本发明公开了一种泡沫模具的定时压力密封方法,该方法是将发泡的聚氨酯材料装入发泡的泡沫模具内,泡沫模具的上、下模合模后,模腔内的聚氨酯化学反应初期由于模腔内部压力小于2bar,压力较低,此时泡沫模具采用低锁模压力,压缩空气以低压值进入气袋推动下模合模,泡沫模具上、下模口间会存在0.01~0.05mm的间隙,以0.01~0.05mm的间隙替代排气槽,实现排气;排气至设定的时间后,随着化学反应的继续,模腔内部压力上升至2~3bar,此时,将泡沫模具的锁模压力切换至使泡沫模具完全密封。本发明是发泡的泡沫模具锁模压力逐级上升,不需要采用排气槽结构,但同时却更好的实现排气功能,得到无飞边泡沫。本发明可以节约聚氨酯原料1%以上,节约人工10%以上。

泡沫模具的定时压力密封方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发泡方法,特别涉及一种泡沫模具的定时压力密封方法。英文名称为Time Pressure Sealing Technology。简称TPST。
背景技术
目前全球范围内座椅泡沫模具合模均采用一步充气到合适的锁模压力的合模方式,此种方式由于模具闭合后模腔内会有一部分空气,而且模腔内部的压力随着原料化学反应过程产生的气体逐渐增加,需要在模具分型面增加排气槽(深度为0.1~0.4mm)进行排气,来解决产品困住气泡的问题,由此产生泡沫飞边。需要采用人工进行剪边修整,造成了原料及人工浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目是提供一种泡沫模具的定时压力密封方法。
本发明的方法是:
将发泡的聚氨酯材料装入发泡的泡沫模具内,泡沫模具的上、下模合模后,模腔内的聚氨酯化学反应初期由于模腔内部压力小于2bar,压力较低,此时泡沫模具采用低锁模压力,压缩空气以低压值进入气袋推动下模合模,泡沫模具上、下模口间会存在0.01~0.05mm的间隙,以0.01~0.05mm的间隙替代排气槽,实现排气;排气至设定的时间后,随着化学反应的继续,模腔内部压力上升至2~3bar,此时,将泡沫模具的锁模压力切换至使泡沫模具完全密封,避免产生泡沫外溢,得到无飞边泡沫。
所述的锁模压力分别通过调压阀控制,压力之间的切换通过电磁阀和分气块实现,低值锁模压力下排气时间可由延时继电器或PLC系统控制,整个过程也可通过其他方式实现相同功能。
所述泡沫模具接收到锁模信号后,环线中的压缩空气以低压值进入气袋推动下模合模,当达到设定时间后,气路自动切换至高锁模压力,泡沫模具密封完全;此过程的充气压力控制步骤可以根据需要设计为二步控制、三步控制或者多步控制。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明是发泡的泡沫模具锁模压力逐级上升,不需要采用排气槽结构,但同时却更好的实现排气功能,得到无飞边泡沫。本发明可以节约聚氨酯原料1%以上,节约人工10%以上。

1.一种泡沫模具的定时压力密封方法,该方法是:
将发泡的聚氨酯材料装入发泡的泡沫模具内,泡沫模具的上、下模合模后,模腔内的聚氨酯化学反应初期由于模腔内部压力小于2bar,压力较低,此时泡沫模具采用低锁模压力,压缩空气以低压值进入气袋推动下模合模,泡沫模具上、下模口间会存在0.01~0.05mm的间隙,以0.01~0.05mm的间隙替代排气槽,实现排气;排气至设定的时间后,随着化学反应的继续,模腔内部压力上升至2~3bar,此时,将泡沫模具的锁模压力切换至使泡沫模具完全密封,避免产生泡沫外溢,得到无飞边泡沫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡沫模具的定时压力密封方法,其特征在于:所述的锁模压力分别通过调压阀控制,压力之间的切换通过电磁阀和分气块实现,低值锁模压力下排气时间可由延时继电器或PLC系统控制,整个过程也可通过其他方式实现相同功能。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泡沫模具的定时压力密封方法,其特征在于:所述的泡沫模具接收到锁模信号后,环线中的压缩空气以低压值进入气袋推动下模合模,当达到设定时间后,气路自动切换至高锁模压力,泡沫模具密封完全;此过程的充气压力控制步骤可以根据需要设计为二步控制、三步控制或者多步控制。
