本发明涉及一种新型的高分子粘合剂,其关键成分是1,2-亚乙基-苯共聚物、1,2-亚乙基-甲苯共聚物或1,2-亚乙基-二甲苯共聚物。适用于纸张和木屑的粘合。

一种新型的热塑性高分子粘合剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型的热塑性高分子粘合剂。
背景技术
胶粘剂能用来粘接纸张、织物、木材、皮革、金属,在许多领域中得到了广泛的应用。合成胶粘剂包括树脂型、橡胶型及复合型。其中,树脂型包括热塑性类(聚醋酸乙烯、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯醇缩醛类、聚丙烯酸酯类、纤维素类、饱和聚酯、聚氨酯等)及热固性类(脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂、间苯二酚甲醛树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯等)。
热塑性高分子粘合剂是以线型聚合物为粘料,使用方便,主要用于非结构件的胶粘,如纸张、木材、皮革、纤维制品等低受力物品的粘接。热塑性聚酰胺、聚酯等也用于金属、金属与塑料、橡皮间的粘接。
发明内容
我们合成了1,2-亚乙基-苯共聚物、1,2-亚乙基-甲苯共聚物和1,2-亚乙基-二甲苯共聚物,发现它们可以较好地粘结纸张、木屑等材料,有望成为一种新型的热塑性高分子粘合剂。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1,2-亚乙基-二甲苯共聚物的合成:在250ml三颈烧瓶中依次加入对二甲苯10.60g(0.10mol)和三氯化铝1.33g(0.010mol),使用磁力搅拌,加热至100℃,向溶液中逐滴加入二氯乙烷9.90g(0.10mol),有氯化氢放出。滴加完毕后,当烧瓶内回流不明显时,每隔1小时升高温度10℃,直到温度升至160℃,继续加热2h。冷却至室温。反应物呈粘稠的液体,用二氯甲烷溶解,分别用5%NaOH溶液、蒸馏水、饱和食盐水洗涤,无水硫酸镁干燥,过滤后的液体用旋转蒸发仪彻底浓缩,得到淡黄色粘稠物,5.62g。合成的样品经核磁共振波谱分析,δ2.0、2.7和7.0处出现三个宽峰,分别对应-CH3、-CH2-和苯环上的氢。使用GPC测定聚合度,约为1000左右。得到的聚合物可以较好地粘结纸张或木屑。
实施例2
1,2-亚乙基-二甲苯共聚物的合成:在250ml三颈烧瓶中依次加入对二甲苯10.60g(0.10mol)和三氯化铝0.67g(0.0050mol),使用磁力搅拌,加热至100℃,向溶液中逐滴加入二氯乙烷9.90g(0.10mol)。滴加完毕后,当烧瓶内回流不明显时,每隔1小时升高温度10℃,直到温度升至180℃,继续加热2h。冷却至室温。反应物呈粘稠的液体,用二氯甲烷溶解,分别用5%NaOH溶液、蒸馏水、饱和食盐水洗涤,无水硫酸镁干燥,过滤后的液体用旋转蒸发仪彻底浓缩,得到淡黄色粘稠物,7.24g。合成的样品经核磁共振波谱分析,δ2.0、2.7和7.0处出现三个宽峰,分别对应-CH3、-CH2-和苯环上的氢。使用GPC测定聚合度,约为1000左右。得到的聚合物可以较好地粘结纸张或木屑。
实施例3
1,2-亚乙基-甲苯共聚物的合成:在250ml三颈烧瓶中依次加入甲苯18.42g(0.20mol)和三氯化铝2.66g(0.020mol),使用磁力搅拌,加热至90℃,向溶液中逐滴加入二氯乙烷18.42gg(0.20mol),有氯化氢放出。滴加完毕后,反应温度设定为110℃,继续加热8h。冷却至室温。反应物呈粘稠的液体,用二氯甲烷溶解,分别用5%NaOH溶液、蒸馏水、饱和食盐水洗涤,无水硫酸镁干燥,过滤后的液体用旋转蒸发仪彻底浓缩,得到淡黄色粘稠物。合成的样品经核磁共振波谱分析,δ2.1、2.7和7.0处出现三个宽峰,分别对应-CH3、-CH2-和苯环上的氢。使用GPC测定聚合度,约为1000左右。得到的聚合物可以较好地粘结纸张或木屑。
实施例4
1,2-亚乙基-甲苯共聚物的合成:在250ml三颈烧瓶中依次加入甲苯9.21g(0.10mol)和三氯化铝2.66g(0.020mol),使用磁力搅拌,加热至100℃,向溶液中逐滴加入二氯乙烷9.90g(0.10mol),有氯化氢放出。滴加完毕后,当烧瓶内回流不明显时,每隔1小时升高温度10℃,直到温度升至150℃,继续加热2h。冷却至室温。反应物呈粘稠的液体,用二氯甲烷溶解,分别用5%NaOH溶液、蒸馏水、饱和食盐水洗涤,无水硫酸镁干燥,过滤后的液体用旋转蒸发仪彻底浓缩,得到淡黄色粘稠物。合成的样品经核磁共振波谱分析,δ2.1、2.7和7.0处出现三个宽峰,分别对应-CH3、-CH2-和苯环上的氢。使用GPC测定聚合度,约为1000左右。得到的聚合物可以较好地粘结纸张或木屑。
实施例5
1,2-亚乙基-苯基共聚物的合成:在250ml三颈烧瓶中依次加入对苯7.80g(0.10mol)和三氯化铝0.67g(0.0050mol),使用磁力搅拌,加热至80℃,向溶液中逐滴加入二氯乙烷9.90g(0.10mol)。滴加完毕后,当烧瓶内回流不明显时,每隔1小时升高温度10℃,直到温度升至150℃,继续加热2h。冷却至室温。反应物呈粘稠的液体,用二氯甲烷溶解,分别用5%NaOH溶液、蒸馏水、饱和食盐水洗涤,无水硫酸镁干燥,过滤后的液体用旋转蒸发仪彻底浓缩,得到淡黄色粘稠物,得到的聚合物可以较好地粘结纸张或木屑。
