本发明公开一种永久性释放负氧离子的阻燃型床单面料,包括:阻燃涤纶纱线和负氧离子阻燃纱线编织而成;阻燃涤纶纱线浸泡在磷系高分子阻燃剂以及抗菌材料中,负氧离子阻燃纱线由负氧离子粉体与聚酯粉体混纺制成;磷系高分子阻燃剂为纳米蛋白石矿物质;负氧离子粉体为纳米级复合材料。所述阻燃型床单面料不仅能够有效阻燃,还能够直接释放负氧离子,起到较好的保健效果,同时该阻燃型床单面料还具有抗菌功能,对人体有更多益处。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种永久性释放负氧离子的阻燃型床单面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对纺织材料性能的要求也不断提高。目前,现有的床单功能比较单一,不能够满足人们多方面的需求。床单通常采用全棉布料、涤纶布料或亚麻布料等作为面料,但是这些面料都具有一个共同的特点,这些面料都是属于易燃面料,一旦发生一些突发事件时,面料的易燃特性在一定程度上会影响人们的人身及财产安全;而且面料对人体功能单一,没有保健作用。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明公开一种永久性释放负氧离子的阻燃型床单面料,包括:阻燃涤纶纱线和负氧离子阻燃纱线编织而成;所述阻燃涤纶纱线浸泡在磷系高分子阻燃剂以及抗菌材料中,所述负氧离子阻燃纱线由负氧离子粉体与聚酯粉体混纺制成;所述磷系高分子阻燃剂为纳米蛋白石矿物质;所述负氧离子粉体为纳米级复合材料。
优选地,所述抗菌材料为包含纳米银抗菌剂、季铵盐类抗菌剂、季鏻盐类抗菌剂、甲壳素类抗菌剂中的一种或多种活性组分。
优选地,所述阻燃涤纶纱线和负氧离子阻燃纱线按照1∶1的比例方式编织成网格状面料。
本发明的有益效果是所述阻燃型床单面料能够在受到外加火焰烘烤或引燃时,不形成大面积燃烧,不熔滴,而离开火焰后能够很快自行熄灭,而且,该阻燃型床单面料选用磷系高分子阻燃剂,在火灾中不会产生有毒气体,环保高效,此外,该阻燃型床单面料可以直接释放负氧离子,在面料周边能够更好地释放大量负氧离子,清新人体周围空气,起到较好的保健效果,同时该阻燃型床单面料还具有抗菌功能,对人体有更多益处。

一种永久性释放负氧离子的阻燃型床单面料,包括:阻燃涤纶纱线和负氧离子阻燃纱线;阻燃涤纶纱线浸泡在磷系高分子阻燃剂以及抗菌材料纳米银抗菌剂中,负氧离子阻燃纱线由负氧离子粉体与聚酯粉体混纺制成;磷系高分子阻燃剂为纳米蛋白石矿物质;负氧离子粉体为纳米级复合材料。阻燃涤纶纱线和负氧离子阻燃纱线按照1∶1的比例方式编织成网格状面料。

1.一种永久性释放负氧离子的阻燃型床单面料,其特征在于,包括:阻燃涤纶纱线和负氧离子阻燃纱线编织而成;所述阻燃涤纶纱线浸泡在磷系高分子阻燃剂以及抗菌材料中,所述负氧离子阻燃纱线由负氧离子粉体与聚酯粉体混纺制成;所述磷系高分子阻燃剂为纳米蛋白石矿物质;所述负氧离子粉体为纳米级复合材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的永久性释放负氧离子的阻燃型床单面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌材料为包含纳米银抗菌剂、季铵盐类抗菌剂、季鏻盐类抗菌剂、甲壳素类抗菌剂中的一种或多种活性组分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的永久性释放负氧离子的阻燃型床单面料,其特征在于:所述阻燃涤纶纱线和负氧离子阻燃纱线按照1∶1的比例方式编织成网格状面料。
