[0003]目前陆基海水池塘养殖业主要生产模式是粗放型单养或混养,产业内无序竞争导致片面追求产量,过度依赖饵料投入,导致各种养殖池塘水质下降、溶氧降低、氮磷含量大大超标;养殖池塘废水大量排放,不但污染海洋环境,同时引起养殖池塘自身污染,造成恶性循环,这些现象严重制约了陆基海水池塘养殖业的可持续发展。

具体实施方式
[0020] 一种兼具净化养殖排放水和养殖功能的陆基化池塘系统,包括陆基池塘养殖区1、陆基池塘进水沟渠2、陆基池塘排水沟渠3和净化养殖池4。
[0021] 1.陆基池塘养殖区
[0022]所述陆基池塘养殖区I,主要是以虾蟹、海参、鱼类、贝类等水产品的成片陆基养殖池塘为主体,如图1所示,分为10-20个养殖池塘,单个养殖池塘面积为100-200亩,陆基池塘养殖园区日交换水量为0.4-0.6% ,优选为0.5%。
[0023] 2.陆基池塘进水沟渠
[0024]所述陆基池塘进水沟渠2与每个养殖池塘连接,为养殖池塘提供养殖用水,主要以河道或人工开挖水道为主体,总长可以是1000-2000米,宽约10米,沟渠中自然生长耐盐碱草本植物碱蓬等,为了净化水质,沟渠底部底播菲律宾蛤仔、缢蛏等具有滤食能力的贝类。菲律宾蛤仔投放规格:600-750粒/kg,投放密度:5300-6600粒/亩;缢蛏投放规格:500-650粒/kg,投放密度:7300-8500粒/亩。
[0025] 3.陆基池塘排水沟渠
[0026]所述陆基池塘排水沟渠3与每个养殖池塘连接,将养殖池塘产生的废水排出,主要以河道或人工开挖水道为主体,在出水口处设置阻水闸门31,阻断养殖排放水直接排入海中,并在净化养殖池入水口处设置大功率抽水栗55。陆基池塘排水沟渠总长可以是1000-2000米,宽约10米,沟渠中自然生长耐盐碱草本植物碱蓬等,为了净化水质,沟渠底部底播菲律宾蛤仔、缢蛏等具有滤食能力的贝类。菲律宾蛤仔投放规格:600-750粒/kg,投放密度:8000-10500粒/亩;缢蛏投放规格:500-650粒/kg ;投放密度:10000-12500粒/亩。由于排水沟渠主要是养殖区排放的废水,富营养物质含量高,包括残饵粪便等,故排水沟比进水沟的投放密度高,能够更有效的净化水质。
[0027] 4.净化养殖池
[0028]所述净化养殖池4位于陆基池塘排水沟渠3的末端,是经过人工改造的池塘,长80-150m,宽50-100m,池塘按照不同净化功能划分为泡沫分离和生态净化区41、净化养殖区42和沉淀区43。
[0029] 4.1泡沫分离和生态净化区
[0030] 所述泡沫分离和生态净化区41,主要由泡沫分离器5和生态净化池6构成。
[0031]所述泡沫分离器5的作用是利用其高曝气功能,将陆基池塘排水沟渠3中养殖排放废水中的大分子有机物质通过曝气以泡沫的形式分离出来,分离的大分子有机物质进入生态净化池6。所述泡沫分离器5的进水管52与排水沟渠连接,进水管上设有抽水栗55,曝气产生的泡沫通过泡沫导流管53进入生态净化池6,曝气后的养殖排放水通过出水口 54排入净化养殖池4中。所述泡沫分离器5是一个圆柱形大型罐装器具,高为3.0-5.0m、直径为3.5-4.0m;泡沫分离器5内部距离罐底30cm处安装有10-15个纳米曝气盘51,所述纳米曝气盘51的直径为60-100cm,优选为80cm,外接功率为2.2kw的充气栗。
[0032] 陆基池塘养殖区I排放水经2台7.5kw抽水栗55以600m3/h流量抽入2台泡沫分离器5,开启充气栗,通过纳米曝气盘51曝气,养殖排放水体中的大分子有机物质通过曝气以泡沫的形式从泡沫分离器顶部的罐口溢出,通过泡沫导流管53流入生态净化池6,曝气后的养殖排放水经过出水口外接的80目网袋过滤后,排入净化养殖池4。
[0033]所述生态净化池6的功能是将泡沫分离器分离出的大分子有机泡沫通过其生物床培养的有益菌进行降解。所述生态净化池长为8-15m,宽为3-6m,优选长为10m,宽为4m,中间砌墙分成4-6个小净化池61,净化水通过出水口 62排入净化养殖池4中。如图3所示,将生态净化池分为4个小净化池61,大分子有机泡沫分别流经1#、2#、3#小净化池,最后从4#小净化池的出水口 62流入净化养殖池。生态净化池6内设置生物床,利用大分子有机泡沫作为营养源,进行微生态培养,每年6月中旬当水温升至20°C以上时开始培养有益菌,培养的有益菌可以作为净化养殖池4降解水质的微生态来源。还可以在生态净化池的出水口 62处设置水质自动检测仪7,对该处水质参数进行自动采集分析、远程调控及预警。
[0034] 4.2净化养殖区
[0035] 所述净化养殖区42主要包括大型海藻养殖区和贝类养殖区。
[0036] 所述大型海藻养殖区位于净化养殖池42的中间位置,呈长50-80m、宽30-60m的中空四边形,池底打粧设置筏架,主要用于挂养鼠尾藻、马尾藻等大型海藻及设置生物浮床。每年春季至6月中旬之前挂养马尾藻和鼠尾藻,平均每亩挂养鼠尾藻藻体60-80kg,优选为70kg,每亩挂养马尾藻藻体40-60kg,优选为50kg;至6月中旬水温升至25°C之前收获鼠尾藻和马尾藻,6月中旬以后主要依靠生态净化池培养的微生态对养殖排放水进行净化降解。
[0037]在养殖区域中心位置设置大型涌浪机8,涌浪机快速旋转产生的水流满足大型海藻生产所需的水流,大型海藻可以吸收养殖排放水中的富营养物质,同时大型海藻具有固碳、产氧、调节水体PH,达到对养殖排放水体的生物修复和生态调控作用。同时在大型海藻养殖区一侧设置水质自动检测仪7,用于对该处水质参数进行自动采集分析、远程调控及预塾目ο
[0038]所述贝类养殖区位于靠近净化养殖池的池坝区域的位置,贝类养殖区底播养殖贝类,主要养殖缢蛏或菲律宾蛤仔等,底播菲律宾蛤仔时,投放规格为600-750粒/kg;投放密度为26000-30000粒/亩;底播缢蛏时,投放规格为500-650粒/kg ;投放密度为26000-30000粒/亩。所述贝类养殖区的功能是利用贝类滤食池底及水中漂浮的有机碎肩、腐殖质等颗粒物质,以达到对水质净化的作用。
[0039] 4.3沉淀区
[0040] 所述沉淀区43位于净化养殖池4的排水区44并靠近池坝的一侧,沉淀区长30-50m,宽2-3m,沉淀区内悬挂毛刷。所述沉淀区43的功能是对净化养殖池4的排放水中漂浮的有机碎肩、腐殖质等颗粒物质进行吸附、降解达到对水质的净化作用。在沉淀区出水口处设置一水质自动检测仪7,对该处水质参数进行自动采集分析、远程调控及预警,水质监测达标即排放入海。
[0041] 5.使用本发明的池塘系统进行海水养殖,并对经净化养殖池净化处理后的养殖排放水进行检测,净化效果如下:
[0042] 净化养殖池周年对园区排放水中NH4+-N的降解率为85.1%、N02--N的降解率为85.5%、N03—-N的降解率为76%、P04—-P的降解率为85.3%,净化养殖池对园区养殖排放水水质净化效果显著。

Claims (10)
1.一种兼具净化养殖排放水和养殖功能的陆基化池塘系统,其特征在于,包括陆基池塘养殖区、陆基池塘进水沟渠、陆基池塘排水沟渠和净化养殖池,所述陆基池塘养殖区为养殖主体,通过陆基池塘进水沟渠进水,通过陆基池塘排水沟渠排水,所述陆基池塘排水沟渠末端连接净化养殖池;所述净化养殖池按照不同净化功能划分为泡沫分离和生态净化区、净化养殖区、沉淀区;所述泡沫分离和生态净化区设有依次连接泡沫分离器和生态净化池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的陆基化池塘系统,其特征在于,所述陆基池塘养殖区分为多个养殖池塘,单个养殖池塘面积为100-200亩,陆基池塘养殖区日交换水量为0.4-0.6%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的陆基化池塘系统,其特征在于,所述陆基池塘进水沟渠、陆基池塘排水沟渠均以河道或人工开挖水道为主体,沟渠中自然生长耐盐碱草本植物,沟渠底部底播具有滤食能力的贝类。
4.根据权利要求3所述的陆基化池塘系统,其特征在于,所述具有滤食能力的贝类是菲律宾蛤仔或缢蛏,所述陆基池塘进水沟渠中菲律宾蛤仔投放规格为600-750粒/kg,投放密度为5300-6600粒/亩,缢蛏投放规格为500-650粒/kg,投放密度为7300-8500粒/亩;所述陆基池塘排水沟渠中菲律宾蛤仔投放规格为600-750粒/kg,投放密度为8000-10500粒/亩;缢蛏投放规格为500-650粒/kg;投放密度为10000-12500粒/亩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的陆基化池塘系统,其特征在于,所述泡沫分离器的进水管与排水沟渠连接,泡沫分离器的内部安装有10-15个纳米曝气盘,曝气产生的泡沫通过泡沫导流管进入生态净化池,曝气后的养殖排放水通过出水口排入净化养殖池中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的陆基化池塘系统,其特征在于,所述生态净化池内设置生物床,利用泡沫分离器产生的泡沫作为营养源,进行有益菌培养,同时净化水质,净化水通过出水口排入净化养殖池中。
7.根据权利要求1所述的陆基化池塘系统,其特征在于,所述净化养殖区包括海藻养殖区和贝类养殖区,所述海藻养殖区位于净化养殖池的中间位置,挂养海藻及设置生物浮床;所述贝类养殖区位于靠近净化养殖池的池坝区域,底播养殖贝类。
8.根据权利要求7所述的陆基化池塘系统,其特征在于,所述海藻是鼠尾藻或马尾藻,平均每亩挂养鼠尾藻藻体60-80kg,马尾藻藻体40-60kg;所述贝类是缢蛏或菲律宾蛤仔,菲律宾蛤仔的投放规格为600-750粒/kg,投放密度为26000-30000粒/亩;缢蛏的投放规格为500-650粒/kg,投放密度为26000-30000粒/亩。
9.根据权利要求1所述的陆基化池塘系统,其特征在于,所述沉淀区位于净化养殖区的排水区并靠近池坝的一侧,沉淀区内悬挂毛刷。
10.根据权利要求1所述的陆基化池塘系统,其特征在于,在生态净化池的出水口处、在大型海藻养殖区一侧、在沉淀区出水口处分别设置水质自动检测仪。
