Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗肝胆结石的中药制剂，由以下重量份的中药制剂原料制成：伸筋草32-45份，艾叶30-39份，二母宁21-31份，猪牙皂12-28份，山楂叶13-27份，青风藤9-17份，大枣5-14份，茵陈3-7份，川楝子5-10份。本发明配方合理，服用方便安全，未发现毒副作用，临床验证疗效确切、显著。多年临床观察表明，本药具有养阴柔肝，滋阴降火，消炎利胆排石功能，治疗肝内胆管结石的有效率高达990%以上，同时本药还可以用于减少术后残石率，预防结石复发，针对术前调理及术后巩固，效果显著。而且本发明的中药制剂制备成本低，治愈后不复发，解除了广大患者的痛苦，产生了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗肝胆结石的中药制剂。
背景技术
肝、胆结石属于中医“肋瘤”“腹痛”“胃痛”等病之范畴。病因病机多为肝气郁结、肝失调达，胆附于肝，胆失疏泄、气滞血瘀、湿热阻滞、蕴结石化、煎熬成结石，停滞胆道，肝胆气机不化，故而为患。胆石症是临床常见病，多发病，近年来胆石症患者更是逐年递增。目前临床常用的治疗肝胆结石的方案包括西医手术、碎石治疗以及中成药口服治疗等。手术治疗肝胆结石的一大弊端就是术后结石的残余及复发。碎石治疗只适用于胆囊小结石，治愈不彻底，易复发；胆管切除术对患者造成的痛苦大，并且费用高，不适合工薪阶层患者。目前市面上治疗肝胆结石的中成药又良莠不齐，溶石排石效果差，对于减少术后残石率，预防结石复发更是效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：供一种对肝胆结石行之有效的、价格低，治疗效果好且不复发的的中药制剂。为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
本发明提供的一种治疗肝胆结石的中药制剂，由以下重量份的中药制剂原料制成：伸筋草32-45份，艾叶30-39份，二母宁21-31份，猪牙皂12-28份，山楂叶13-27份，青风藤9-17份，大枣5-14份，茵陈3-7份，川楝子5-10份。
优选的，本发明提供的中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制剂原料制成：伸筋草41份，艾叶36份，二母宁28份，猪牙皂25份，山楂叶24份，青风藤13份，大枣10份，茵陈6份，川楝子8份。
用法用量：将上述中药制剂用温水浸泡30分钟后，用武火煮沸后再用文火煮30分钟，取药液150毫升，再加水二煎，将两次药液混合后过滤，分两次服用。每天两次，饭后服用。
疗程：15天为一疗程，需服用2-5疗程。
临床试验选取100例门诊和住院患者进行临床试验，这些患者依据临床症状体征，辅以超声、腹平片、实验室检查确诊为肝胆结石。年龄最大70岁，最小者18岁，病程最长者15年，最短1周，
服用实施例1制得的药对上述患者进行临床试验，三个疗程后检查患者病状。判断标准为：治愈：症状、体征消失，实验室，影像学检查结石消失。有效：症状、体征减轻，实验室，影像学检查结石较前减少或变小。无效：症状、体征减轻不明显，影像学检查结石体积数量无变化。实验结果显示：治愈患者92例，有效患者7例，无效患者1例，总有效率92%，证明本发明对肝胆结石具有明显的治疗效果。本发明的有益效果：

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种治疗肝胆结石的中药制剂，由以下重量份的中药制剂原料制成：伸筋草41份，艾叶36份，二母宁28份，猪牙皂25份，山楂叶24份，青风藤13份，大枣10份，茵陈6份，川楝子8份。
典型病例：
1.赵某，男，60岁，查体B超显示有胆结石，食欲不振，服用本发明实施例1的药物治疗，1个疗程后症状好转，巩固治疗2个疗程后，饮食基本正常，又巩固1个疗程后病症消失，随诊2年未见异常，身体健康。
2、鲁某，女，41岁，查体B超显示有胆结石合并胆道感染，服用本发明实施例1的药物治疗，1个疗程后症状缓解，饮食增加，3个疗程右肩背酸沉疼消失，继服2个疗程巩固治疗后，复诊B超显示未见结石出现，随诊1年半未见复发，恢复健康。

1.一种治疗肝胆结石的中药制剂，其特征在于，由以下重量份的中药制剂原料制成：伸筋草32-45份，艾叶30-39份，二母宁21-31份，猪牙皂12-28份，山楂叶13-27份，青风藤9-17份，大枣5-14份，茵陈3-7份，川楝子5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药制剂，其特征在于，由以下重量份的中药制剂原料制成：伸筋草41份，艾叶36份，二母宁28份，猪牙皂25份，山楂叶24份，青风藤13份，大枣10份，茵陈6份，川楝子8份。
