本发明公开了一种电容器注油定位装置用夹紧簧片的制作方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一:根据夹紧簧片的尺寸数据要求,制作与之适配的落料冲孔模;步骤二:选用金属薄板,在落料冲孔模上完成夹紧簧片所需的落料与冲孔;步骤三:根据夹紧簧片的折弯尺寸数据要求,制作与之适配的折弯模;步骤四:在折弯模中完成夹紧簧片的折弯操作;步骤五:将制成的工件进行回火热处理,回火温度为340-490℃,保温1.5-2小时后,进行水冷至常温;步骤六:将经过回火处理后的夹紧簧片进行磷化防护处理,磷化液的质量百分配比为:20%-45%的磷酸、10%-25%的硝酸、15%-25%的氧化锌以及余量的水。本发明制作方法中的回火和磷化防护处理工序,有效提高夹紧簧片的弹性和使用寿命,降低使用成本。

步骤六:将经过回火处理后的夹紧簧片进行磷化防护处理,磷化液的质量百分配比为:20%-45%的磷酸、10%-25%的硝酸、15%-25%的氧化锌以及余量的水。
