一种便于降解塑料,有下列物质组成:聚羟基脂肪酸酯30-35份;聚乳酸15-20份;对苯二甲酸5-15份;农作物纤维25-35份;聚酰胺20-25份;塑化剂1-2份。本发明的有益效果:本发明在生产过程中不会对环境造成污染,而且使用后可回收,是真正的环保产品,本发明成本低廉、耐高温,是传统的石油化工塑料替代产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种便于降解塑料。
背景技术
目前现有的塑料制品多用聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯和树脂类材料制成,遇到高温时会散发有害气体,放到户外,很长时间不容易分解,给环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的:解决现有的技术问题,提供一种可自然降解,不会对环境造成污染的塑料。
本发明所采取解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:一种便于降解塑料,有下列物质组成:
聚羟基脂肪酸酯30-35份聚乳酸15-20份
对苯二甲酸5-15份农作物纤维25-35份
聚酰胺20-25份。塑化剂1-2份
所述的塑化剂为亚磷酸二苯酯。
本发明的有益效果:本发明在生产过程中不会对环境造成污染,而且使用后可回收,是真正的环保产品,本发明成本低廉、耐高温,是传统的石油化工塑料替代产品。
具体实施方式
取聚羟基脂肪酸酯30份、聚乳酸20份、对苯二甲酸10份、农作物纤维20份、聚酰胺20份、塑化剂1份,在离心机内高速搅拌5分钟,加压喷雾到搅拌机内,高速搅拌35分钟,温度设为70℃,使料的含水量低于3.5%,注塑机最终将料加工成塑料。

1.一种便于降解塑料,其特征在于有下列物质组成:聚羟基脂肪酸酯30-35份、聚乳酸15-20份、对苯二甲酸5-15份、纤维25-35份、聚酰胺20-25份、塑化剂1-2份,所述的塑化剂为亚磷酸二苯酯。
