背景技术
现有冷凝器用钛管的耐腐蚀、耐热、耐寒、抗氧化性能有待提供。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种冷凝器用钛管,其耐腐蚀、耐热、耐寒、抗氧化性能好,使用寿命长。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种冷凝器用钛管,通过如下步骤制备:
1)选料:选用钛合金为原料,按重量百分比计,该钛合金的成分为:
C:1~2%,
Se:1.2%,
N:0.3%,
Ru:0.4%,
Hf:0.7%,
Ra:0.9%,
余量为Ti和不可避免的杂质;
2)胚料制造:采用熔炼、锻造、车床加工的方法,将上述钛合金原料制成管状胚料;
3)表面处理:采用磨床粗磨所述胚料,粗磨完成后采用清水将表面打磨砂粒清除,然后再采用磨床精磨所述胚料;
4)热处理:将浸渍后的胚料放入电炉中进行热处理。
优选的,冷凝器用钛管,通过如下步骤制备:
