本发明涉及一种改良型陶瓷刀具涂层。
背景技术
刀具的性能可以直接影响工业生产的效率、精度、表面质量等的决定性因素之一。日前各种高强度、高硬度、耐腐蚀、耐磨和耐高温的难以切削的新材料日益增多。陶瓷材料主要是离子键和共价键结合,其结合力是比较强的正负离子间的静电引力或共用电子对,所以熔点高、硬度高、具有好的绝缘性、化学稳定性还有氧化性。但陶瓷材料拉伸强度低,韧性差,需要涂层技术来改进其性能。涂层作为一个化学屏障和热屏障,涂层刀具的构成减少了刀具与工件间的扩散和化学反应,从而减少了月牙槽磨损。但现有的涂层材料不耐高温,不易储存,而且对人体有一定的影响。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种改良型陶瓷刀具涂层,具有很好的稳定性和耐高温性,改善涂层的韧性、涂层与基体的结合强度,减少刀具磨损,延长寿命,而且安全环保。

热塑性塑料15-30份,氮化硅10-20份,竹木粉8-12份,钼粉3-4份,光稳定剂6-10份,羟乙基纤维素2-5份,氧化铝18-24份,磷化硼2-4份,去离子水6-10份,相容剂2-5份,防霉剂0.4-0.8份,成膜助剂2-4份,滑石粉3-7份,分散剂4-6份,聚丙烯6-15份。
