本发明公开了一种表面有机改性的钛白粉颜料,按照质量分数包括以下组份:钛白粉100份;膨润土5~12份;三氧化二铝2~7份;有机锌化物5~15份;酰胺化合物1~12份;甲醇1~5份。本发明应用于涂料中能明显改善其在涂料溶液中流变状态提高其分散性能,同时其光稳定性更强,具有更高的耐候性。

技术领域
本发明属于化学化工技术领域,尤其涉及钛白粉白色颜料的改性配方技术。
背景技术
颜料作为装饰和保护的有色物质,能以分散状态应用在油墨、塑料、橡胶、涂料、造纸等各领域。白色不透明颜料以钛质颜料为主,优异以R型钛白粉为重要选择。但目前普通的钛白粉光稳定性差易变色,同时在溶剂分散中分散不好,而且粉碎易结块,着色力和遮盖力还有待提高。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述现有存在的问题和不足,本发明的目的是提供一种表面有机改性的钛白粉颜料,得到钛白粉颜料应用于涂料中能明显改善其在涂料溶液中流变状态提高其分散性能,同时其光稳定性更强,具有更高的耐候性。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种表面有机改性的钛白粉颜料,按照质量分数包括以下组份:
钛白粉100份;
膨润土5~12份;
三氧化二铝2~7份;
有机锌化物5~15份;
酰胺化合物1~12份;
甲醇1~5份。
作为优选,所述有机锌化合物为二乙基锌及其盐,或锌酸锂盐、锌酸镁盐。
作为优选,所述酰胺化合物为丙烯酰胺或天冬酰胺。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:甲醇作为极性溶剂进行微量引入可以促使膨润土和钛白粉胶体体系的形成,同时三氧化二铝对钛白粉进行吸附式表面处理有利于颜料的光稳定性,同时有机锌化合物可以与二氧化钛表面形成共价键结合包裹进一步防止钛白粉的结块,酰胺化合物与二氧化钛表面发生有机吸附可以防止颜料重新结块,利于分散,从而提高钛白粉的分散性和着色力。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
实施例1
首先在100重量份的金红石型钛白粉中加入25份的水并高速搅拌分散形成浆料,接着投入10份膨润土SD-2和5份三氧化二铝,以及5份二乙基锌并搅拌均匀,最后投入2份的丙烯酰胺和2份的甲醇,搅拌反应2h后,经过滤浆,并自然烘干或40~60℃下烘干,最后干燥并磨粉,即可。本产品色泽均匀,呈松散粉末状,具有顺滑蓬松感。将产品在磷化板上喷涂,涂膜厚度控制在50~70微米,然后经过耐人工气候老化试验(GB/T1865-1997)1000h,变色小于2级,失光小于1级,且无粉化、起泡、开裂或剥落现象。
实施例2

钛白粉100份;
膨润土5~12份;
三氧化二铝2~7份;
有机锌化物5~15份;
酰胺化合物1~12份;
甲醇1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述表面有机改性的钛白粉颜料,其特征在于:所述有机锌化合物为二乙基锌及其盐,或锌酸锂盐、锌酸镁盐。
