Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗脚癣的中药组合物，它是由下述中药制成的：苍术、黄柏、苦参、皂角、车前草、枯矾、醋。本发明中药配制简单，成本低、药源广，使用方便，疗效好，治愈率高，无任何毒副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明设计一种治疗脚癣的中药组合物，属中药领域。
背景技术
脚癣，也就是人们俗称的“脚气”。它是由致病性皮肤真菌引起的足部皮肤病。有传染性，常为单侧发生，时间长了，也可双脚患病。足癣在全世界广为流行，在热带和亚热带地区更为普遍。在我国，足癣的发病率也相当高。据上海市1975年对11万人普查，足癣的发病率为36.76％。我国南方的发病率可达50％～60％。在某些职业和集体中，甚至可高达80％～100％。人的足底和趾间没有皮脂腺，从而缺乏抑制皮肤丝状真菌的脂肪酸，生理防御机能较差，而这些部位的皮肤汗腺却很丰富，出汗比较多，加之空气流通性差、局部潮湿温暖，有利于丝状真菌的生长。此外，足底部位皮肤角质层较厚，角质层中的角蛋白是真菌的丰富营养物质，有利于真菌的生长。脚掌多汗是足癣的主要诱发因素。足癣的发病还与生活习惯有关。不良卫生习惯常使足癣发病率增高。有些人不注意足部清洁卫生和鞋袜的情况，为真菌提供了良好的孳生场所。有些人还喜欢用手抠摸脚趾，以至损伤了足部皮肤，使足癣蔓延。家庭中有人患足癣，如不给予适当的治疗，又去密切接触别人，会造成接触传染。足癣患者使用过的物品，常不消毒，健康人使用后也易感染。目前治疗这类皮肤病的药物不少，如达克宁、脚癣一次净、霉克足光粉等，多属西药制剂，虽有一定疗效，但不显著，有的反复涂抹仍旧发作，有地导致脚部皮肤干裂变硬，有的有毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对目前在治疗脚癣使用药物所存在的不足之处，并提供一种价格低廉、疗效显著的治疗脚癣的中药。
为实现上述目的，一种治疗脚癣的内服中药，是由下述重量份的原料制成的：苍术10-15g、黄柏10-15g、苦参15-20g、皂角10-15g、车前草15-20g、枯矾15-20g、醋100-150g。
本发明所述中药的剂型为汤药，将上述药物加2000ml水煮沸后再文火煎30分钟，煎出药液1000ml，待温度适宜时清洗患部，再用毛巾湿敷患部半小时，早晚各一次。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：一种治疗脚癣的中药组合物，是由下述重量份的原料制成的：苍术10g、黄柏10g、苦参18g、皂角15g、车前草20g、枯矾20g、醋150g。本发明所述中药的剂型为汤药，将上述药物加2000ml水煮沸后再文火煎30分钟，煎出药液1000ml，待温度适宜时清洗患部，再用毛巾湿敷患部半小时，早晚各一次。有效率100％，治愈率在90％以上。

1.一种治疗脚癣的中药组合物，其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料制成的：苍术10-15g、黄柏10-15g、苦参15-20g、皂角10-15g、车前草15-20g、枯矾15-20g、醋100-150g。
