本发明公开了一种改性环氧树脂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:邻甲酚醛环氧树脂20-30份、苯酚酚醛环氧树脂15-20份、双酚A环氧树脂15-20份、改性聚碳酸酐5-8份、短链脂肪酸2-5份、滑石粉2-5份、聚乙烯3-6份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.5-2份、含磷固化剂10-18份、增韧剂0.5-1份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份、无卤阻燃剂5-8份。本发明具有良好的物理、化学性能,硬度高,柔韧性较好,耐候性好、耐老化。

技术领域
本发明属于复合材料领域,具体涉及一种改性环氧树脂。
背景技术
环氧树脂是泛指分子中含有两个或两个以上环氧基团的有机化合物,除个别外,它们的相对分子质量都不高,固化后的环氧树脂具有良好的物理、化学性能,它对金属和非金属材料的表面具有优异的粘接强度,介电性能良好,变形收缩率小,制品尺寸稳定性好,硬度高,柔韧性较好,广泛应用于油漆、化工领域,缺点是脆性大,耐候性、耐老化能力差,易燃,要对环氧树脂进行改性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种改性环氧树脂,具有良好的物理、化学性能,硬度高,柔韧性较好,耐候性好、耐老化。
本发明的技术方案是:一种改性环氧树脂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:邻甲酚醛环氧树脂20-30份、苯酚酚醛环氧树脂15-20份、双酚A环氧树脂15-20份、改性聚碳酸酐5-8份、短链脂肪酸2-5份、滑石粉2-5份、聚乙烯3-6份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.5-2份、含磷固化剂10-18份、增韧剂0.5-1份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份、无卤阻燃剂5-8份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:具有良好的物理、化学性能,硬度高,柔韧性较好,耐候性好、耐老化。

实施例1
一种改性环氧树脂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:邻甲酚醛环氧树脂20份、苯酚酚醛环氧树脂15份、双酚A环氧树脂15份、改性聚碳酸酐5份、短链脂肪酸2份、滑石粉2份、聚乙烯3份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.5份、含磷固化剂10份、增韧剂0.5份、硅烷偶联剂1份、无卤阻燃剂5份。
实施例2
一种改性环氧树脂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:邻甲酚醛环氧树脂25份、苯酚酚醛环氧树脂17份、双酚A环氧树脂18份、改性聚碳酸酐6份、短链脂肪酸4份、滑石粉3份、聚乙烯4份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1份、含磷固化剂15份、增韧剂0.7份、硅烷偶联剂2份、无卤阻燃剂6份。
实施例3
一种改性环氧树脂,由以下重量份数的原料组成:邻甲酚醛环氧树脂30份、苯酚酚醛环氧树脂20份、双酚A环氧树脂20份、改性聚碳酸酐8份、短链脂肪酸5份、滑石粉5份、聚乙烯6份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、含磷固化剂18份、增韧剂1份、硅烷偶联剂3份、无卤阻燃剂8份。

1.一种改性环氧树脂,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:邻甲酚醛环氧树脂20-30份、苯酚酚醛环氧树脂15-20份、双酚A环氧树脂15-20份、改性聚碳酸酐5-8份、短链脂肪酸2-5份、滑石粉2-5份、聚乙烯3-6份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.5-2份、含磷固化剂10-18份、增韧剂0.5-1份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份、无卤阻燃剂5-8份。
