Abstract

本发明提供一种异形面橡胶环切机,包括铝合金框架,所述铝合金框架的上表面设置有用于放置待加工零件的通孔和电气控制箱,所述电器控制箱的外表面上设置有调速旋钮,在所述铝合金框架的内部设置有旋转托盘,所述旋转托盘连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机连接有调速器,在所述旋转托盘的上方设置有切割刀头,所述切割刀头通过过滤减压阀连接有驱动气缸,所述驱动电机、调速器和所述驱动气缸分别与所述电气控制箱电连接。本发明能够将异形面表面橡胶的切割实现自动化,极大的提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环切机,尤其是涉及一种异形面橡胶环切机。
背景技术
异形表面表皮的切割相较于普通的切割是比较困难的,但是由于生产需要,在工业生产中又不得不进行切割工作,但是很多厂家都是采用人工用手裁切,生产效率非常低,而且刀片容易伤手。由于异形表面的形状都是不规则的,传统的切割机很难将其表皮切除,在切除的同时容易损坏该零件,尤其是一些偏心轴的零件,很难实现自动化。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述背景技术中的问题提供一种异形面橡胶环切机。
本发明为进一步解决上述背景技术中的问题提供一种异形面橡胶环切机,包括铝合金框架,所述铝合金框架的上表面设置有用于放置待加工零件的通孔和电气控制箱,所述电器控制箱的外表面上设置有调速旋钮,在所述铝合金框架的内部设置有旋转托盘,所述旋转托盘连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机连接有调速器,在所述旋转托盘的上方设置有切割刀头,所述切割刀头通过过滤减压阀连接有驱动气缸,所述驱动电机、调速器和所述驱动气缸分别与所述电气控制箱电连接。
更进一步,所述旋转托盘上设置有两个与所加工零件配合的定位杆。
更进一步,所述电气控制箱的内部设置有PLC控制器且其外表面上设置有运转显示灯。
更进一步,所述铝合金框架的上表面设置有启动按钮和急停按钮。
更进一步,所述铝合金框架的外侧面设置有透明有机玻璃板且其底部四角固定连接有调整地脚。

本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于本发明采用如上技术方案,即通过PLC控制全部动作,逻辑关系清晰;在旋转托盘上设置的定位杆可以保证零件在加工过程中不会打滑;在驱动气缸前加装有减压阀,可以很好的控制气缸的气压,使其不会将零件切坏;通过调速旋钮可以调节驱动电机的转速,根据实际情况来控制旋转托盘的转速;相较于人工切割工作效率得到了很大的提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1和图2所示,一种异形面橡胶环切机,包括一个铝合金框架1,该铝合金框架1为四脚架且其具有一个上表面,在铝合金框架1的四脚上分别安装有调整地脚,可以保证该铝合金框架1的平衡,而且在其外侧设置有透明有机玻璃板,可以方便观察工件的加工情况而且也保证了观察者的安全,在铝合金框架1的上表面设置有用于放置待加工零件的通孔2和电气控制箱3,电器控制箱3的外表面上设置有运转显示灯31和调速旋钮4,在电气控制箱3的内部设置有PLC控制器,在铝合金框架1的内部正对通孔2的下方设置有旋转托盘5,旋转托盘5连接有驱动电机6,驱动电机6连接有调速器7,旋转托盘5的上表面上设置有用于固定待加工零件的定位杆,该定位杆为圆柱形且为两个,刚好可以插在待加工零件的通孔内,在旋转托盘5的上方设置有切割刀头8,切割刀头8通过过滤减压阀9连接有驱动气缸10,驱动电机6、调速器7和驱动气缸10分别与PLC控制器电连接。
本发明的工作过程:将代加工工件通过通孔2放置到旋转托盘5上,并且将工件上的通孔对准旋转托盘5上定位杆,使后者插入到工件上的通孔中,按下启动按钮11,通过调速旋钮4调节旋转托盘5的转动速度,该过程中的控制信号从PLC发出到调速器7中,再由调速器7发送到驱动电机6中,驱动电机6来控制旋转托盘5的速度,同时PLC控制器将信号传递给驱动气缸10,使驱动气缸10的内部产生气压,带动切割刀头8,使其紧贴工件的外表面,而且由于过滤减压阀的作用,使切割刀头8贴在工件的表面而且会随着工件表面形状的变化而紧贴其外表面,不会损坏工件。
以上结合附图对本发明的实施方式作出详细说明,但本发明不局限于所描述的实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变形仍落入在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种异形面橡胶环切机,包括铝合金框架(1),其特征在于:所述铝合金框架(1)的上表面设置有用于放置待加工零件的通孔(2)和电气控制箱(3),所述电器控制箱(3)的外表面上设置有调速旋钮(4),在所述铝合金框架(1)的内部设置有旋转托盘(5),所述旋转托盘(5)连接有驱动电机(6),所述驱动电机(6)连接有调速器(7),在所述旋转托盘(5)的上方设置有切割刀头(8),所述切割刀头(8)通过过滤减压阀(9)连接有驱动气缸(10),所述驱动电机(6)、调速器(7)和所述驱动气缸(10)分别与所述电气控制箱(3)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种异形面橡胶环切机,其特征在于:所述旋转托盘(5)上设置有两个与所加工零件配合的定位杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种异形面橡胶环切机,其特征在于:所述电气控制箱(3)的内部设置有PLC控制器且其外表面上设置有运转显示灯(31)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种异形面橡胶环切机,其特征在于:所述铝合金框架(1)的上表面设置有启动按钮(11)和急停按钮(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种异形面橡胶环切机,其特征在于:所述铝合金框架(1)的外侧面设置有透明有机玻璃板且其底部四角固定连接有调整地脚。
