本发明属于生物医药领域，具体涉及一种治疗足癣的药物。
背景技术
足癣是由致病性真菌引起的足部皮肤病，具有传染性。足癣在全世界广为流行，在热带和亚热带地区更为普遍。在我国，足癣的发病率也相当高。人的足底和趾间没有皮脂腺，从而缺乏抑制皮肤丝状真菌的脂肪酸，生理防御机能较差，而这些部位的皮肤汗腺却很丰富，出汗比较多，加之空气流通性差、局部潮湿温暖，有利于丝状真菌的生长。此外，足底部位皮肤角质层较厚，角质层中的角蛋白是真菌的丰富营养物质，有利于真菌的生长。
足癣治疗药物的选择与菌种的临床类型有关。根据患者皮损表现可将足癣分为角化过度型、丘疹鳞屑型、水疱型和浸渍糜烂型。根据患者的感染部位,可分为趾间型、足跖型和混合型,其中以趾间型最为常见。足癣感染通常较顽固、易反复、用药疗程长、涂抹繁琐,致使依从性差,很难完成规定疗程,治疗复发率居高不下。传统治疗以局部用药为主,根据患者的皮损类型选择不同的剂型。
中医认为，足癣的主要病因是湿热虫毒，由于湿邪粘滞，病情缠绵，反复难愈，日久伤津耗血，癖阻脉络，致血不荣肤。临床辨证一般为血虚风燥型与湿热浸淫型，治疗主要选择杀虫止痒、清热燥湿、养血润肤之剂，常用的配伍方式为杀虫药配伍养血润肤或清热燥湿药。近几十年来，国内学者对中药治疗足癣进行了大量的临床实验研究，包括了单味中药、复方中药以及中西药结合等，其中中药复方涵盖了醋剂、酊剂、膏剂、水溶剂、擦剂等多种剂型。中医药治疗足癣具有抗炎，抗真菌，改善局部血液循环，润肤等作用，在治疗足癣方面取得了一定的进展。
发明内容
综合本领域现有技术以及存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗足癣的药物，本发明为纯中药制剂，对足癣具有较好的治疗作用，且无明显毒副作用。
为达到上述目的，本发明是由下列质量比例的原料组成：大枫子20-40份、苦参10-30份、黄柏20-30份、蛇床子15-30份、大黄10-20份。本发明给药剂型优选酊剂，用5-10倍75％乙醇浸泡一周后待用，外搽。
