本发明公开了一种用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器,其特征在于:包括有能套设固定在汽车排气管出气端的管体,所述管体一端上设有连接部,汽车排气管端部插接在连接部内,在所述连接部内间隔设置有多个密封圈,在所述管体内壁设有向下的防水挡片,在所述防水挡片与管体出气端之间设有当水进入管体时能向防水挡片移动从而关闭管体的活动防水挡片机构。本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,安装方便,能有效防止汽车倒灌的用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器。
背景技术
汽车排气管是为排除发动机燃烧后的废气,而在使用中,由于通常的汽车排气管设置在汽车底部,在遇到下雨天气、或途径积水的路段,位置较低的排气管极易引起水倒灌进排气管,容易造成发动机损坏。目前还没有有效的装置解决汽车防倒灌的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单,安装方便,能有效防止汽车倒灌的用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器,其特征在于:包括有能套设固定在汽车排气管出气端的管体,所述管体一端上设有连接部,汽车排气管端部插接在连接部内,在所述连接部内间隔设置有多个密封圈,在所述管体内壁设有向下的防水挡片,在所述防水挡片与管体出气端之间设有当水进入管体时能向防水挡片移动从而关闭管体的活动防水挡片机构。
如上所述的一种用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器,其特征在于所述的活动防水挡片机构包括有设置在管体内的滑轨,在所述滑轨上设有滑块,在所述滑块上设有配合挡片。
如上所述的一种用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器,其特征在于在所述管体内壁涂装有耐高温防腐涂料层。
如上所述的一种用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器,其特征在于所述的耐高温防腐涂料层按重量份由以下组分组成:

如上所述的一种用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器,其特征在于所述月桂酸改性醇酸树脂按以下方法制备:
在空反应釜中预先通氮气,按重量份,将4份月桂酸,8份1,2-丙二醇,35份苯酐,0.5份顺酐,16份三羟甲基丙烷,6重量份的季戊四醇,加入反应釜中,搅拌加热至100℃,保温2小时,然后在3小时内升温至200℃,保温至酸值≤18mgKOH/g、粘度为12秒~18秒/25℃格氏管时降温至130℃,加入5份二甲苯,用规格为20μm的滤袋进行过滤,即可。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,可以直接安装在现有汽车的排气管尾端,安装方便,在遇到下雨天气、或途径积水的路段,位置较低时,能有效防止水从排气管尾部倒灌进入排气管和发动机,有效防止排气管与发动机损坏。本发明产品与排气管之间密封效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1所示的一种用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器,包括有能套设固定在汽车排气管出气端的管体1,所述管体1一端上设有连接部11,汽车排气管端部插接在连接部11内,在所述连接部11内间隔设置有多个密封圈4,在所述管体1内壁设有向下的防水挡片2,在所述防水挡片2与管体1出气端之间设有当水进入管体1时能向防水挡片2移动从而关闭管体1的活动防水挡片机构3。
本发明中所述的活动防水挡片机构3包括有设置在管体1内的滑轨31,在所述滑轨31上设有滑块32,在所述滑块32上设有配合挡片33。
本发明中在所述防水挡片2朝向活动防水挡片机构3一面上的周边上设有连接内凹槽,在所述配合挡片与连接内凹槽对应的位置上设有连接凸条,所述连接凸条插接在所述连接内凹槽内,在所述连接内凹槽与连接凸条之间设有密封条。当防水挡片2与配合挡片33接合在一起时,能将管体1有效密封。
本发明中在所述管体1内壁涂装有耐高温防腐涂料层。在所述管体1外壁涂装有散热涂料层。
本发明所述耐高温防腐涂料层中耐高温防腐涂料组分及含量见表1所示:

本发明中实施例1-14的耐高温防腐涂料均可以通过以下方法制备:
A、制备氧化铁改性有机硅树脂
将0.1重量份氧化铁研磨成粉末,放入容器中,加入适量盐酸,得到氯化铁饱和溶液,将氯化铁饱和溶液加热至120℃,然后滴加到去离子水中,600转/min下搅拌20分钟,得氢氧化铁溶胶;保持搅拌的状态下,加入由45重量份甲基三乙氧基硅烷、12重量份无水乙醇和63重量份水组成的混合溶液中,采用盐酸调节pH至3.5,在55℃下反应3小时,采用氨水调节pH至7.0,加热到100℃至无气泡为止,即得氧化铁改性有机硅树脂;
B、将碳纳米管、赤柱石、纳米氮·碳化硅、三氧化钨纳米管、氧化铝、三氧化铬、沥青放入球磨机中1200转/分,研磨成25μm,得混合粉料;
C将步骤A中的氧化铁改性有机硅树脂和步骤B中混合粉料、丙烯酸树脂、二甲苯加入反应釜中搅拌均匀,过滤即可。
本发明中耐高温防腐涂料,配比合理,耐高温能力强,粘接性能好,耐腐蚀,化学性质稳定,使用寿命长。
本发明中所述散热涂料层中散热涂料组分及含量见表2所示,实施例15至28的散热涂料均可通过以下方法制备:
a、制备月桂酸改性醇酸树脂:
在空反应釜中预先通氮气,按重量份,将4份月桂酸,8份1,2-丙二醇,35份苯酐,0.5份顺酐,16份三羟甲基丙烷,6重量份的季戊四醇,加入反应釜中,搅拌加热至100℃,保温2小时,然后在3小时内升温至200℃,保温至酸值≤18mgKOH/g、粘度为12秒~18秒/25℃格氏管时降温至130℃,加入5份二甲苯,用规格为20μm的滤袋进行过滤,即可;
b、将氧化锆、氧化钠、纳米二氧化硅、氧化钛、三苯基氧化锡放入球磨机中1200转/分,研磨成40μm,得混合粉料;
c、将步骤a中的月桂酸改性醇酸树脂、步骤B中的混合粉料以及其它组分混合后搅拌均匀即可。

1.一种用于汽车排气管的防倒灌器,其特征在于:包括有能套设固定在汽车排气管出气端的管体(1),所述管体(1)一端上设有连接部(11),汽车排气管端部插接在连接部(11)内,在所述连接部(11)内间隔设置有多个密封圈(4),在所述管体(1)内壁设有向下的防水挡片(2),在所述防水挡片(2)与管体(1)出气端之间设有当水进入管体(1)时能向防水挡片(2)移动从而关闭管体(1)的活动防水挡片机构(3),所述的活动防水挡片机构(3)包括有设置在管体(1)内的滑轨(31),在所述滑轨(31)上设有滑块(32),在所述滑块(32)上设有配合挡片(33),在所述管体(1)内壁涂装有耐高温防腐涂料层,所述的耐高温防腐涂料层按重量份由以下组分组成:
