作为本发明进一步的方案:所述筛网目数为30目。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明制备的治疗脚气的外用药,疗效快,无副作用,对脚气有着很好地治疗作用;同时成本低,效益高,具有很好地市场价值,治疗之后不复发,能够很好地消除脚气对人体的影响。
2、药剂中含有博落回、硫磺、黄连、蛇床子、大风子、白花蛇舌草、黄柏均有杀菌解毒疗疮的功效,有效控制真菌滋生。
3、其中五加皮、金银花有祛湿除疹的效果,地肤子有止痒的效果,减少脚气的并发症,提高患者的生活质量。
4、该制备工艺中使用的机械研磨设备将草药类药材的加工集中到一起,将药材混合放入进料口,经过辊轮的挤压,减小进料的体积。切断机构采用的是偏心轮的结构,电机二带动转盘转动,转盘上连接的传动杆跟随转动,从而带动刀具上下运动,达到切断草药的目的。研磨机构中,电机一带动碾轮转动,达到研磨的效果,研磨结束后,研磨箱体二在液压缸的带动下可移动,研磨后的颗粒物落下进入筛网中,振动电机的作用,完成筛选过程,同时筛网设置成目数为目的筛网,即可得到符合颗粒大小要求的颗粒物。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4所示,一种脚气药剂的制备工艺,上述的脚气药剂步骤如下:
步骤1:按重量份,称取艾叶、博落回、甘草、黄连、苦参、蛇床子、五加皮、金银花、白花蛇舌草混合,将上述原料加入进料口1,在辊轮2输送下经切断机构4切碎后,通过研磨机构9研磨成颗粒状,液压缸8带动研磨箱体二6向一侧运动,研磨后的颗粒物进入筛网10,振动电机11带动筛网10高频振动,筛选上述大小不一的颗粒物,最终得到的筛选后的颗粒物;
步骤2:取硫磺、大风子、薄荷、地肤子、黄柏浸泡在砂壶内,加热得到蒸馏剂;
步骤3:将步骤1中的颗粒物和步骤2中的蒸馏剂加入渗漉桶内,加入乙醇和陈醋进行渗漉,收集浸出液和渗漉后的微粉;
步骤4:将步骤3中浸出液压缩1h,收集浓缩液;
步骤5:将步骤3中的微粉和步骤4中的浓缩液混合搅拌均匀,放在室温条件下密封保存60天,即得到外用药。
该脚气药剂包括以下按照重量份的原料:艾叶40份、博落回15份、硫磺25份、甘草15份、黄连15份、苦参13份、蛇床子12份、五加皮6份、金银花7份、大风子5份、薄荷6份、陈醋150份、乙醇185份、地肤子15份、白花蛇舌草12份、黄柏15份。
所述步骤2中加热温度为300℃,加热时间为2h。
所述步骤3中加入乙醇和陈醋的总质量为颗粒物和蒸馏剂总质量的3倍。
所述草药机械研磨设备包括进料口1、辊轮2、切断机构4、箱体7、研磨机构9、筛网10、出料口13,所述箱体7顶部一侧开设有进料口1,所述箱体7内部一侧靠近顶部的位置转动连接有两个辊轮2,所述辊轮2的下方开设有进料斜坡3,所述进料口1一侧的箱体7内壁上固定连接有切断机构4,所述切断机构4包括壳体22,所述壳体22一侧固定安装有电机二28,所述电机二28输出轴固定连接有转盘23,所述转盘23靠近边缘的位置固定连接有传动杆27,所述传动杆27两侧均转动连接有连杆24,所述连杆24另一侧转动连接有刀具26,所述刀具26两侧均设置有固定块25,所述进料斜坡3的另一侧固定连接有研磨箱体一5,所述研磨箱体一5的另一侧连接有研磨箱体二6,所述研磨箱体一5和研磨箱体二6中间开设有研磨腔16,所述研磨腔16的底部为圆弧形,所述研磨腔16安装有研磨机构9,所述研磨机构9包括皮带轮一17、皮带18、皮带轮二19、碾轮20、电机一21,所述研磨箱体一5顶部一侧固定安装有电机一21,所述电机一21输出轴固定连接有皮带轮一17,所述研磨腔16内转动连接有碾轮20,所述碾轮20的一侧固定连接有皮带轮二19,所述皮带轮一17和皮带轮二19上套接有皮带18,所述碾轮20和研磨腔16底部圆弧面相接触,所述研磨箱体二6的另一侧固定连接有两个液压缸8,所述液压缸8的另一侧固定连接在箱体7一侧内壁上,所述研磨箱体二6的底部一侧设置有平台29,所述平台29底部一侧固定安装有振动电机11,所述振动电机11的输出轴固定连接有筛网10,所述筛网10的另一端插接在滑槽15中,所述滑槽15另一端固定连接在侧壁30上,所述研磨箱体一5和研磨箱体二6的底部开设有出料口13,所述出料口13底部内壁固定连接有两个挡块12,所述箱体7底部四角均固定连接有滑轮14,所述筛网10目数为30目。
本发明的工作原理:
1、药剂中含有博落回、硫磺、黄连、蛇床子、大风子、白花蛇舌草、黄柏均有杀菌解毒疗疮的功效,有效控制真菌滋生。
2、其中五加皮、金银花有祛湿除疹的效果,地肤子有止痒的效果,减少脚气的并发症。
3、该制备工艺中使用的机械研磨设备将草药类药材的加工集中到一起,将药材混合放入进料口,经过辊轮2的挤压,减小进料的体积。切断机构4采用的是偏心轮的结构,电机二28带动转盘23转动,转盘23上连接的传动杆27跟随转动,从而带动刀具26上下运动,达到切断草药的目的。研磨机构9中,电机一21带动碾轮20转动,达到研磨的效果,研磨结束后,研磨箱体二6在液压缸8的带动下可移动,研磨后的颗粒物落下进入筛网10中,振动电机11的作用,完成筛选过程,同时筛网10设置成目数为30目的筛网,即可得到符合颗粒大小要求的颗粒物。

Claims (7)

1.一种脚气药剂的制备工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
步骤1:按重量份称取艾叶、博落回、甘草、黄连、苦参、蛇床子、五加皮、金银花、白花蛇舌草混合,通过草药机械研磨设备,将上述原料加入进料口(1),在辊轮(2)输送下经切断机构(4)切碎后,通过研磨机构(9)研磨成颗粒状,液压缸(8)带动研磨箱体二(6)向一侧运动,研磨后的颗粒物进入筛网(10),振动电机(11)带动筛网(10)高频振动,筛选上述粒径不一的颗粒物,最终得到的筛选后的颗粒物;
步骤2:取硫磺、大风子、薄荷、地肤子、黄柏浸泡在砂壶内,加热得到蒸馏剂;
步骤3:将步骤1中的颗粒物和步骤2中的蒸馏剂加入渗漉桶内,加入乙醇和陈醋进行渗漉,收集浸出液和渗漉后的微粉;
步骤4:将步骤3中浸出液压缩1h,收集浓缩液;
步骤5:将步骤3中的微粉和步骤4中的浓缩液混合搅拌均匀,放在室温条件下密封保存60天,即得到外用药。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚气药剂的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下按照重量份的原料:艾叶30~50份、博落回10~20份、硫磺20~30份、甘草10~20份、黄连10~20份、苦参10~16份、蛇床子8~16份、五加皮3~9份、金银花5~9份、大风子3~7份、薄荷3~9份、陈醋100~200份、乙醇150~220份、地肤子10~20份、白花蛇舌草10~15份、黄柏10~20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚气药剂的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下按照重量份的原料:艾叶40份、博落回15份、硫磺25份、甘草15份、黄连15份、苦参13份、蛇床子12份、五加皮6份、金银花7份、大风子5份、薄荷6份、陈醋150份、乙醇185份、地肤子15份、白花蛇舌草12份、黄柏15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚气药剂的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2中加热温度为300℃,加热时间为2h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚气药剂的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3中加入乙醇和陈醋的总质量为颗粒物和蒸馏剂总质量的3倍。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种脚气药剂的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述草药机械研磨设备包括进料口(1)、辊轮(2)、切断机构(4)、箱体(7)、研磨机构(9)、筛网(10)、出料口(13),所述箱体(7)顶部一侧开设有进料口(1),所述箱体(7)内部一侧靠近顶部的位置转动连接有两个辊轮(2),所述辊轮(2)的下方开设有进料斜坡(3),所述进料口(1)一侧的箱体(7)内壁上固定连接有切断机构(4),所述切断机构(4)包括壳体(22),所述壳体(22)一侧固定安装有电机二(28),所述电机二(28)输出轴固定连接有转盘(23),所述转盘(23)靠近边缘的位置固定连接有传动杆(27),所述传动杆(27)两侧均转动连接有连杆(24),所述连杆(24)另一侧转动连接有刀具(26),所述刀具(26)两侧均设置有固定块(25),所述进料斜坡(3)的另一侧固定连接有研磨箱体一(5),所述研磨箱体一(5)的另一侧连接有研磨箱体二(6),所述研磨箱体一(5)和研磨箱体二(6)中间开设有研磨腔(16),所述研磨腔(16)的底部为圆弧形,所述研磨腔(16)内安装有研磨机构(9),所述研磨机构(9)包括皮带轮一(17)、皮带(18)、皮带轮二(19)、碾轮(20)、电机一(21),所述研磨箱体一(5)顶部一侧固定安装有电机一(21),所述电机一(21)输出轴固定连接有皮带轮一(17),所述研磨腔(16)内转动连接有碾轮(20),所述碾轮(20)的一侧固定连接有皮带轮二(19),所述皮带轮一(17)和皮带轮二(19)上套接有皮带(18),所述碾轮(20)和研磨腔(16)底部圆弧面相接触,所述研磨箱体二(6)的另一侧固定连接有两个液压缸(8),所述液压缸(8)的另一侧固定连接在箱体(7)一侧内壁上,所述研磨箱体二(6)的底部一侧设置有平台(29),所述平台(29)底部一侧固定安装有振动电机(11),所述振动电机(11)的输出轴固定连接有筛网(10),所述筛网(10)的另一端插接在滑槽(15)中,所述滑槽(15)另一端固定连接在侧壁(30)上,所述研磨箱体一(5)和研磨箱体二(6)的底部开设有出料口(13),所述出料口(13)底部内壁固定连接有两个挡块(12),所述箱体(7)底部四角均固定连接有滑轮(14)。
