本发明涉及一种治疗急性放射性直肠炎的中药提出物，其特征是由以下药物提取物的份数制成：白及提取物6～9份、白术提取物6～10份、白头翁提取物4～6份、白芍提取物6～8份、白芷提取物3～5份、白扁豆提取物10～15份、明党参提出物6～10份、甘草提出物4～6份。本发明的有益效果是：清热解毒，健脾、养阴和胃，活化组织，促进胃肠功能，修复放射性损伤。其效果快，疗效高，无毒副作用。对急、慢性放射性直肠炎均有效。

一种治疗急性放射性直肠炎的中药提出物及制备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中草药配方，具体是一种治疗急性放射性直肠炎的中药提出物及制备。
背景技术
众所周知，放射性直肠炎是放疗常见的并发症。放射性直肠炎指直肠(主要是粘膜)受到电离辐射(χ，γ及电子辐射等)超过该器官耐受剂量在半年内所引起的急性直肠炎症。是指直肠或骨盆内脏器进行放射线治疗时或在放疗后引起的直肠炎，放射性直肠炎的发病机制主要为放射线导致肠上皮细胞增生受抑制、肠粘膜下小动脉受损，引起闭塞性动脉内膜炎和静脉内膜炎，肠粘膜可发生糜烂、溃疡或出血。急性期多在放疗后1～2周，可见腹泻、里急后重、便血等症状；晚期多在放疗的6个月至数年，可出现便血，甚至合并直肠宫颈瘘或直肠阴道瘘，给患者生活造成很大痛苦与不便。目前国内基本采用对症疗法，来缓解症状。
发明内容
本发明的有益效果是：清热解毒，健脾、养阴和胃，活化组织，促进胃肠功能，修复放射性损伤。对急、慢性放射性直肠炎均有效。临床上根据不同证型辩证施治，该药具有取材方便，制作简单，经济廉价，宜于推广使用。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服技术上的不足，提供一种治疗放射性直肠炎的中药汤剂。
本发明解决的其技术问题所采用方案是：一种治疗急性放射性直肠炎的中药提出物，其特征是由以下药物提取物的份数制成：白及提取物6～9份、白术提取物6～10份、白头翁提取物4～6份、白芍提取物6～8份、白芷提取物3～5份、白扁豆提取物10～15份、明党参提出物6～10份、甘草提出物4～6份。
制备方法：按药典规定范围加辅助料。先炒白术，将蜜炙麸皮撒入热锅内，待冒烟时加入白术片，炒至焦黄色、逸出焦香气，提取挥发油，备用。再将炒白扁豆：取净白扁豆，照清炒法(附录IID)炒至微黄色具焦斑。用时捣碎。再将炒白术残渣、炒白扁豆与白头翁、白芍、白芷、明党参加入10倍的70％乙醇溶液，加热回流2次，合并滤液，回收乙醇。将上面所述的残渣加水煎3次，时间分别为2∶1∶0.5小时，合并滤液。再将以上所有滤液，加挥发油，加糊精搅匀，浓缩至相对密度为1.25(80℃)的清膏。
本发明中的白及提取物来源于为兰科植物白及Bletillastriata(Thunb.)Reichb.f.的干燥块茎。功能与主治：收敛止血，消肿生肌。对胃肠黏膜放射性损伤有明显保护作用，所含胶质明显缩短出血和凝血时间，其止血的作用。白术提取物来源于菊科植物白术AtractylodesmacrocephalaKoidz.的干燥根茎。性味与归经：苦、甘，温。归脾、胃经。功能与主治：健脾益气，燥湿利水，止汗，安胎。用于脾虚食少，腹胀泄泻，痰饮眩悸，水肿，自汗，胎动不安。土白术健脾，和胃，安胎。用于脾虚食少，泄泻便溏，胎动不安。白头翁提取物来源于毛茛科植物白头翁Pulsatillachinensis(Bge.)Regel的干燥根。性味与归经：苦，寒。归胃、大肠经。功能与主治：清热解毒，凉血止痢。用于热毒血痢，阴痒带下，阿米巴痢。白芍提取物来源于毛茛科植物芍药PaeonialactifloraPall.的干燥根。含芍药苷。性味与归经：苦、酸，微寒。归肝、脾经。功能与主治：平肝止痛，养血调经，敛阴止汗。用于头痛眩晕，胁痛，腹痛，四肢挛痛，血虚萎黄，月经不调，自汗，盗汗。白芷提取物来源于伞型科植物白芷Angelicadahurica(Fisch.exHoffm.)Benth.etHook.f.或杭白芷Angelicadahurica(Fisch.exHoffm.)Benth.etHook.f.var.formosana(Boiss.)ShanetYuan的干燥根。性味与归经：辛，温。归胃、大肠、肺经。功能与主治：散风除湿，通窍止痛，消肿排脓。用于感冒头痛，眉棱骨痛，鼻塞，鼻渊，牙痛，白带，疮疡肿痛。白扁豆提取物来源于豆科植物扁豆DolichoslablabL.的干燥成熟种子。性味与归经：甘，微温。归脾、胃经。功能与主治：健脾化湿，和中消暑。用于脾胃虚弱，食欲不振，大便溏泻，白带过多，暑湿吐泻，胸闷腹胀。炒扁豆健脾化湿。用于脾虚泄泻，白带过多。明党参提出物来源于伞形科植物明党参ChangiumsmyrnioidesWolff的干燥根。性味与归经：甘、微苦，微寒。归肺、脾、肝经。功能与主治：润肺化痰，养阴和胃，平肝，解毒。用于肺热咳嗽，呕吐反胃，食少口干，目赤眩晕，疔毒疮疡。甘草提出物来源于豆科植物甘草GlycyrrhizauralensisFisch.、胀果甘草GlycyrrhizainflataBat.或光果甘草GlycyrrhizaglabraL.的干燥根及根茎。含甘草酸(C42H62016)。性味与归经：甘，平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。功能与主治：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。以上药物组合物配伍，相得益彰。
制备本发明药物的优选配方为：西洋参15份、黄芪15份、当归15份、玄参12份、生地12份、丹皮12份诃子12份、豆蔻10份、乌梅10份、三七10份、白芨10份。将以上诸原料药选好、混合浸泡后加水煎成汤剂每剂200ml，每日2次，每次100ml口服，10天为1疗程，共3疗程。
下面结合实施病例对本发明作进一步描述：
实施例1：一种治疗急性放射性直肠炎的中药提出物，其特征是由以下药物提取物的份数制成：白及提取物9份、白术提取物10份、白头翁提取物6份、白芍提取物8份、白芷提取物5份、白扁豆提取物10份、明党参提出物6份、甘草提出物6份。按上述制法的浸膏100g。即得。
实施例2：一种治疗急性放射性直肠炎的中药提出物，其特征是由以下药物提取物的份数制成：白及提取物6份、白术提取物8份、白头翁提取物6份、白芍提取物6份、白芷提取物3份、白扁豆提取物15份、明党参提出物6份、甘草提出物6份。制法同实施例1的浸膏100g。即得。
临床疗效总结
一、一般资料：选择放疗放射性直肠炎患者64例，年龄32-78岁，平均56岁，病程2个月以内，平均10天左右，患者均经县级以上医院确诊已实施上述治疗。
二、诊断标准：有放射治疗史，大便带脓血、粘液和脱落的坏死组织，直肠镜下可见肠壁充血、肿胀呈赤褐色，溃疡、穿孔，最后形成狭窄。
三、服药方法：，每次10，g，每日2次早晚内服，10天为1疗程。
四、疗效判断标准：
治愈：临床症状完全消失；
好转：临床症状改善；
未愈：临床症状无改善，或有加重。
五、治疗效果：临床症候：治愈54例、好转10例，无效3例。生活质量变化比较：改善56例，稳定5例，下降3例。治愈率85.3％，有效率94.6％，无效率5.4％。
六、典型病例
1、张X，女，58岁，2012年9月盆腔癌术后1个月，放射性治疗20天，大便带脓血6天，有少量粘液，直肠镜下可见肠壁充血、肿胀呈赤褐色，停止放疗，经给予止血敏注射1周，好转后又出现便血，并伴有腹疼，经对症治疗不见好转。患者要求服本发明中药膏剂2疗程，临床症状完全消失，半年随访未复发。
2、李XX，男，68岁，2013年6月因前结肠癌术后3月，放射治疗20天。出现间歇性血便5天，直肠指诊：肛门括约肌挛和触痛，直肠镜下可见肠壁充血、溃疡。患者要求服本发明中药膏剂2疗程，临床症状完全消失，半年随访未复发。
3、宋XX，男，42岁，2014年11月就诊。患者膀胱移行细胞癌术后30天，放疗第4个周，出现血便，轻度腹痛，全身乏力，直肠镜下可见肠壁充血，患者要求服本发明中药膏剂2疗程，临床症状完全消失，半年随访未复发。

Claims (2)

1.本发明涉及一种治疗急性放射性直肠炎的中药提出物，其特征是由以下药物提取物的份数制成：白及提取物6～9份、白术提取物6～10份、白头翁提取物4～6份、白芍提取物6～8份、白芷提取物3～5份、白扁豆提取物10～15份、明党参提出物6～10份、甘草提出物4～6份。
2.根据权利要求1一种治疗急性放射性直肠炎的中药提出物的制备方法：其特征是先炒白术，将蜜炙麸皮撒入热锅内，待冒烟时加入白术片，炒至焦黄色、逸出焦香气，提取挥发油，备用。再将炒白扁豆：取净白扁豆，照清炒法(附录IID)炒至微黄色具焦斑。用时捣碎。再将炒白术残渣、炒白扁豆与白头翁、白芍、白芷、明党参加入10倍的70％乙醇溶液，加热回流2次，合并滤液，回收乙醇。将上面所述的残渣加水煎3次，时间分别为2∶1∶0.5小时，合并滤液。再将以上所有滤液，加挥发油，加糊精搅匀，浓缩至相对密度为1.25(80℃)的清膏。
