本发明涉及到一种新型无纺布复合垫及其制作方法,属于制备无纺布制造领域。该新型无纺布复合垫,该新型无纺布复合垫由于有一层PE薄膜层,因此具有防滑、吸水和环保的特点,可以更好的保护家具和地板;该新型无纺布复合垫的另一面的防粘无妨布层,能够方便的在其自身上印刷,印刷上的图案或字体不易脱落。此外,该新型无纺布复合垫制作工艺简单可靠,适合推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种新型无纺布复合垫及其制作方法,属于制备无纺布制造领域。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。因为它是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,只是将纺织短纤维或者长丝进行定向或随机撑列,形成纤网结构,然后采用机械、热粘或化学等方法加固而成。
无纺布不是由一根一根的纱线交织、编结在一起的,而是将纤维直接通过物理的方法粘合在一起的,所以,当你拿到你衣服里的粘称时,就会发现,是抽不出一根根的线头的。非织造布突破了传统的纺织原理,并具有工艺流程短、生产速率快,产量高、成本低、用途广、原料来源多等特点。
无纺布也可用于各类房屋装修过程中,贴在地板或家具上,防止油漆、涂料、砖块之类的东西弄脏、损坏地板和家具。而目前常见的无纺布防滑和自粘性能不太好,铺设在家具和地板上的无纺布很容易从表面滑开,使无纺布失去保护功能。
本发明涉及的一种新型无纺布复合垫,该新型无纺布复合垫由于有一层PE薄膜层,因此具有防滑、吸水和环保的特点,可以更好的保护家具和地板;该新型无纺布复合垫的另一面的防粘无妨布层,能够方便的在其自身上印刷,印刷上的图案或字体不易脱落。此外,该新型无纺布复合垫制作工艺简单可靠,适合推广使用。
发明内容
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型无纺布复合垫,所述复合垫包括防粘无妨布层、针刺无纺布层和PE薄膜层,所述针刺无纺布层位于防粘无妨布层和PE薄膜层之间,所述针刺无纺布层和防粘无妨布层之间设有热熔胶层,所述针刺无纺布层和PE薄膜层之间设有热熔胶层,所述PE薄膜层是通过流延成膜技术制备出来的。
所述的一种新型无纺布复合垫的制作方法其步骤为:
(1)、利用针刺方法制备出针刺无纺布层;
(2)、使用流延成膜技术制备PE薄膜层,制备PE薄膜层的原料为PE塑料颗粒和聚异丁烯粘母粒,其中聚异丁烯粘母粒占原料总重量的2-5%,流延成膜过程中的温度控制在180-250℃;
(3)、使用热熔胶复合机将热熔胶呈雾状喷涂在步骤制备好的PE薄膜层上,形成热熔胶层;
(4)、在PE薄膜层涂有热熔胶层的一面上平整放上步骤制备好的针刺无纺布层,然后经过2-6公斤每平方厘米的压力加以复合成型;
(5)、接着使用热熔胶复合机将热熔胶呈雾状喷涂在针刺无纺布层上,然后再将防粘无妨布层平整放在针刺无纺布层上,经过2-6公斤每平方厘米的压力加以复合最终成型,卷成卷后包装,即制备成新型无纺布复合垫。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。附图为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
实施例一:请参阅图1,一种新型无纺布复合垫,所述复合垫包括防粘无妨布层1、针刺无纺布层2和PE薄膜层3,所述针刺无纺布层2位于防粘无妨布层1和PE薄膜层3之间,所述针刺无纺布层2和防粘无妨布层1之间设有热熔胶层4,所述针刺无纺布层2和PE薄膜层3之间设有热熔胶层4,所述PE薄膜层3是通过流延成膜技术制备出来的。
所述的一种新型无纺布复合垫的制作方法,其步骤为:
(1)、利用针刺方法制备出针刺无纺布层2;
(2)、使用流延成膜技术制备PE薄膜层3,制备PE薄膜层3的原料为PE塑料颗粒和聚异丁烯粘母粒,其中聚异丁烯粘母粒占原料总重量的2%,流延成膜过程中的温度控制在180℃;
(3)、使用热熔胶复合机将热熔胶呈雾状喷涂在步骤2制备好的PE薄膜层3上,形成热熔胶层4;
(4)、在PE薄膜层3涂有热熔胶层2的一面上平整放上步骤1制备好的针刺无纺布层2,然后经过2公斤每平方厘米的压力加以复合成型;
(5)、接着使用热熔胶复合机将热熔胶呈雾状喷涂在针刺无纺布层2上,然后再将防粘无妨布层1平整放在针刺无纺布层2上,经过2公斤每平方厘米的压力加以复合最终成型,卷成卷后包装,即制备成新型无纺布复合垫。
实施例二:请参阅图1,一种新型无纺布复合垫,所述复合垫包括防粘无妨布层1、针刺无纺布层2和PE薄膜层3,所述针刺无纺布层2位于防粘无妨布层1和PE薄膜层3之间,所述针刺无纺布层2和防粘无妨布层1之间设有热熔胶层4,所述针刺无纺布层2和PE薄膜层3之间设有热熔胶层4,所述PE薄膜层3是通过流延成膜技术制备出来的。
所述的一种新型无纺布复合垫的制作方法,其步骤为:
(1)、利用针刺方法制备出针刺无纺布层2;
(2)、使用流延成膜技术制备PE薄膜层3,制备PE薄膜层3的原料为PE塑料颗粒和聚异丁烯粘母粒,其中聚异丁烯粘母粒占原料总重量的3%,流延成膜过程中的温度控制在220℃;
(3)、使用热熔胶复合机将热熔胶呈雾状喷涂在步骤2制备好的PE薄膜层3上,形成热熔胶层4;
(4)、在PE薄膜层3涂有热熔胶层2的一面上平整放上步骤1制备好的针刺无纺布层2,然后经过4公斤每平方厘米的压力加以复合成型;
(5)、接着使用热熔胶复合机将热熔胶呈雾状喷涂在针刺无纺布层2上,然后再将防粘无妨布层1平整放在针刺无纺布层2上,经过4公斤每平方厘米的压力加以复合最终成型,卷成卷后包装,即制备成新型无纺布复合垫。
实施例三:请参阅图1,一种新型无纺布复合垫,所述复合垫包括防粘无妨布层1、针刺无纺布层2和PE薄膜层3,所述针刺无纺布层2位于防粘无妨布层1和PE薄膜层3之间,所述针刺无纺布层2和防粘无妨布层1之间设有热熔胶层4,所述针刺无纺布层2和PE薄膜层3之间设有热熔胶层4,所述PE薄膜层3是通过流延成膜技术制备出来的。
所述的一种新型无纺布复合垫的制作方法,其步骤为:
(1)、利用针刺方法制备出针刺无纺布层2;
(2)、使用流延成膜技术制备PE薄膜层3,制备PE薄膜层3的原料为PE塑料颗粒和聚异丁烯粘母粒,其中聚异丁烯粘母粒占原料总重量的5%,流延成膜过程中的温度控制在250℃;
(3)、使用热熔胶复合机将热熔胶呈雾状喷涂在步骤2制备好的PE薄膜层3上,形成热熔胶层4;
(4)、在PE薄膜层3涂有热熔胶层2的一面上平整放上步骤1制备好的针刺无纺布层2,然后经过6公斤每平方厘米的压力加以复合成型;
(5)、接着使用热熔胶复合机将热熔胶呈雾状喷涂在针刺无纺布层2上,然后再将防粘无妨布层1平整放在针刺无纺布层2上,经过6公斤每平方厘米的压力加以复合最终成型,卷成卷后包装,即制备成新型无纺布复合垫。

Claims (2)

1.一种新型无纺布复合垫,其特征在于:所述复合垫包括防粘无妨布层(1)、针刺无纺布层(2)和PE薄膜层(3),所述针刺无纺布层(2)位于防粘无妨布层(1)和PE薄膜层(3)之间,所述针刺无纺布层(2)和防粘无妨布层(1)之间设有热熔胶层(4),所述针刺无纺布层(2)和PE薄膜层(3)之间设有热熔胶层(4),所述PE薄膜层(3)是通过流延成膜技术制备出来的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型无纺布复合垫的制作方法,其特征在于其步骤为:
(1)、利用针刺方法制备出针刺无纺布层(2);
(2)、使用流延成膜技术制备PE薄膜层(3),制备PE薄膜层(3)的原料为PE塑料颗粒和聚异丁烯粘母粒,其中聚异丁烯粘母粒占原料总重量的2-5%,流延成膜过程中的温度控制在180-250℃;
(3)、使用热熔胶复合机将热熔胶呈雾状喷涂在步骤(2)制备好的PE薄膜层(3)上,形成热熔胶层(4);
(4)、在PE薄膜层(3)涂有热熔胶层(2)的一面上平整放上步骤(1)制备好的针刺无纺布层(2),然后经过2-6公斤每平方厘米的压力加以复合成型;
(5)、接着使用热熔胶复合机将热熔胶呈雾状喷涂在针刺无纺布层(2)上,然后再将防粘无妨布层(1)平整放在针刺无纺布层(2)上,经过2-6公斤每平方厘米的压力加以复合最终成型,卷成卷后包装,即制备成新型无纺布复合垫。
