Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电的多功能面料,包括面料主体,该面料主体上表面设有面纱,该面纱上表面设有功能性助剂层,所述面料主体的下表面设有底纱。所述底纱提供抗菌功效,而所述面纱则提供吸湿排汗功效,所述功能功能性助剂层提供吸湿排汗和抗静电功效,其中面料主体主要为吸湿排汗纤维、银纤维和涤纶纤维,可以体现此材料的功能效果。利用本发明生产的多功能面料具有抗菌功能、吸湿排汗功能和抗静电功能,既能保证织物的抗菌功能,又极大地改善织物的吸湿排汗功能,提高面料的舒适性,同时具有良好的抗静电功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,特别涉及一种具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电多功能的面料,属于纺织领域。
背景技术
伴随着现代经济、科技的发展,社会文明的进步,人们越来越关注个人的生活环境、工作环境及身体的健康。为了适应和改善人们的生活环境和工作环境,提高人们的生活质量和生命质量,功能性纺织品在人们的生活中占据了越来越大的比重。在各行各业的生产活动中,存在着各种意想不到的各种灾害隐患。例如:由于静电引起的爆炸事故就时有发生,而功能性纺织品可有效地预防灾害发生,从而日益受到了有关行业的关注,使得功能性纺织品市场方兴未艾。
现有技术中,生产的吸湿排汗纤维采用的是普通PET切片,只是通过物理手段改变其纤维的截面形状,增加一些比表面积和沟槽来改善服用性,保证不了与其它各种纤维混纺后其功能的有效性。抗菌面料大多是采用涤纶抗菌面料和锦纶抗菌面料,有机抗菌剂通过活性成分带有的正电荷基团与细菌表面的负电荷相互吸引,以物理方式破坏细菌的细胞膜,起到抑菌抗菌的功能,不能完全杀死细菌。且市面上的面料至多只能达到吸湿排汗与抗菌,不能达到既吸湿排汗与抗菌且抗静电的多功能效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有抗菌、吸湿排汗和抗静电多功能新型面料,本发明生产的多功能面料既保证织物的抗菌抗霉作用,又极大地改善织物的透气性能,提高了吸湿排汗功效,提高了面料的服用舒适性,同时还具备了抗静电功能的作用,保障了人们的身体安全。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电的多功能面料,包括面料主体,该面料主体上表面设有面纱,该面纱上表面则设有功能性助剂层,所述面料主体的下表面则设有底纱。
所述的面纱为吸湿排汗纤维。
所述的吸湿排汗纤维为聚酯纤维。
所述的底纱为银纤维。
所述的功能性助剂层为涤纶纤维。
所述的涤纶纤维中加入了抗静电剂,其中抗静电剂选自环氧乙烯衍生物型、高分子型、聚乙二烯型。
所述的抗静电剂选自环氧乙烯衍生物型。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
利用本发明技术方案生产的多功能面料利用本发明技术方案生产的多功能面料既保证织物的抗菌抗霉作用,又极大地改善织物的透气性能,提高了吸湿排汗功效,提高了面料的服用舒适性,同时还具备了抗静电功能的作用,保障了人们的身体健康。
具体实施方式
一种具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电的多功能面料,包括面料主体,该面料主体上表面设有面纱,该面纱上表面则设有功能性助剂层,所述面料主体的下表面则设有底纱;所述的面纱为吸湿排汗纤维;所述的吸湿排汗纤维为聚酯纤维;所述的底纱为银纤维;所述的功能性助剂层为涤纶纤维;所述的涤纶纤维中加入了抗静电剂,其中抗静电剂选自环氧乙烯衍生物型、高分子型、聚乙二烯型;所述的抗静电剂选自环氧乙烯衍生物型。
本发明在织物中采用的吸湿排汗纤维是物理与化学改性的吸湿排汗纤维,是一种聚酯纤维的变性产品(即吸湿排汗聚酯纤维),在纺丝过程中通过化学和物理手段,使纤维具有内外贯穿的微孔结构,使其能够快速吸水、疏水、扩散和挥发,从而改善纤维的物理性能,使织物具有良好的吸湿排汗特性。
本发明在织物中采用的抗菌纤维是银纤维,金属银杀菌的机理就是阻断细菌的生理过程。银离子纤维将抗菌材料—银离子熔入纺丝熔体中,经纺丝加工而制成的多功能面料具有广谱抗菌、抗菌率高、抗菌效果持久、对人体安全无害、适用范围广。
本发明在织物中采用涤纶纤维,在其中加入环氧乙烯衍生物型抗抗静电剂,抗静电剂中大量的反应性官能团在涤纶织物整理焙烘过程中发生交联作用,能有效提高整理后织物抗静电从而提高了本发明织物的导电能力,制成防静电织物,实现了电荷逸散,防止静电聚积,从而达到防静电的效果。

1.一种具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电的多功能面料,其特征在于:包括面料主体,该面料主体上表面设有面纱,该面纱上表面则设有功能性助剂层,所述面料主体的下表面则设有底纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述的面纱为吸湿排汗纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述的吸湿排汗纤维为聚酯纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述的底纱为银纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述的功能性助剂层为涤纶纤维。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述的涤纶纤维中加入了抗静电剂,其中抗静电剂选自环氧乙烯衍生物型、高分子型、聚乙二烯型。
7.根据权利要求6所述的具有抗菌、吸湿排汗及抗静电的多功能面料,其特征在于,所述的抗静电剂选自环氧乙烯衍生物型。
