Abstract
The industrial fuel comprises the following constituents by weight percent: 65%-70% of methanol, 10%-15% of sugar pressing waste liquid, 5%-8% of rosin water, 1%-3% of oxydol with 27.5% mass concentration, 1.5%-3% of xylene, 1%-3% of phytate, 1.5%-2% of benzotriazole, 3%-5% of acetone, 0.01%-0.05% of ferrocene, 0.1%-0.5% of lavender oil, and 1.5%-2% of rubber swelling inhibitor.
Description
- This application is a continuity-in-part application of U.S. application Ser. No. 14/274,696 filed 10 May 2014 that claims priority to CN Patent Application Ser. No. CN2013102038530 filed 28 May 2013.
- The invention relates to the technical field of new energy resources, energy saving and environmental protection, in particular to a novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel of a renewable energy resource and preparation method thereof.
- Atmospheric pollution and industrial discharge are common difficult problems that are urgent to be solved currently for all the countries in the world. At present, the industrial fuels used on international are still the diesel oil, natural gas, coal, liquefied gas and electricity which have high cost or high pollution. How to realize mutual benefit and double-win in environmentally-friendly social benefit and enterprise economic benefit has bothered the industrial circle and each government for a long term. And the market starves for a novel environmentally-friendly industrial fuel which is highly efficient, can greatly save energies, has cheap and widely available raw materials for production, and is suitable for large scale production. On the current market, the popular alcohol-based fuels are various in categories and differentiated in qualities, all have low heat values, unstable performances and narrow application scopes, and cannot be safely produced, stored and transported in large scale, therefore can only suitable for civil use but cannot satisfy the various complicated operation requirements in the industrial field. On the other hand, the waste liquid of a sugar mill generates a great deal of pollution, and requires a great amount of manpower and financial resources during treatment. If the waste liquid of the sugar mill can be burned directly as a fuel, then not only a great deal of waste liquid can be treated, but a great amount of heat energies will also be generated.
- Aiming to overcome the above defects, the invention provides the society with a novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel and preparation method thereof.
- The novel alcohol-based fuel has high heat value and stable performances, can be safely produced, stored and transported in large scale, and satisfy the various complicated operation requirements in the industrial field and the requirement for treating the waste liquid of a sugar mill
- The technical solution of the invention is to provide a novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel comprising the following constituents by weight percent:

Methanol: 65%-70% Sugar pressing waste liquid: Rosin water: 5%-8% 10%-15% Xylene: 1.5%-3% Oxydol with 27.5% mass Benzotriazole: 1.5%-2% concentration: 1%-3% Ferrocene: 0.01%-0.05% Phytate: 1%-3% Rubber swelling inhibitor: 1.5%-2%. Acetone: 3%-5% Lavender oil: 0.1%-0.5% - The sugar pressing waste liquid is the waste liquid obtained from the sugar mill that is filtered through a mesh screen (mesh No. is <100), the carbohydrate content of sugar pressing waste liquid is adjusted to 30-80% by weight.
- Also provided in the invention is a preparation method of the novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel. The method comprises: firstly, injecting a specified dosage of methanol into a mixing tank; then sequentially injecting the rosin water, oxydol, xylene, phytate, benzotriazole, acetone, ferrocene and rubber swelling inhibitor in the above proportion; standing for 30-60 minutes; injecting the sugar pressing waste liquid and the lavender oil, and stirring for about 10-20 minutes; sealing the cap, and standing the mixed solution for 2-4 hours under normal temperature to provide the novel industrial fuel.

Lavender oil: 0.5% - Firstly, injecting a specified dosage of methanol into a mixing tank; then sequentially injecting the rosin water, oxydol, xylene, phytate, benzotriazole, acetone, ferrocene and rubber swelling inhibitor in the above proportion; standing for 30-60 minutes; injecting the sugar pressing waste liquid and the lavender oil, and stirring for about 10-20 minutes; sealing the cap, and standing the mixed solution for 2-4 hours under normal temperature to provide the novel industrial fuel.

Lavender oil: 0.3% - Firstly, injecting a specified dosage of methanol into a mixing tank; then sequentially injecting the rosin water, oxydol, xylene, phytate, benzotriazole, acetone, ferrocene and rubber swelling inhibitor in the above proportion; standing for 30-60 minutes; injecting the sugar pressing waste liquid and the lavender oil, and stirring for about 10-20 minutes; sealing the cap, and standing the mixed solution for 2-4 hours under normal temperature to provide the novel industrial fuel.

By weight percent: Methanol: 67.39% Sugar pressing waste liquid (the carbohydrate Rosin water: 8% content is about 30% by weight): 15% Xylene: 1.5% Oxydol with 27.5% mass concentration: 1% Benzotriazole: 1.5% Phytate: 1% Ferrocene: 0.01% Acetone: 3% Rubber swelling Lavender oil: 0.1% inhibitor: 1.5%. - Firstly, injecting a specified dosage of methanol into a mixing tank; then sequentially injecting the rosin water, oxydol, xylene, phytate, benzotriazole, acetone, ferrocene and rubber swelling inhibitor in the above proportion; standing for 30-60 minutes; injecting the sugar pressing waste liquid and the lavender oil, and stirring for about 10-20 minutes; sealing the cap, and standing the mixed solution for 2-4 hours under normal temperature to provide the novel industrial fuel. The rosin water in the invention is prepared by dissolving rosin powders in the ethanol of more than 99%, wherein the weight ratio between the rosin powders and the ethanol is 1: 3-5. The rosin water releases little smoke and few pungent smells, and does not pollute the working environment or influencing human health.
- The oxydol in the invention, also called as hydrogen peroxide, refers to the oxydol in the content of 27.5% (W/W) which can be purchased from the market.
- The sugar pressing waste liquid is the waste liquid obtained from the sugar mill that is filtered through a mesh screen (mesh No. is <100), the carbohydrate content of sugar pressing waste liquid is adjusted to 30-80% by weight.
- In order to improve the combustibility of the carbohydrates in the sugar pressing waste liquid, the sugar pressing waste liquid can be further treated by the following steps: implanting yeast and rhizopus in the 5%-20% weight percent of sugar pressing waste liquid (including residue), wherein the weight ratio between the yeast and the rhizopus is 1:3; fermenting for 10-20 hours under the room temperature i.e. 20-25 centigrade; and then filtrating the residue to obtain the sugar pressing waste liquid having a better effect.
- The other raw materials in the invention can be purchased from the market, so that unnecessary details will not be given here anymore.
- The novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel of the invention burns in a combustion engine specially for an alcohol-based fuel, and can be used in almost all the industrial pyrolytical combustion fields. Through various tests more than one year under different operation conditions, the novel fuel of the invention is confirmed to have high combustion temperature, high heat value and excellent environmentally-friendly and energy-saving effect, can completely replace the traditional fuels such as natural gas, diesel oil, liquefied gas, coal and electricity in the pyrolytical combustion fields such as industrial boiler, kiln and the like without replacing other devices, thus having an extremely low upgrading cost and excellent and wide applicability. The raw materials can be obtained from many sources, and are inexhaustible and low in cost. Each ton of the novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel can replace one ton of diesel oil at the most, while the cost is less than ⅓ of the diesel oil, thus having extremely high economic benefit. The selected sugar pressing waste liquid is the substances abandoned by sugar mills after fermentation treatment. More than 3 million tons of sugar pressing waste liquid is discharged per year all over the country; and the enterprises have to spend large funds per year to treat the waste liquid because no good utilization method for the sugar pressing waste liquid exists in the prior art. The invention provides an excellent solution for utilizing the sugar pressing waste liquid which is actually a multi-win technical solution.
- The novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel of the invention can be applied in the pyrolytical combustion fields such as industrial boiler, kiln and the like. The tests prove that the novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel is thoroughly clean and environmentally-friendly, is superior to the strictest international industrial emission standard on environmental protection, and can reduce enterprise energy cost, improve enterprise production efficiency and yield, and comprehensively improve enterprise market competitiveness. To be specific, the invention also has:
- 1. Energy-Saving
- (1) High heat energy: the combustion temperature can reach more than 1000 degrees on a stove;
- (2) Labor intensity reduction and fuel saving.
- 2. Environmental Protection
- (1) No smoke, no toxicity, no smell, no carbon deposition, no burnt boiler, and complete combustion;
- (2) No harmful gas is generated. The emission values of the indexes such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and Ringelmann black degree are far less than that of liquefied gas and diesel oil, are also far less than the emission limits specified by the State Environmental Protection Administration, and satisfy the strictest international environmental protection requirements. Replacing one million tons of diesel oil with one million tons of the novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel can reduce CO2 emission by 2.086 million tons; and replacing one million tons of natural gas with one million tons of the novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel can reduce CO2 emission by 1.65 million tons.

- (1) The product is added with a stabilizer, and therefore has low volatility and stable performance, is resistant to high temperature, and is extremely safe to transport, store and use;
- (2) Unlikely to be lighted without an open fire, thus having no explosion hazard;
- (3) The leaks are liquid which is easy to find, and the fire is easy to be extinguished with extinguishing agent.
- 4. Economical
- (1) Low cost: one ton of the fuel of the invention saves more than 10% energies than equivalent liquefied gas and diesel oil;
- (2) The fuel of the invention requires extremely low equipment upgrading cost which is about one tenth of the cost upgrading coal gas equipment to fuel gas equipment;
- (3) The novel industrial fuel can be produced all the year round, and the production scale can be determined according to the factors such as economic status, market and the like.

Claims (3)
1. A novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel, is characterized in that the fuel comprises the following components by weight percent:
Methanol: 65%-70% Sugar pressing waste liquid: 10%-15% Rosin water: 5%-8% Oxydol of 27.5% mass concentration: 1%-3% Xylene: 1.5%-3% Phytate: 1%-3% Benzotriazole: 1.5%-2% Acetone: 3%-5% Ferrocene: 0.01%-0.05% Lavender oil: 0.1%-0.5% Rubber swelling inhibitor: 1.5%-2%
wherein the sugar pressing waste liquid is a liquid product by filtering a waste liquid from a sugar mill and contains 30-80% of carbohydrates by weight.
2. A process for preparing the novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel, is characterized by: firstly, injecting a specified dosage of methanol into a mixing tank; then sequentially injecting the rosin water, oxydol, xylene, phytate, benzotriazole, acetone, ferrocene and rubber swelling inhibitor in the proportion in claim 1 ; standing for 30-60 minutes; injecting the sugar pressing waste liquid and the lavender oil, and stirring for about 10-20 minutes; sealing the cap, and standing the mixed solution for 2-4 hours at room temperature to provide the novel industrial fuel.
3. The novel environmentally-friendly high-energy alcohol-based industrial fuel according to claim 1 , the fermented yeast and rhizopus by incubating one part of the yeast and three parts of rhizopus at temperature between 20 and 25° C. for 10-20 hours.
