标准GB/T503-1995《汽油辛烷值测定法测定》的要求对上述四种产品分别进行抗爆性能的检测,具体结果见下表:

1.一种具有强抗爆性能的混醇汽油,其特征在于,该汽油是由以下重量份的原料组分制成:汽油44~62份,木质纤维素醇类混合物30~45份,石脑油1~8份,SDA强效抗爆剂2~3份;
所述木质纤维素醇类混合物是以秸秆为原料经酶解发酵制成,该混合物的主要构成组分为纤维素乙醇、纤维素丁醇与丙酮,上述三种成分的比例为重量比33:1:1;
所述SDA强效抗爆剂是由甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰、二溴正辛烷、异辛酸锰、双丁二酰胺按照重量比5:7:3:1的比例添加混合而成;
所述木质纤维素醇类混合物与SDA强效抗爆剂按照重量比15:1的比例添加混合。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有强抗爆性能的混醇汽油,其特征在于,该汽油是由以下重量份的各组分为原料制成:汽油54份,木质纤维素醇类混合物37.5份,石脑油6份,SDA强效抗爆剂2.5份。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有强抗爆性能的混醇汽油,其特征在于,该汽油是由以下重量份的各组分为原料制成:汽油50份,木质纤维素醇类混合物45份,石脑油2份,SDA强效抗爆剂3份。
