本发明公开了一种电容器注油定位装置用夹紧簧片的制作方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:根据夹紧簧片的尺寸数据要求,制作与之适配的落料冲孔模;步骤二:选用金属薄板,在落料冲孔模上完成夹紧簧片所需的落料与冲孔;步骤三:根据夹紧簧片的折弯尺寸数据要求,制作与之适配的折弯模;步骤四:在折弯模中完成夹紧簧片的折弯操作;步骤五:将制成的工件进行回火热处理,回火温度为340-490℃,保温1.5-2小时后,进行水冷至常温;步骤六:将经过回火处理后的夹紧簧片进行磷化防护处理,磷化液的质量百分配比为:20%-45%的磷酸、10%-25%的硝酸、15%-25%的氧化锌以及余量的水。本发明制作方法中的回火和磷化防护处理工序,有效提高夹紧簧片的弹性和使用寿命,降低使用成本。

背景技术
现有的电容器在生产过程中,一般需要通过注油机向电容器中注油,注油机在注油前需要将电容器一个一个摆放到注油平台上,放置的电容器需要与注油机的注油口一一对应。为提高生产效率和减少生产成本,在注油平台上设置有电容器注油定位装置。夹紧簧片是电容器注油定位装置的重要组成部件,夹紧簧片的弹性好坏决定了电容器的放置和拿取是否方便,且电容器需要频繁的放置和拿取,直接影响了夹紧簧片的使用寿命。需要设计一种能提高夹紧簧片弹性和使用寿命的制作方法,满足使用需求。

本发明的目的是提供一种电容器注油定位装置用夹紧簧片的制作方法,提高夹紧簧片的弹性和使用寿命,降低使用成本。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种电容器注油定位装置用夹紧簧片的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:制作落料冲孔模,根据夹紧簧片的尺寸数据要求,制作与之适配的落料冲孔模;
步骤二:选用金属薄板,在步骤一中的落料冲孔模上完成夹紧簧片所需的落料与冲孔;

步骤六:将经过回火处理后的夹紧簧片进行磷化防护处理,磷化液的质量百分配比为:20%-45%的磷酸、10%-25%的硝酸、15%-25%的氧化锌以及余量的水。
本发明采用的有益效果是:本发明制作方法中的回火和磷化防护处理工序,有效提高夹紧簧片的弹性和使用寿命,降低使用成本。

1.一种电容器注油定位装置用夹紧簧片的制作方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
步骤一:制作落料冲孔模,根据夹紧簧片的尺寸数据要求,制作与之适配的落料冲孔模;
步骤二:选用金属薄板,在步骤一中的落料冲孔模上完成夹紧簧片所需的落料与冲孔;
步骤三:制作折弯模,根据夹紧簧片的折弯尺寸数据要求,制作与之适配的折弯模;
步骤四:在步骤三中的折弯模中完成落料与冲孔后夹紧簧片的折弯操作;
步骤五:去应力,将已按夹紧簧片的尺寸数据要求制成的工件进行回火热处理,回火温度为340-490℃,保温1.5-2小时后,进行水冷至常温;
步骤六:将经过回火处理后的夹紧簧片进行磷化防护处理,磷化液的质量百分配比为:20%-45%的磷酸、10%-25%的硝酸、15%-25%的氧化锌以及余量的水。
