Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于焊接轨道的铁轨的焊接单元,包括:设置用于除去焊缝的剪切装置,所述剪切装置由具有第一剪切刃的头部部件以及可朝向彼此枢转并且均具有第二剪切刃的两个侧面部件构成,其中与各侧面部件关联的是设置用于施加到铁轨基座的铁轨基座部分。
背景技术
从大量公开文件、例如EP 2 315 877或GB 2 185 703 A中的各实施例中已知用于所谓的移动式闪光对接焊的这种类型的焊接单元。
从EP 0 132 227 81中已知另一焊接单元,其中两个单元体由肘节杆彼此连接。位移圆筒被紧固到其上设置了用于夹持铁轨的夹持器的横梁。
US 3 978 746中更详细地描述了用于除去焊缝的剪切装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种开头所述类型的焊接单元,其使得可以改进操作。
根据本发明,该目的通过指定类型的焊接单元实现,因为在朝向彼此的端部区域中,所述两个铁轨基座部分具有用于形状锁定连接的齿系统,其在两个侧面部件已被施加到铁轨之后在铁轨的纵向方向起作用。
由于铁轨基座部分的这种特殊构造,现在可以以有利的方式也在枕木之上进行两个铁轨的焊接。

具体实施方式
图1所示的焊接单元1由两个装配单元4构成,其可以借助于位移圆筒2沿着装配引导件3朝向彼此移动。所述装配单元4借助于未详细示出的被压靠在待焊接到彼此的铁轨上的夹持爪6分别连接到两个夹持装置5。总共三个装配引导件3通过桥接件12彼此连接。
平行于装配引导件3延伸的拉杆7具有紧固于第一装配单元4的第一端部8并被引导穿过第二装配单元4,其中第二端部9在不同情况下相对于所述第二装配单元4的垂直于装配引导件3延伸的外表面10突出。
两个拉杆7的第二端部9连接到横梁11。各位移圆筒2一方面被紧固到第二装配单元4的所述外表面10,并且另一方面被紧固到横梁11。后者安装用于沿两个下部装配引导件3移动,为此所述下部装配引导件3配置成比上部装配引导件3更长。
在图2中可看到,用于剪除焊缝的剪切装置13,其位于两个装配单元4之间并且为更清楚起见而在图1中未示出。
剪切装置13由具有第一剪切刃14的头部部件15以及可朝向彼此枢转并且均具有第二剪切刃16的两个侧面部件17构成。设置用于施加到铁轨19的铁轨基座18的铁轨基座部分20与每个侧部部件17相关联。两个侧部部件17通过可快速释放的插入式连接件21分别安装到头部部件15。此外,每个侧部部件17连接到用于绕平行于铁轨19延伸的轴23枢转的枢转驱动器22。
在朝向彼此的端部区域24中,两个铁轨基座部分20具有用于形状锁定连接的齿系统27,其在两个侧面部件17已被施加到铁轨19之后在铁轨的纵向方向25或剪切方向26上起作用(参见特别是图3)。在此情况下,可以将两个铁轨基座部分20设计成具有更小的高度,使得可以直接在枕木上方进行焊接操作。
如图4中可以看到的,头部部件15被相对于剪切方向26定位在两个侧部部件17的前方。由此,焊缝在从铁轨19剪断时被自动破开,并因此可以以简单的方式除去。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于焊接轨道的铁轨(19)的焊接单元,包括:设置用于除去焊缝的剪切装置(13),所述剪切装置(13)由具有第一剪切刃(14)的头部部件(15)以及可朝向彼此枢转并且均具有第二剪切刃(16)的两个侧面部件(17)构成,其中与各侧面部件(17)关联的是设置用于施加到铁轨基座(18)的铁轨基座部分(20),其特征在于,在朝向彼此的端部区域(24)中,所述两个铁轨基座部分(20)具有用于形状锁定连接的齿系统(27),其在两个侧面部件(17)已被施加到所述铁轨(19)之后在所述铁轨的纵向方向(25)上起作用。
