本发明公开了床头箱能转动的自动机床,包括机床柜、床头箱、减速机、床身、中拖板、大拖板、数控刀架、刹车装置、控制系统总成,本发明在加工如球笼、球面、锥度等零部件时,控制系统带动床头箱与大拖板、中拖板同步角度旋转调整,使刀具为直线运行或连贯性的曲线运行,使得零部件的切削表面光滑连贯,消除零部件的外形上有明显的切削纹不均匀、锥度面细小的高低波浪现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工设备技术领域,尤其是床头箱能转动的自动机床。
背景技术
现在的机械加工机床大都选用数控自动机床,劳动成本节省,产品精度高,但是,数控机床在加工如球笼、球面、锥度等零部件时,往往是零部件旋转,切削刀具根据X轴和Y轴根据程序的设定坐标同时运行产生的切削轨迹而形成,零部件的外形上有明显的切削纹不均匀、锥度面是细小的高低波浪而不是直线。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供床头箱能转动的自动机床,包括机床柜、床头箱、减速机、床身、中拖板、大拖板、数控刀架、刹车装置、控制系统总成,本发明在加工如球笼、球面、锥度等零部件时,控制系统带动床头箱与大拖板、中拖板同步角度旋转调整,使刀具为直线运行或连贯性的曲线运行,使得零部件的切削表面光滑连贯,消除零部件的外形上有明显的切削纹不均匀、锥度面细小的高低波浪现象。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:床头箱能转动的自动机床,包括机床柜、床头箱、减速机、床身、中拖板、大拖板、数控刀架、刹车装置、控制系统总成,所述机床柜为长方体,上设床身和支撑架,所述支撑架上端设床头箱,所述床身与左端的支撑架固定,上设导轨,床身右端与支撑架内左侧各设固定支架,所述导轨上设大拖板,所述大拖板上端设中拖板,下端设传动支架,所述传动支架下端内设丝杠螺母,所述丝杠螺母内设丝杠,右端设锁紧螺母,所述丝杠两端设轴承后均与固定支架连接,所述中拖板上设数控刀架,内设丝杠副,所述丝杠副的配套螺母与中拖板连接,右端连接伺服电机一,所述床头箱内设主轴,下端连接减速机,所述减速机下端设输入同步轮,所述输入同步轮上端设刹车盘,围绕设置同步带,所述同步带与床头箱后端设置的伺服电机三上的同步轮传动连接,所述刹车盘与刹车装置连接。
进一步设置,所述数控刀架外设刀架电机。
进一步设置,所述主轴左端设驱动轮,所述驱动轮在床头箱外。
进一步设置,所述固定支架左端设伺服电机二,所述伺服电机二与丝杠左端连接。
进一步设置,所述控制系统总成设CNC控制系统,所述CNC控制系统外接若干数据线分别连接伺服驱动器一、伺服驱动器二、伺服驱动器三、伺服驱动器四,所述伺服驱动器一外接数据线连接伺服电机一,所述伺服驱动器二外接数据线连接伺服电机二,所述伺服驱动器三外接数据线连接伺服电机三,所述伺服驱动器四外接数据线连接主轴伺服电机。
本发明的有益效果是:在加工如球笼、球面、锥度等零部件时,控制系统带动床头箱与大拖板、中拖板同步角度旋转调整,使刀具为直线运行或连贯性的曲线运行,使得零部件的切削表面光滑连贯,消除零部件的外形上有明显的切削纹不均匀、锥度面细小的高低波浪现象。

如图1~图4所示,床头箱能转动的自动机床,包括机床柜1、床头箱2、减速机203、床身3、中拖板4、大拖板5、数控刀架6、刹车装置9、控制系统总成10,所述机床柜1为长方体,上设床身3和支撑架7,所述支撑架7上端设床头箱2,所述床身3与左端的支撑架7固定,上设导轨301,床身3右端与支撑架7内左侧各设固定支架504,所述导轨301上设大拖板5,所述大拖板5上端设中拖板4,下端设传动支架501,所述传动支架501下端内设丝杠螺母5021,所述丝杠螺母5021内设丝杠502,右端设锁紧螺母5022,所述丝杠502两端设轴承503后均与固定支架504连接,所述中拖板4上设数控刀架6,内设丝杠副402,所述丝杠副402的配套螺母与中拖板1连接,右端连接伺服电机一401,所述床头箱2内设主轴201,下端连接减速机203,所述减速机203下端设输入同步轮801,所述输入同步轮801上端设刹车盘802,围绕设置同步带804,所述同步带804与床头箱2后端设置的伺服电机三8上的同步轮804传动连接,所述刹车盘802与刹车装置9连接,本发明在加工如球笼、球面、锥度等零部件时,控制系统带动床头箱与大拖板、中拖板同步角度旋转调整,使刀具为直线运行或连贯性的曲线运行,使得零部件的切削表面光滑连贯,消除零部件的外形上有明显的切削纹不均匀、锥度面细小的高低波浪现象。

1.床头箱能转动的自动机床,其特征在于:包括机床柜(1)、床头箱(2)、减速机(203)、床身(3)、中拖板(4)、大拖板(5)、数控刀架(6)、刹车装置(9)、控制系统总成(10),所述机床柜(1)为长方体,上设床身(3)和支撑架(7),所述支撑架(7)上端设床头箱(2),所述床身(3)与左端的支撑架(7)固定,上设导轨(301),床身(3)右端与支撑架(7)内左侧各设固定支架(504),所述导轨(301)上设大拖板(5),所述大拖板(5)上端设中拖板(4),下端设传动支架(501),所述传动支架(501)下端内设丝杠螺母(5021),所述丝杠螺母(5021)内设丝杠(502),右端设锁紧螺母(5022),所述丝杠(502)两端设轴承(503)后均与固定支架(504)连接,所述中拖板(4)上设数控刀架(6),内设丝杠副(402),所述丝杠副(402)的配套螺母与中拖板(1)连接,右端连接伺服电机一(401),所述床头箱(2)内设主轴(201),下端连接减速机(203),所述减速机(203)下端设输入同步轮(801),所述输入同步轮(801)上端设刹车盘(802),围绕设置同步带(804),所述同步带(804)与床头箱(2)后端设置的伺服电机三(8)上的同步轮(804)传动连接,所述刹车盘(802)与刹车装置(9)连接。
