本发明涉及一种生物降解薄膜。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平与卫生要求的提高,卫生用品发展迅速,已深入到每个家庭,其用量呈现快速上升的势头。然而传统的卫生用品一般选用PE、PP等材质,其缺点是该卫生用品使用后,不能降解,对环境产生较大破坏,造成“白色污染”。生物降解塑料可在自然界广泛存在的微生物或动植物体内酶的作用下最终分解成二氧化碳及水而回归环境。该类材料的应用是解决传统塑料造成的“白色污染”问题的主要途径之一。
聚乳酸使用后可完全降解,不会对环境造成污染,其技术开发成为当前研究的热点,从近几年聚乳酸相关专利的申请就可见端倪。聚乳酸有良好的生物相容性和可生物降解性,能被酸、碱、生物酶、微生物等降解;聚乳酸制品使用后能被自然界中微生物完全降解,最终变成二氧化碳和水,不污染环境,对保护环境非常有利。但聚乳酸也有一些性能有待改进,如聚乳酸的柔韧性较差,冲击强度和断裂伸长率均低于通用树脂,货架寿命较短。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种生物降解薄膜的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明一种生物降解薄膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯和聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯按照预定比例混合并搅拌得到混合材料A;
(2)将聚羟基脂肪酸酯和聚碳酸亚丙酯素按照预定比例混合并搅拌得到混合材料B;
(3)将步骤(1)中获得的混合原材料A进行吹膜得到第一薄膜;将步骤(2)中得到的混合材料B进行吹膜得到第二薄膜;
(4)将步骤(1)中的第一薄膜进行横向拉伸,将步骤(2)中得到的第二薄膜置于第一薄膜的上表面,将第一薄膜和第二薄膜粘合得到生物降解薄膜。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中,聚乳酸的质量份数为10-30份;
所述聚丁二酸丁二醇脂的质量份数为40-70份;
所述聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯的质量份数为1-20份。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中,聚羟基脂肪酸酯的质量份数为10-60份;
所述聚碳酸亚丙酯的质量份数为60-80份。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中对混合材料A进行吹膜的温度范围为120℃~180℃。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中对混合材料B进行吹膜的温度范围为120℃~180℃。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中,对第一薄膜进行横向拉伸的拉伸比为2:1。
进一步地,所述步骤4的具体过程为在第一薄膜的上表面喷涂热熔胶,再将第二薄膜置于第一薄膜上进行粘合。
进一步地,所述方法还包括向步骤(3)中制得的第一薄膜的下表面喷涂纳米银抗菌剂,并在40℃-60℃的温度下对第一薄膜进行干燥处理。
进一步地,所述方法还包括向步骤(3)中制得的第二薄膜的上表面喷涂纳米银抗菌剂,并在40℃-60℃的温度下对第二薄膜进行干燥处理。
进一步地,所述抗菌剂包括纳米银、黄檗提取物、积雪草提取物、聚二甲基硅氧烷、羧甲基纤维素和聚丙烯酸钠;
所述纳米银的质量份数为0.01-3份;
所述黄檗提取物质量份数为20-30份;
所述积雪草提取物质量份数为20-30份;
所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量份数为1-5份;
所述羧甲基纤维素的质量份数为5-10份;
所述乙醇的质量份数为20-30份;
聚丙烯酸钠的质量份数为1-15份。
本发明通过在第一薄膜和第二薄膜的表面涂覆抗菌剂,使制得的生物降解薄膜具有抗菌、杀菌的功能;在制备第二薄膜时,通过对第一薄膜进行拉伸使得生物降解薄膜更加轻薄。
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种生物降解薄膜。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种生物降解薄膜,按照如上所述生物降解薄膜的制备方法制得的薄膜。
本发明生物降接薄膜通过在第一薄膜和第二薄膜的表面涂覆抗菌剂,使制得的生物降解薄膜具有抗菌、杀菌的功能;在制备第二薄膜时,通过对第一薄膜进行拉伸使得生物降解薄膜更加轻薄。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供一种生物降解薄膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯和聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯按照预定比例混合并搅拌得到混合材料A;其中,聚乳酸的质量份数为10-30份;所述聚丁二酸丁二醇脂的质量份数为40-70份;所述聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯的质量份数为1-20份;
(2)将聚羟基脂肪酸酯和聚碳酸亚丙酯按照预定比例混合并搅拌得到混合材料B;其中,所述聚羟基脂肪酸酯的质量份数为10-60份;所述聚碳酸亚丙酯的质量份数为60-80份;
(3)将步骤(1)中获得的混合原材料A在120℃~180℃的温度下进行吹膜得到第一薄膜,在制得的第一薄膜的下表面喷涂纳米银抗菌剂,并在40℃-60℃的温度下对第一薄膜进行干燥处理。将步骤(2)中得到的混合材料B在120℃~180℃的温度下进行吹膜得到第二薄膜;制得的第二薄膜的上的表面喷涂纳米银抗菌剂,并在40℃-60℃的温度下对第二薄膜进行干燥处理。
(4)将步骤(3)中的制得的第一薄膜进行横向拉伸后,在第一薄膜的上表面喷涂热熔胶,将步骤(3)中得到的第二薄膜的下表面对应第一薄膜的上表面放置、将二者进行粘合得到生物降解薄膜。
本实施例中所述抗菌剂包括纳米银、黄檗提取物、积雪草提取物、聚二甲基硅氧烷、羧甲基纤维素、和聚丙烯酸钠和乙醇;所述纳米银的质量份数为0.01-3份;所述黄檗提取物质量份数为20-30份;所述积雪草提取物质量份数为20-30份;所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量份数为1-5份;所述羧甲基纤维素的质量份数为5-10份;所述乙醇的质量份数为20-30份;聚丙烯酸钠的质量份数为1-15份。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种生物降解薄膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯和聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯按照预定比例混合并搅拌得到混合材料A;其中,聚乳酸的质量份数为15份;所述聚丁二酸丁二醇脂的质量份数为55份;所述聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯的质量份数为10份;
(2)将聚羟基脂肪酸酯和聚碳酸亚丙酯按照预定比例混合并搅拌得到混合材料B;其中,所述聚羟基脂肪酸酯的质量份数为30份;所述聚碳酸亚丙酯的质量份数为70份。
(3)将步骤(1)中获得的混合原材料A在200℃的温度下进行吹膜得到第一薄膜,在制得的第一薄膜的下表面喷涂纳米银抗菌剂,并在20℃的温度下对第一薄膜进行干燥处理。将步骤(2)中得到的混合材料B在220℃的温度下进行吹膜得到第二薄膜;制得的第二薄膜的上的表面喷涂纳米银抗菌剂,并在15℃的温度下对第二薄膜进行干燥处理。
(4)将步骤(3)中的制得的第一薄膜进行横向拉伸后,在第一薄膜的上表面喷涂热熔胶,将步骤(2)中得到的第二薄膜的下表面对应第一薄膜放置在第一薄膜的上表面、将二者进行粘合得到生物降解薄膜。本实施例中所述抗菌剂包括纳米银、黄檗提取物、积雪草提取物、聚二甲基硅氧烷、羧甲基纤维素、和聚丙烯酸钠和乙醇;
所述纳米银的质量份数为1份;所述黄檗提取物质量份数为25份;所述积雪草提取物质量份数为23份;所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的质量份数为3份;所述羧甲基纤维素的质量份数为7份;所述乙醇的质量份数为25份;聚丙烯酸钠的质量份数为10份。
本发明通过在第一薄膜和第二薄膜的表面涂覆抗菌剂,使制得的生物降解薄膜具有抗菌、杀菌的功能;在制备第二薄膜时,通过对第一薄膜进行拉伸提高了生物降解薄膜的更加的轻薄。

Claims (1)

1.一种生物降解薄膜,其特征在于,所述的生物降解薄膜是按照下述方法制备的:
(1)将聚乳酸、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯和聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯按照预定比例混合并搅拌得到混合材料A;
(2)将聚羟基脂肪酸酯和聚碳酸亚丙酯按照预定比例混合并搅拌得到混合材料B;
(3)将步骤(1)中获得的混合原材料A进行吹膜得到第一薄膜;将步骤(2)中得到的混合材料B进行吹膜得到第二薄膜;
(4)将步骤(3)中的第一薄膜进行横向拉伸,将步骤(3)中得到的第二薄膜置于第一薄膜的上表面,将第一薄膜和第二薄膜粘合得到生物降解薄膜;所述步骤(1)中,聚乳酸的质量份数为10-30份;
所述聚丁二酸丁二醇酯的质量份数为40-70份;
所述聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯的质量份数为1-20份;
所述步骤(2)中,
所述聚羟基脂肪酸酯的质量份数为10-60份;
所述聚碳酸亚丙酯的质量份数为60-80份;
所述步骤(3)中对混合材料A进行吹膜的温度范围为120℃~180℃;
所述步骤(3)中对混合材料B进行吹膜的温度范围为120℃~180℃;
对第一薄膜进行横向拉伸的拉伸比为2:1。
