本发明公开了一种微发泡轻质塑料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:发泡乳液5-7、辛酸癸酸三甘油酯3-4、柠檬酸三丁酯5-7、高密度聚乙烯160-190、乳酸钙1-2、柑橘渣1-2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯1-2、木糖醇2-3、1,4-环己烷二甲醇0.5-1、钛酸酯偶联剂LD700.1-0.2、轻质碳酸钙1-2、棕榈蜡0.6-1、沉淀硫酸钡10-14、氟化钙2-3。本发明的塑料质轻,柔韧性好,且具有良好的隔热性,本发明采用发泡乳液作为发泡助剂,有效的改善了发泡质量,还提高了填料在塑料间的相容性,有效的防止了团聚,提高了成品塑料的稳定性。

Description

一种微发泡轻质塑料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料技术领域,尤其涉及一种微发泡轻质塑料及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物,俗称塑料或树脂,可以自由改变成分及形体样式,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成,大多数塑料质轻,化学性稳定,不会锈蚀;耐冲击性好;具有较好的透明性和耐磨耗性;绝缘性好,导热性低;一般成型性、着色性好,加工成本低;但是目前塑料产品也普遍存在很多共同的缺点:大部分塑料耐热性差,热膨胀率大,易燃烧;尺寸稳定性差,容易变形;多数塑料耐低温性差,低温下变脆,容易老化;塑料不同性能决定了其在生活在工业中的用途,随着技术的进步,对塑料改性一直没有停止过研究。为了不断提高塑料成品的性能,使得塑料在不同的领域具有不同的特性,满足不同的工作环境,对塑料进行有针对性的改性就显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种微发泡轻质塑料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种微发泡轻质塑料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
发泡乳液5-7、辛酸癸酸三甘油酯3-4、柠檬酸三丁酯5-7、高密度聚乙烯160-190、乳酸钙1-2、柑橘渣1-2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯1-2、木糖醇2-3、1,4-环己烷二甲醇0.5-1、钛酸酯偶联剂LD700.1-0.2、轻质碳酸钙1-2、棕榈蜡0.6-1、沉淀硫酸钡10-14、氟化钙2-3。
所述的一种微发泡轻质塑料,所述的发泡乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
AC发泡剂10-12、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2、油酸钾皂2.6-4、40-50%的乙醇溶液50-60。
将上述油酸钾皂加入到40-50%的乙醇溶液中,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-15分钟,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌至常温,加入AC发泡剂,60-100转/分搅拌3-4分钟,即得。
一种所述的微发泡轻质塑料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述柑橘渣加入到其重量40-50倍的、浓度为0.8-1%的过氧化氢溶液中,浸泡40-50分钟,加入氟化钙,搅拌均匀,抽滤,得滤饼;
(2)将上述棕榈蜡加入到其重量10-13倍的无水乙醇中,加入滤饼,送入70-80℃的水浴中,保温搅拌3-5分钟,得料a;
(3)将上述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、木糖醇混合,搅拌均匀,加入上述高密度聚乙烯重量的10-13%,在80-90℃下保温搅拌10-14分钟,得料b;
(4)将上述钛酸酯偶联剂LD70加入到发泡乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入上述料a、料b,600-700转/分搅拌4-5分钟,得偶联剂改性乳液;
(5)将上述偶联剂改性乳液与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,送入双螺杆挤出机,熔融挤出,冷却,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的塑料质轻,柔韧性好,且具有良好的隔热性,本发明采用发泡乳液作为发泡助剂,有效的改善了发泡质量,还提高了填料在塑料间的相容性,有效的防止了团聚,提高了成品塑料的稳定性。
具体实施方式
一种微发泡轻质塑料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
发泡乳液5、辛酸癸酸三甘油酯3、柠檬酸三丁酯5、高密度聚乙烯160、乳酸钙1、柑橘渣1、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯1、木糖醇2、1,4环己烷二甲醇0.5、钛酸酯偶联剂LD700.1、轻质碳酸钙1、棕榈蜡0.6、沉淀硫酸钡10、氟化钙2。
所述的一种微发泡轻质塑料,所述的发泡乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
AC发泡剂10、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1、油酸钾皂2.6、40%的乙醇溶液50。
将上述油酸钾皂加入到40%的乙醇溶液中,在50℃下保温搅拌10分钟,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌至常温,加入AC发泡剂,60转/分搅拌3分钟,即得。
一种所述的微发泡轻质塑料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述柑橘渣加入到其重量40倍的、浓度为0.8%的过氧化氢溶液中,浸泡40分钟,加入氟化钙,搅拌均匀,抽滤,得滤饼;
(2)将上述棕榈蜡加入到其重量10倍的无水乙醇中,加入滤饼,送入70℃的水浴中,保温搅拌3分钟,得料a;
(3)将上述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、木糖醇混合,搅拌均匀,加入上述高密度聚乙烯重量的10%,在80℃下保温搅拌10分钟,得料b;
(4)将上述钛酸酯偶联剂LD70加入到发泡乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入上述料a、料b,600转/分搅拌4分钟,得偶联剂改性乳液;
(5)将上述偶联剂改性乳液与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,送入双螺杆挤出机,熔融挤出,冷却,即得。
性能测试:
拉伸强度:17.6MPa;
断裂伸长率:350%。

1.一种微发泡轻质塑料,其特征在于:它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
发泡乳液5-7、辛酸癸酸三甘油酯3-4、柠檬酸三丁酯5-7、高密度聚乙烯160-190、乳酸钙1-2、柑橘渣1-2、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯1-2、木糖醇2-3、1,4-环己烷二甲醇0.5-1、钛酸酯偶联剂LD700.1-0.2、轻质碳酸钙1-2、棕榈蜡0.6-1、沉淀硫酸钡10-14、氟化钙2-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微发泡轻质塑料,其特征在于:所述的发泡乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
AC发泡剂10-12、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1-0.2、油酸钾皂2.6-4、40-50%的乙醇溶液50-60。
将上述油酸钾皂加入到40-50%的乙醇溶液中,在50-60℃下保温搅拌10-15分钟,加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,搅拌至常温,加入AC发泡剂,60-100转/分搅拌3-4分钟,即得。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的微发泡轻质塑料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将上述柑橘渣加入到其重量40-50倍的、浓度为0.8-1%的过氧化氢溶液中,浸泡40-50分钟,加入氟化钙,搅拌均匀,抽滤,得滤饼;
(2)将上述棕榈蜡加入到其重量10-13倍的无水乙醇中,加入滤饼,送入70-80℃的水浴中,保温搅拌3-5分钟,得料a;
(3)将上述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、木糖醇混合,搅拌均匀,加入上述高密度聚乙烯重量的10-13%,在80-90℃下保温搅拌10-14分钟,得料b;
(4)将上述钛酸酯偶联剂LD70加入到发泡乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入上述料a、料b,600-700转/分搅拌4-5分钟,得偶联剂改性乳液;
(5)将上述偶联剂改性乳液与剩余各原料混合,搅拌均匀,送入双螺杆挤出机,熔融挤出,冷却,即得。
