本发明涉及尼龙66生产设备领域,具体涉及一种尼龙66双头卷绕装置。
背景技术
在尼龙66的生产过程中,卷绕机通常是8丝饼同时卷绕。在生产过程中由于喷丝板的尺寸固定、喷丝孔的数量一定,喷丝速度固定的情况下,效率和产能难以提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种生产效率高的尼龙66双头卷绕装置。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种尼龙66双头卷绕装置,包括喷丝板和卷绕机,卷染机设置于喷丝板的正下方,所述喷丝板上设有一排间隔设置的喷丝孔,卷绕机的转轴上串接有多个丝饼,丝饼与喷丝孔对应,尼龙66丝自喷丝孔垂直向下后绕接于丝饼,所述各喷丝孔中间由隔板区隔为两个半圆形喷丝孔,各喷丝孔的正下方对应两个丝饼。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:将原先的喷丝孔一分为2,一孔里出两根丝,将一喷丝孔对应一卷饼变为一卷筒对应两卷饼,生产效率翻倍。

如图所示,一种生产效率高的尼龙66双头卷绕装置,包括喷丝板1和卷绕机2,卷染机2设置于喷丝板1的正下方,所述喷丝板1上设有一排间隔设置的喷丝孔4,卷绕机的转轴3上串接有多个丝饼5,所述各喷丝孔4中间由隔板6区隔为左右两个半圆形喷丝孔,各喷丝孔4的正下方对应两个丝饼5,两个丝饼5与左右两半圆喷丝孔对应,尼龙66丝自喷丝孔垂直向下后绕接于各丝饼。

1.一种尼龙66双头卷绕装置,包括喷丝板和卷绕机,卷染机设置于喷丝板的正下方,所述喷丝板上设有一排间隔设置的喷丝孔,卷绕机的转轴上串接有多个丝饼,丝饼与喷丝孔对应,尼龙66丝自喷丝孔垂直向下后绕接于丝饼,其特征在于,所述各喷丝孔中间由隔板区隔为两个半圆形喷丝孔,各喷丝孔的正下方对应两个丝饼。
