一种硅PU塑胶跑道的制作工艺,其原料按重量份包括:封端异氰酸酯 30-34份,聚硅氧烷 25-28份,聚醚主料 5-8份,聚醚辅料 31-35份,松香水 10-14份,多元醇苯甲酸脂11-15份,端羟基聚丁二烯 12-17份,聚氨酯树脂 34-37份,滑石粉 4-7份,高岭土 14-17份,铅盐 6-9份,有机锡 10-15份,酞菁蓝 20-24份,红土 16-19份,硬脂酸盐 11-16份,邻苯二甲酸二 4-9份,黑色橡胶颗粒 20-27份,硫磺 13-16份,聚醚主料为高分子量5000-6000的聚醚多元醇,聚醚辅料为低分子量2000-3000的聚醚多元醇;
制备过程中:
S1:将封端异氰酸酯和聚硅氧烷混合并加入水以16-21rpm的搅拌速度搅拌22-24min,然后加入聚氨酯树脂、邻苯二甲酸二、端羟基聚丁二烯和黑色橡胶颗粒在55-60摄氏度下以10-14rpm的搅拌速度搅拌8-12min,接着加入滑石粉、高岭土、铅盐和有机锡在70-75摄氏度下以16-21rpm的搅拌速度搅拌22-24min,再加入酞菁蓝、红土和硬脂酸盐在170-174摄氏度下以5-8rpm的搅拌速度搅拌14-17min,最后加入硫磺在280-290摄氏度下反应34-37min后,制得硅PU塑胶跑道的基础层;
S2:将聚醚主料和聚醚辅料加入反应装置中,然后加入封端异氰酸酯在85-95摄氏度下反应2.4-3小时,接着冷却到55-60摄氏度,加入松香水和多元醇苯甲酸脂以25-30rpm的搅拌速度搅拌33-37min,制得硅PU塑胶跑道用胶水;
S3:将聚氨酯树脂和黑色橡胶颗粒混合,然后加入硅PU塑胶跑道用胶水以20-23rpm的搅拌速度搅拌4-7min,最后用喷涂机将其喷涂在硅PU塑胶跑道的基础层上,制得硅PU塑胶跑道。

S1:将封端异氰酸酯和聚硅氧烷混合并加入水以16-21rpm的搅拌速度搅拌22-24min,然后加入聚氨酯树脂、邻苯二甲酸二、端羟基聚丁二烯和黑色橡胶颗粒在55-60摄氏度下以10-14rpm的搅拌速度搅拌8-12min,接着加入滑石粉、高岭土、铅盐和有机锡在70-75摄氏度下以16-21rpm的搅拌速度搅拌22-24min,再加入酞菁蓝、红土和硬脂酸盐在170-174摄氏度下以5-8rpm的搅拌速度搅拌14-17min,最后加入硫磺在280-290摄氏度下反应34-37min后,制得硅PU塑胶跑道的基础层;
S2:将聚醚主料和聚醚辅料加入反应装置中,然后加入封端异氰酸酯在85-95摄氏度下反应2.4-3小时,接着冷却到55-60摄氏度,加入松香水和多元醇苯甲酸脂以25-30rpm的搅拌速度搅拌33-37min,制得硅PU塑胶跑道用胶水;
S3:将聚氨酯树脂和黑色橡胶颗粒混合,然后加入硅PU塑胶跑道用胶水以20-23rpm的搅拌速度搅拌4-7min,最后用喷涂机将其喷涂在硅PU塑胶跑道的基础层上,制得硅PU塑胶跑道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅PU塑胶跑道的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述松香水和多元醇苯甲酸脂在硅PU塑胶跑道用胶水中占10%-20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅PU塑胶跑道的制作工艺,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:封端异氰酸酯 31-33份,聚硅氧烷 26-27份,聚醚主料 6-7份,聚醚辅料 32-34份,松香水 11-13份,多元醇苯甲酸脂 12-14份,端羟基聚丁二烯 13-16份,聚氨酯树脂 35-36份,滑石粉 5-6份,高岭土 15-16份,铅盐 7-8份,有机锡 11-14份,酞菁蓝 21-23份,红土17-18份,硬脂酸盐 12-15份,邻苯二甲酸二 5-8份,黑色橡胶颗粒 21-26份,硫磺 14-15份,聚醚主料为高分子量5200-5800的聚醚多元醇,聚醚辅料为低分子量2200-2800的聚醚多元醇。
