技术领域
本发明涉及一种换热装置,具体说是一种可拆卸的管式换热装置。
背景技术
目前的管式换热器为整体焊接结构,清洗和疏通只能通过内部循环来完成,且换热管发生损坏时无法更替,一旦损坏只能整体换置,导致以换为修,使用成本高。
因为各个厂家因为生产的需求不同,设备的型号功率受产能需求控制,因此各个厂家才设备型号不一,无法直接购买更换,需要重新定制生产才能发货更换,时间流程长,严重影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种可拆卸,方便维修的可拆卸的管式换热装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案包括壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有由多层换热管并列螺旋排布组成的内芯,壳体两端下侧设有交换进出口,所述交换进出口下端设有对接法兰盘,所述壳体左端设有壳体法兰I,右端设有壳体法兰II,所述壳体法兰I左侧设有带有封头法兰I的封头,所述壳体法兰I和封头法兰I间设有石墨垫,壳体法兰I和封头法兰I通过螺栓连接固定,所述壳体法兰II与封头法兰II间设有O型密封垫,壳体法兰II与封头法兰II通过螺栓连接固定,所述封头外端侧设有换热进出口,所述换热进出口外侧设有对接法兰盘。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果:
1、可拆卸,可将内芯取出,进行清洗,清洗效率高,减少维护保养时间,提升工作效率,降低生产成本。
2、可单独更换内部换热管,使用维护成本低,降低生产成本。

如图1所示,本发明包括壳体1,其特征在于,所述壳体1内设有由多层换热管2并列螺旋排布组成的内芯,壳体1两端下侧设有交换进出口3,所述交换进出口3下端设有对接法兰盘4,所述壳体1左端设有壳体法兰I5,右端设有壳体法兰II6,所述壳体法兰I5左侧设有带有封头法兰I8的封头7,所述壳体法兰I5和封头法兰I8间设有石墨垫9,壳体法兰I5和封头法兰I8通过螺栓10连接固定,所述壳体法兰II6与封头法兰II12间设有O型密封垫11,壳体法兰II6与封头法兰II12通过螺栓10连接固定,所述封头7外端侧设有换热进出口13,所述换热进出口13外侧设有对接法兰盘4。
本发明的工作原理:低温介质由换热进出口13进入或排出,高温介质由交换进出口3进入或排出,低温介质流经换热管2组成的内芯,高温介质充斥在壳体1与内芯的间隙中,在换热管2的作用下高温介质和低温介质温度交换,完成换热。
