Abstract
一种用于治疗脚气的中药洗液，是由以下药物为原料制备而成的：地肤子、蛇床子、土槿皮、苍术、黄柏、白癣皮、大黄，将上述药物混合后，加水1500毫升煎至1000毫升，每剂煎两次，每日熏洗两次，每次熏洗20分钟，早晚各一次，一般一周内就可痊愈。

本发明涉及一种中药洗液，特别是涉及一种用于治疗脚气的中药洗液。
背景技术：
脚气是侵犯表皮、毛发和趾甲的浅部霉菌病，是一种传染性的皮肤病。脚气南方较多见。绝大部分患者是先患脚气再感染到手部和其它部位，脚气患病率高；足跖部皮肤没有皮脂腺，缺乏能抑制霉菌的脂肪酸。足跖部皮肤汗腺较丰富，出汗较多，造成有利于霉菌生长的潮湿环境。足跖部皮肤角质层较厚，角质层中的角质蛋白为霉菌生长的营养物；除此之外，由于穿着鞋袜，局部环境闷热，脚汗难于透发而潮湿，从而更有利于霉菌的生长繁殖。中医认为，本病多为湿热侵袭，湿热下注所为，当以清热利湿，解毒杀虫为治。
临床上治疗也较为棘手，因为人们常在药店自己购买口服药或常用的洗液，有时并不对症，使用起来没有明显效果。
发明内容：
本发明是一种见效快、疗效好，无任何副作用的中药洗剂。
本发明的药物是由以下重量的中药为原料制备而成的：
地肤子30克 蛇床子30克 土槿皮30克 苍术15克 黄柏15克 白癣皮15克 大黄10克
可以将上述药物制成药剂学上的任何一种洗剂型，本发明优选的剂型是汤剂。
本发明药物的具体制备方法是将上述药物混合后加水1500毫升煎至1000毫升。
使用方法是将煎好的汤剂，清洗患处，每日熏洗两次，早晚各一次。
中医认为脚气为湿热下注症。故方中以地肤子、蛇床子、苍术、黄柏清热利湿；蛇床子、土槿皮、白癣皮消肿止痒，燥湿杀虫；大黄活血祛瘀、泻火减毒。诸药协同，局部给药，效果的确良好，达到治疗的目的。
本发明的药物见效快，疗效好，有很好的治疗效果。
为进一步证明本发明药物的临床疗效和安全性，选择50例患者进行观察。50例患者中，3-4日痊愈者25例，5-6者痊愈者15例，6日以上痊愈者9例，无效1例；全部使用本发明药物进行治疗，每日两次，先熏后洗，早晚各一次。一剂煎两次。
疗效标准：显效：脚出汗、脱皮、瘙痒、臭味症状消失；有效：脚出汗、脱皮、瘙痒、臭味症状消失或减轻；无效：治疗前后没有变化。
