本发明提供一种美观性好、耐磨阻燃的健康环保型负氧离子阻燃复合功能大提花窗帘面料。一种健康环保型负氧离子阻燃复合功能大提花窗帘面料,包括基布层,所述的基布层是由作为纬线的阻燃涤纶纤维和作为经线的负氧离子纤维通过大提花编织而成,所述的阻燃涤纶纤维包括涤纶纤维和交叉螺旋缠绕于涤纶纤维上的阻燃纤维,阻燃纤维与涤纶纤维之间设有分散的阻燃颗粒。本发明的健康环保型负氧离子阻燃复合功能大提花窗帘面料,不仅产生负离子效果明显,还保持了涤纶纤维耐光、耐磨的特性,同时具有较好的阻燃性能。面料纹理清晰大方、美观高雅、染色鲜艳,集装饰性和功能性于一体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种窗帘织物,特别涉及一种健康环保型负氧离子阻燃复合功能大提花窗帘面料。
背景技术
布艺窗帘根据其面料、工艺不同可分为:印花布、染色布、色织布、提花布等;面料质地有纯棉、麻、涤纶、真丝;每种布艺窗帘的布料不同,所使用用途也大不相同。以上织物特点显著,但都有不同的缺点,而现代生活人们对窗帘的功能性和舒适性都有要求,单独使用一种面料质地制成的窗帘很难满足人们的要求。且随着人们生活水平的提高,对窗帘面料的要求不仅限于美观度,对其功能性等提出了更高的要求,人们希望窗帘面料能具有更好的健康环保性、阻燃性和耐磨性等功能,而现有技术的窗帘面料功能性比较单一,还不能满足高要求的标准。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种美观性好、耐磨阻燃的健康环保型负氧离子阻燃复合功能大提花窗帘面料,解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种健康环保型负氧离子阻燃复合功能大提花窗帘面料,包括基布层,所述的基布层是由作为纬线的阻燃涤纶纤维和作为经线的负氧离子纤维通过大提花编织而成,所述的阻燃涤纶纤维包括涤纶纤维和交叉螺旋缠绕于涤纶纤维上的阻燃纤维,阻燃纤维与涤纶纤维之间设有分散的阻燃颗粒。负氧离子纤维具有负离子发生性、远红外发射性,能够起到消除人体异味,增强人体免疫功能的保健作用,具有染色性能好、耐磨性好等优点。阻燃涤纶纤维具有长久良好的阻燃效果,阻燃涤纶极限氧指数LOI为30%~34%,染色性能好,燃烧时无毒、低烟,离开火源可以自动熄灭,无融滴效应,不会造成二次烫伤。将两种纤维混纺的大提花面料不仅负离子生成效果明显,而且保持了较好的耐磨性和阻燃性。分散的阻燃颗粒起到加强阻燃纤维阻燃效果的作用。
作为优选,所述的负氧离子纤维是由负氧离子母粒与PET切片通过熔融纺丝法制成的纤维。
作为优选,所述的负氧离子母粒是由负离子粉体与高聚物切片通过共混挤出制成的功能性母粒。
作为优选,所述的阻燃纤维是由含有阻燃剂的纺丝原液通过共聚法复合纺丝制成的复合纤维。
作为优选,所述的纺丝原液的质量百分比组成为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯89-95%,聚苯磷酸双酚砜酯5-9%,丙烯酸酯接枝聚烯烃0.2-0.6%,偶联剂0.2-0.8%。
作为优选,所述的阻燃颗粒的平均粒径为0.5μm~50μm。
作为优选,所述的阻燃颗粒为氢氧化铝颗粒。氢氧化铝在常温下化学性质稳定性高,吸热后脱水过程延缓聚合物的燃烧,相当于散热器,减缓燃烧速度,同时放出水蒸气不仅冲淡燃烧的气体,而且参与冷凝相的反应且在受热分解时仅放出蒸汽而不会产生有毒、可燃或有腐蚀性的气体,特别适合作为阻燃填充剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的健康环保型负氧离子阻燃复合功能大提花窗帘面料,不仅产生负离子效果明显,还保持了涤纶纤维耐光、耐磨的特性,同时具有较好的阻燃性能。面料纹理清晰大方、美观高雅、染色鲜艳,集装饰性和功能性于一体。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例,并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。应当理解,本发明的实施并不局限于下面的实施例,对本发明所做的任何形式上的变通和/或改变都将落入本发明保护范围。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有的份、百分比均为重量单位,所采用的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例:
如图1和图2所示的一种健康环保型负氧离子阻燃复合功能大提花窗帘面料,包括基布层,基布层是由作为纬线的阻燃涤纶纤维1和作为经线的负氧离子纤维2通过大提花编织而成,阻燃涤纶纤维包括涤纶纤维3和交叉螺旋缠绕于涤纶纤维上的阻燃纤维4,阻燃纤维是由含有阻燃剂的纺丝原液通过共聚法复合纺丝制成的复合纤维,阻燃纤维与涤纶纤维之间设有分散的阻燃颗粒5。纺丝原液的质量百分比组成为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯92.5%,聚苯磷酸双酚砜酯6.8%,丙烯酸酯接枝聚烯烃0.3%,偶联剂0.4%。
负氧离子纤维是由负氧离子母粒与PET切片通过熔融纺丝法制成的纤维,负氧离子母粒是由负离子粉体与高聚物切片通过共混挤出制成的功能性母粒。
负氧离子纤维具有负离子发生性、远红外发射性,能够起到消除人体异味,增强人体免疫功能的保健作用,具有染色性能好、耐磨性好等优点。阻燃涤纶纤维具有长久良好的阻燃效果,阻燃涤纶极限氧指数LOI为30%~34%,染色性能好,燃烧时无毒、低烟,离开火源可以自动熄灭,无融滴效应,不会造成二次烫伤。将两种纤维混纺的大提花面料不仅负离子生成效果明显,而且保持了较好的耐磨性和阻燃性。
分散的阻燃颗粒起到加强阻燃纤维阻燃效果的作用,阻燃颗粒的平均粒径为20μm,阻燃颗粒为氢氧化铝颗粒。氢氧化铝在常温下化学性质稳定性高,吸热后脱水过程延缓聚合物的燃烧,相当于散热器,减缓燃烧速度,同时放出水蒸气不仅冲淡燃烧的气体,而且参与冷凝相的反应且在受热分解时仅放出蒸汽而不会产生有毒、可燃或有腐蚀性的气体,特别适合作为阻燃填充剂。
经检测,本实施例的性能指标如下:
负离子浓度≥1500个/ cm3;
阻燃性能达国家标准B1级水平及以上:损毁长度≤150mm;续燃时间≤5s,阴燃时间≤5s;
耐水洗色牢度≥3~4级;
耐摩擦色牢度≥3~4级;
甲醛含量符合国家标准要求(﹤75mg/kg);
可分解芳香胺染料未检出。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

1.一种健康环保型负氧离子阻燃复合功能大提花窗帘面料,包括基布层,其特征在于:所述的基布层是由作为纬线的阻燃涤纶纤维和作为经线的负氧离子纤维通过大提花编织而成,所述的阻燃涤纶纤维包括涤纶纤维和交叉螺旋缠绕于涤纶纤维上的阻燃纤维,阻燃纤维与涤纶纤维之间设有分散的阻燃颗粒,所述的负氧离子纤维是由负氧离子母粒与PET切片通过熔融纺丝法制成的纤维,所述的负氧离子母粒是由负离子粉体与高聚物切片通过共混挤出制成的功能性母粒,所述的阻燃纤维是由含有阻燃剂的纺丝原液通过共聚法复合纺丝制成的复合纤维,所述的纺丝原液的质量百分比组成为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯89-95%,聚苯磷酸双酚砜酯5-9%,丙烯酸酯接枝聚烯烃0.2-0.6%,偶联剂0.2-0.8%,所述的阻燃颗粒的平均粒径为0.5μm~50μm,所述的阻燃颗粒为氢氧化铝颗粒。
