本发明涉及一种发泡模具气塞。目前原有的排气都是以放气孔和模具的间隙做放气孔,每次发泡上模具操作时,发生的间隙大小不同,导致排气孔有泡沫溢出泡沫密度小只有25—35kg/m³。放气时间较快导致发泡层内压力小。本发明组成包括:排气塞主体(1),所述的排气塞主体具有轻体聚氨酯泡沫块安装孔、排气孔(2),所述的轻体聚氨酯泡沫块安装孔与所述的排气孔相通,所述的轻体聚氨酯泡沫块安装孔安装有轻体聚氨酯泡沫块(3)。本发明用于发泡模具。

发泡模具气塞
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种发泡模具气塞。
背景技术:
目前原有的排气都是以放气孔和模具的间隙做放气孔,每次发泡上模具操作时,发生的间隙大小不同,导致排气孔有泡沫溢出泡沫密度小只有25—35kg/m³。放气时间较快导致发泡层内压力小。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种发泡模具气塞。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种发泡模具气塞,其组成包括: 排气塞主体,所述的排气塞主体具有轻体聚氨酯泡沫块安装孔、排气孔,所述的轻体聚氨酯泡沫块安装孔与所述的排气孔相通,所述的轻体聚氨酯泡沫块安装孔安装有轻体聚氨酯泡沫块。
所述的发泡模具气塞,所述的排气塞主体安装在发泡架上,所述的发泡架与发泡钢管水平倾斜角10°—15°,便于排气向一个方向。
所述的发泡模具气塞,所述的轻体聚氨酯泡沫块做缓冲物,在发泡上模具操作时,泡沫被轻体聚氨酯泡沫块挡住,而气体从排气孔排出。
有益效果:
1. 本发明轻体聚氨酯泡沫块和排气塞主体接触,当气体推放空气时,聚氨酯泡沫接触到轻体聚氨酯泡沫块时已完成推气,发泡时泡沫受阻不能继续外泄使发泡层的内压力增高而获得35—75kg/m³的发泡密度。
2. 本发明当排气功能达到一定时间,聚氨酯泡沫堵满排气孔中的小孔,无气体外排,随之轻体聚氨酯泡沫块硬化,也只排出少部分聚氨酯,每次发泡完成后聚乙烯气塞的轻体聚氨酯泡沫块都要更新换掉。
3. 本发明软体聚氨酯做缓冲物,解决了排气阶段只排气又能阻止泡沫外溢。

根据实施例1所述的发泡模具气塞,所述的排气塞主体安装在发泡架上,所述的发泡架与发泡钢管水平倾斜角10°—15°,便于排气向一个方向。
实施例3:
根据实施例1或2所述的发泡模具气塞,所述的轻体聚氨酯泡沫块做缓冲物,在发泡上模具操作时,泡沫被轻体聚氨酯泡沫块挡住,而气体从排气孔排出。

1.一种发泡模具气塞的使用方法,该发泡模具气塞包括: 排气塞主体,所述的排气塞主体具有轻体聚氨酯泡沫块安装孔、排气孔,所述的轻体聚氨酯泡沫块安装孔与所述的排气孔相通,所述的轻体聚氨酯泡沫块安装孔安装有轻体聚氨酯泡沫块;
所述的排气塞主体安装在发泡架上,所述的发泡架与发泡钢管水平倾斜角10°—15°,便于排气向一个方向;
所述的轻体聚氨酯泡沫块做缓冲物,在发泡上模具操作时,泡沫被轻体聚氨酯泡沫块挡住,而气体从排气孔排出;
